This is the first time I used Stengel Bros.I needed a very hard to find set of bushings for a sport trac.Local junk yard referred me to them. Jack was very helpful and honestly could have just blown me off. I wasn t spending a ton.He was persistent, found the right items. Ordered them. Not only got them in one day(ford dealership could not) they were cheaper than the dealers.Thanks Stengel bros.

You cannot give Stengel Bros enough stars. I run a 1991 International and parts aren't easy to find. These guys stock all suspension parts. Their website is easy to use with very nice diagrams. Shipping is fast but most importantly they are reasonably priced. Good pricing is hard to find in this industry so hats off to the Stengel Bros.

Whenever I need a suspension part this is my first call Danielle and she never disappoints. Is very clear with me in regards to shipping and price. "Look I cant guarantee it will be next day because you missed the cutoff that I told you but I will try but cannot guarantee."Less than 24Hours later a knock on the door, Who is it UPS with my parts cheaper and faster than the manufacturer. I don't know how its done but it is and I am not complaining. She even has me ordering for friends and family because..... why not!!

Order Steering cross tube 3/4/24 only because their website said In Stock I paid an additional $55 for two day air shipping. Turns out they in fact did no have it in stock and today is 3/8/24 and I have still not received any confirmation that my order has shipped even though I was told sorry it would ship to me on 3/6/24. Complete joke do not order if you re truly in need of something asap.

Overall pretty Satisfied, ordered nearly obsolete leaf springs for an old freightliner and they did end up showing up eventually. They came in two seperate packages several days apart. I would have thought they d be shipped together on a pallet, given theyre 100lbs a piece. Great customer service, will be using them again hopefully for more COE freightshaker parts.

Great customer service!!! Was looking for some leaf spring bushings for a hendrickson suspension and was unable to find any available anywhere. When I called in the staff knew exactly what i was looking for and had what i needed in stock!!!

Paid for 2 day air shipping and didn't receive my package until 5 days later after paying 45$ for shipping called ups and they told me they didn't even receive anything from them until 2 days after my order was placed will not be buying parts from them again

Another bad review for false "overnight" shipping. You pay all that extra money and don't get what you paid for. Call to complain and get overnight charges refunded, you get every excuse why it wasn't delivered. DO NOT WASTE MONEY PAYING FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. You just get bent over and waste your money.

Had my truck in for suspension leaf spring and an alignment. They did good job on the suspension work and got it done pretty quickly. The truck came back with a crooked steering wheel and missing a wheel nut. When I called and question about the missing wheel nut I was told "just go to NAPA and buy one. We don't have it. They're $2." I get that its only a small price to replace but it is an inconvenience to have to go and purchase one when they're the ones that lost it or didn't tighten it enough that lead it to fall off on the way home. 2 stars for poor customer service...

Always a great place to be! Once a year I get my alignment checked, and they always make my truck feel that much more better to start the year out strong. They have earned my business for many more years to come!

Placed a order roughly 230-3pm. Paid extra ($190) for over night air. 24hrs later I still did not recieve anything about the product being shipped, so I called (3pm)I was told the item would ship on this day (next day after purchase) and that I ordered too late in the evening. I asked how they had time to ship it now but not yesterday when it was the exact same time of day. (Item still had not shipped)He informed me I'd get a shipping email and tracking number tomorrow when I recieve the part. It Did not make sense but I was not going to argue.2 days later at 7:49AM I recieved a email stating the part had shipped with the tracking number. The part was then recieved at 430pm....2 days later.When I called to question it again he talked as if it was all on me and it was my fault that I ordered too late. Even after I asked why it would be a option when checking out.If they CAN NOT ship next day air at certain times then it SHOULD NOT be a option when checking out. Or it should at least state some where before purchasing!No refund no nothing. They didn't even try to work with me.Very disappointing!

Great service! I have been in business for 44 years and working on trucks and cars for over 50 years and I have never experienced such great service especially in this "post Covid" world with every business I deal with having help issues! Sick of hearing and dealing with it, the brothers have their nose to the grindstone and get it done along with all of their great employees! I had to drive 90 miles round trip out of my way and I will do it again and again, I am shocked that they do not have a perfect score with google. Keep up the great work and Thank you.

