Just had my vehicle repaired at Reliable Auto Body after someone hit it. I am so pleased with their service. They did an awesome job at repairing the auto body and mechanical problems. The paint job was perfect! There was a noise coming from the front tire afterward, they fixed it, quick and easy. I appreciate them for making the last 5 days convienent for my transportation. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful customer service, and unfortunately, my husband and I have had to take our vehicles for repairs more than once... but we couldn't be happier with the work that has been done. They work directly with our insurance, so everything is easy. Recommended 100%

George and team did a great job reattaching the front bumper on my 2007 Saab 9-5 sedan that was popped on a curb. Reasonable price, short time in shop, delivered on time, and looking great. Highly recommend this shop!

Once again another deer decided to run into my pathfinder, this time it left it I drivable. Ralph knew it couldn t be driven so arranged for it to be towed to the shop. They knew that on 3 weeks we were taking a family vacation, they had it finished in time for our trip! George is very helpful and they all did amazing work! My vehicle looks brand new! I m very happy with my decision to take it there and would recommend them to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great business!I got an estimate for a small scratch on my newish car. George was great! Very thoroughly explained what needed to be done to fix it, friendly, and no pressure at all. I appreciated it greatly and pleasant experiences when discussing quotes and services are hard to come by it seems.Really gave me a good impression of them. I'm not 100% sure I'm going to get the scratch worked on yet since it's not too big and only I really notice it, but if I do need anything more substantial done or an insurance claim I will be going here for sure.They definitely do great work judging by the other reviewers, so I'm sure your car will be in good hands with them.

From beginning to end it was an excellent experience. George, Debbie & Ashley exhibited great customer service. Polite, knowledgeable & extremely courteous. Got my car repaired (after being rear ended) in one day. The rear end repair made my car look new. They even returned it washed!!! Very happy with this shop. I will definitely return & recommend to others. Thanks Google!!!

The people at Reliable are professional, kind, and considerate. They take the time to review everything you need to know about your car service and answer questions thoroughly. Excellent Service.Was in an accident end of November 2016 was referred to Reliable Auto Body by my insurance company.As soon as I called them I spoke with Lexie who was great and took it from there including paperwork, insurance calls and everything else.When I met everyone in the office they were great,a family atmosphere and I definitely knew I was at the right spot.During the process I was informed what was going on with my van and time frame to expect it back.When I received my van back it was washed and all the necessary repairs were done.I highly recommend this place.

George, Lou and Ashley were all exceptionally kind and helpful and fair during a very difficult time for me as I did considerable damage to my car. They helped save me a tremendous amount of money from the original quote and were always willing and able to provide me detailed updates on the status of my repairs. I was so pleasantly surprised by their kindness and fairness and willingness to help me out in every way they could. I will definitely be referring friends to them, and I will definitely be back if/when the time comes.that I need more repairs.

THIS REVIEW IS LOOOONG OVERDUE! This place is awesome! I got into an accident and someone recommended Reliable Auto Body. I had no idea what to do as I'd never been in an accident before. All I had to do was call. Ashley took care of me and was AMAZING! She called me, emailed me and always kept me in the loop! They even had me over to see something on my car before they pieced it back together. When I went to pick up my baby, she was beautiful, shiny, and clean. She ran and continues to run perfectly... and the paint matched! They are fast, efficient, and their work is impeccable. I hope to never see them again... but I'd recommend them to anyone who needs work on their baby! Thanks, Reliable!

I have been using Reliable Auto Body for ALL of my vehicle needs for over 8 years, ranging from oil changes to significant body repairs and everything in between.From the moment you walk into the office you are greeted with big smiles and a tush wag from the shop dog, Maddi. You feel like family with every employee from the part-timers, office employees, behind the scene mechanics and all the way up to the owners.Reliable goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied whether it an employee take a ride to listen for the "weird" noise to hear, or providing several estimates based on differing price part options, and even having rental cars ready and waiting for you right at the shop on the service date. They do their estimates on site and deal with the insurance, rental car, part companies and have contacts all over the Lehigh Valley to assist with every possible vehicle scenario.My most recent experience involved needing new tires. Within minutes Lou and Ashley (owners) were on the phone, had a total price for the exact tires i wanted, parts orders, service scheduled and ride set up for me the day of service. They never cease to disappoint me.Contrary to shops I have used prior to those 8 years ago, they do a wonderful job at making the process as painless and speedy as possible and keeping you in the loop with ever stage or repair. I have never felt as if I was being scammed and when comparing to other shops in the area, Reliable has always provided the most reasonable estimates and best quality work. I have and will continue to, without hesitation, refer all my family, family, and anyone needing auto repairs to Reliable Auto Body.

