Tried to fix an issue that I was having with my car and ended up flashing the modules that did nothing and charged me over $200 and didn't even fix the issue. Tried calling multiple times with no returned phone calls

The service manager, Jon, is great! He is always fair, thorough, and courteous in his dealings with me. The "quick" in Quick Lane doesn't necessarily mean you'll be in and out quickly though. But I've never had to return my vehicle due to faulty workmanship. Prices for PA State inspection and emissions are low too.

Great service and helped me activate my Ford app for my truck. I was told by Nazareth Ford my truck did not have. I should have looked myself and I should have bought a truck from Gilboy Ford. I ll be going to Gilboy for repairs and service.

They did a great job diagnosing my electrical system and ultimately replacing a battery. I called and had an appointment that very moment. The Gilboy Parts Department is also extremely professional and has the best service in the Lehigh Valley.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Great customer service. Only place I take my vehicles for service. Not pushy. They don't tell you that you need a bunch of services you really don't need. Recommend them to everyone!!

Set up appointment to have our car inspected. Vehicle was taken right away and completed work in less than 45 minutes. Very happy about that. Planning on buying our 4th Escape in spring from Gilboy Ford.

As of today you have lost a client 09/06/2018 ...... We purchased a Used Car for Daughters use at College...... After the way your Sales Mgr . Decided to handle a possible serious infraction of a current or past employee .... My Family is no longer comfortable doing business with your company any longer ! Please be aware that I will not discuss this with anyone other than an Owner.

I was able to walk in and get my oil change. The manager for parts and quick lane were both extremely friendly and professional. Will continue to use this location

I was there a little after 1. Had the works service package done. It took about 1 hour and I was very pleased with the work done on my truck

Had tire changed had a slow leak after putting on new tire went to united in quakertown pa I watch the remove and on the bead there was 2 5 inch sections on the inner side that had been torn off same day contacted and was told to call back speak with Chad I had pictures and invoices from them and united so before leaving a bad review I tryed to fo the right thing and see if they would fix it I'm told it's been to long even with pics and proof I was told they can't help I guess they would rather a bad review than loose a couple off bucks I would avoid this place quicklane whitehall pa I will how ever recommend United tire in quakertown pa on 309 they are great I stood 2 ft away while they removed and installed my tire they did a great job took there time and didn't man handle it qiucklane could have made it right but there greedy and lost my business and hopefully Noone will get screwed over like this WARNING STAY AWAY

Try to get and oil change but it looks like they are understaffed the guy said is late I only have two guys don t want to keep u waiting it was 5 pm. Took my business to a dealer that will take my money. They close at 7 that day