Took my classic car here for alignment. It drove perfectly. Then, it started to pull to the right. So, I called & took it back. They were immediately concerned & busy, but KC dropped what he was doing & road tested it again as soon as he could plus worked it back into their schedule to save me any hassle. Turns out their alignment work was NOT responsible for my car's pulling as he noticed one of the A arm bolts was loose when he had it up on the alignment rack. He tightened it & rechecked the alignment for FREE ! This type of simple friendly thing never happens anymore. I tried to pay him, yet he smiled & said "no charge, enjoy your car this weekend." Old school place, they know what they're doing, & they're very honest. Highly recommended ! A+++

Purchased a set of 75 Lb cat eyes TPMS for my kenworth I have a set of 100 Lb 1 of the new 75 Lb cat eyes won t allow me to deflate the excess air pressure just a little spurt an it stops the other 7 cat eyes don t do that they work greatWhen I called they emailed me said manufacture said it s working like it s supposed to then I talked with the manufacturer said ship that one back will check it instead of sending me a replacement and return shipping label for there bad part I m not likely to purchase anymore cat eyes

Found out my F550 had broken leaf springs on the rear. Called them up and they fit me in the same day. Two new upgraded springs on and the truck rides great! Best place to go for commercial truck suspension in the Lehigh Valley!

Stengel Bros. did a great job. Had the size leaf spring that I needed in stock and shipped them the same day as ordered. arrived 2 days later. The quality of the Dayton springs is another matter. 2 of the 4 springs arrived with eyes that were 1/8 inch out of round. guess that's what I get for ordering parts that are made in China. The part quality is not Stengel Bros fault therefor the 5 star rating. Dayton springs would get a 1 star rating. I did not return as the shipping cost was 75% of the cost of the springs.

In my almost 40 years of trucking, rarely have I seen a repair business this competent! From the office to the shop, these folks get things done with amazing efficiency. Like many others, I've used them for parts & service for decades with nothing but amazing experiences! Recently saved me days of down time & at a crucial time, I can't thank Casey & the gang enough!!!

Extremely competent suspension diagnostic and repair work. As an owner of a well-established automotive repair shop, I have no problem referring customers to Stengel Brothers for alignments or for suspension work that we can't or don't do. The shop is always very professional and doesn't waste your time.

Charged me $48.00 for alignment without doing any thing to fix it!Their mechanic comment was "worn out parts" on computer print out with weels diagram and some green and red lines similar pictures (before and after)I took my same car to my mechanic in poconos and he did the alignment in about 15 minutes and then said the car perfectly fine to drive and if it needs any new parts to do the job i would've done so but it didn't need anything!He is an honorable and honest American mechanic.I don't recommend this place for alignment and i don't think their mechanic knows what the hell he's doing and charged me money without doing anything is very wrong.

I have taking my RV twice for a wheel whith in 2 months was recommended by a RV dealer, could not do a alignment made noise after coming from the shop. Took my RV to a ford dealer it was aligned and noise gone in a couple of hrs. I would never recommend this place.

I have never received a part so quickly. I live in Virginia and ordered hard to find leaf springs for my trailer on Tuesday around 2:00 PM. I paid a little bit extra for UPS 2nd Day Air. I received my leaf springs around 2:00 on Wednesday, that s 24 hours after I ordered them. This shows how quickly they process orders. It was the right part and I was able to plug them in for my trip to Florida. Great experience

This place is fantastic. I ve used them for years because my Jeep Compass was always out of alignment. I was told yesterday at Kelly Jeep that my Renegade needed alignment. Didn t trust that because I was told it the first year I had the car so I went to Stengel because I trusted them for years to work on my Compass. A minor adjustment and I was out of there having saved hundreds of dollars. Thank you so much for keeping it real!!

I waited 2.5 weeks and made seven attempts to speak with customer service at another company and finally got someone to tell me that my U-Bolts have yet to even be processed. I called these guys up about 9:30am and told them my situation, it s Wednesday, I ve gotta get them by Saturday. They got the order processed and shipped, by 3:40pm. Expected by Friday. Very satisfied by their service.

Had my e450 aligned. Took vehicle on highway it pulls to the left and is all over the road. When trucks pass all I can do to keep it in my lane. Returned today to have it checked. The technician took for a 5 block ride on the streets Allentown never put it back in the bay and put alignment tool on vehicle. Called me and said alignment was fine nothing wrong. Well I WASTED $119. That's fine run your business this way I won't be back. Hopefully others will see this and think twice before coming to your business. Just another nobody customer! Take more pride in your work next time, Casey

Fast shipping. Made in USA leaf springs at excellent prices. I bought a set of front and rear leaf springs for my DJ5 postal jeep and these guys had them in stock, shipped the next day, and I am very happy w/ the quality of the springs. The $85/pair price for such good quality springs was also a big surprise to me, I expected to spend twice as much. If you don't see what you need listed on their website, email them, they have a lot more than their site shows.