I was referred to Reliable Auto Body by a friend and I couldn't have been more grateful for this recommendation. I was in a fender bender and was given an astronomical estimate from the car dealership where may vehicle was purchased. I visited Reliable Auto Body and the Lou, owner, had estimate completed within 45 minutes and the price I was given was a fraction of the original. My insurance company was giving me the run around because the driver at fault did not have full coverage. Ashley was on the phone with both companies everything was taken care of by the end of the call. The work was scheduled and completed in the exact time frame I was given (rarely ever works out that way) and the car looked wonderful. The process from start to finish was almost to easy to believe with an emphasis on the incredible service. I hope I don't have too many reasons but visit Reliable, but if need be, they will be my first choice. THANKS RELIABLE.

Reliable did a great job repairing my car! Someone backed into me while I was leaving work and in an attempt to avoid being hit, I also struck the curb. The bumper and front driver's side quarter panel were shot, I had plastic dragging beneath my car -- it was a mess. My vehicle is now completely repaired and looks brand new. I couldn't be happier. In addition to the insurance work, I asked them to check my brakes and inspect the car. Instead of soaking me for new brakes and rotors, which they easily could have done and I wouldn't have known, they told me they were good to go and inspected the car. Highly recommend Reliable Auto Body.

I took my car here for a repair and everything about the experience was wonderful. The people were so friendly, they worked with anything I needed. The price was very affordable and done in a timely manner. Absolutely a wonderful, honest family run business.

scam artist!! Got in a small fender bender with my BMW and my mom told me to take the car there because they worked with her before... She said that she had a $500 deductible and they only made her pay $250. I thought it was a little strange but I went there anyway and I thought they were just maybe trying to help my mom because she was in a bad position with having no car and not being able to get the money together, so my car sat there for three days and they finally looked at it and said that there was damage underneath of my car which was previous damage after I hit something on the road, it had nothing to do with the small crack in my bumper and the broken windshield fluid line. (I also made the aware there was previous damage under the car before I left the car there ) He told me that I have a break in my wheel which is an aftermarket wheel that I paid $300 a piece for, I had just got new tires put on those wheels and the place I take it too would've told me it was cracked. He said that the crack is so bad he doesn't know how it's holding air but I believe personally they might've cracked it while trying to put it on the lift because my car is lowered. He told me that he's going to tell insurance company it's $1000 for one wheel and I said I purchased the wheels myself I know that it was only $300 per wheel so in my personal opinion I think that he was going to tell them it was $1000 per wheel thinking I wouldn't know how much it was because they looked at me like a dumb female and he would've made a quick come up on my insurance company... So I'm in the process of moving my car to a different shop and they're charging me almost $400 for three days of "storage fee" "putting it on the lift" when I specifically asked them to not put it on the lift!!! because it was only a crack in my bumper and I knew there was damage underneath my car from a previous minor accident, but apparently they couldn't listen to that and now I have to pay for them to put it on the lift when I asked them not to!!! the place is just such a joke with the way they try to work these things out. He said I needed to make a separate claim for the damage that was underneath the car which happened almost 6 months ago.. I am going to fix it myself but he just wanted my easy insurance check.

My husband and I spent a week trying different tools to get our license plate off that had rusted on. Ralph took two minutes to unscrew it for us without an appointment and he couldn't have been more pleasant. I love this place, big headache taken care of in seconds!

This place is truly one of a kind. Not only do they do amazing work the staff is super friendly in the shop and in the office. They are top knotch and have repeat customers for years for a reason. I would highly highly recommend this place for any job big or small, you won't be disappointed. It's been a family run businesses for many many years, in the office Ashley and Loue Ortelli are a great father-daughter team are delightful, funny, friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpful. The new owner George Haff, is a great man and is a perfect addition to the already wonderful staff. Honestly make this place your go to place for body repair!

Very professional and great job. I would recommend them and should I need any more work done that s where I m going. They felt like family and went the extra mile. I had commitments and couldn t make it during normal business hours and the owner met me at the shop!!!

Very friendly staff and Awesome work. Im from fl. And came to Allentown to build a Burger king got in s Accident Lou and his stsff must have work 24 hrs a dsy on my truck tore it down to nothing now its bettrr thsn new.Thanks huys snd gals.
