This place has been very helpful, convenient, and reasonably priced. Very professional and welcoming staff. They inform you right away if something else needs to be repaired to fix the issue. We were so happy, we referred our daughter and now she goes to them for her car repairs.

We went to ProMark Auto to purchase a used Subaru Outback. From my initial email, communication with Rimi was excellent. Through email I asked about the condition of the tires, brakes, battery, etc. Rimi responded with a rating out of 10 which was very easy to understand. She also explained what they had done to the car in preparation for sale and emailed pictures and the Carfax.We decided to make the hour drive to inspect the car. We were greeted warmly and were giving time and space to look over the car. Rami, the mechanic (her brother), put the car on the lift and gave us a flashlight to inspect underneath. The car was as described in the email. Two small things we noticed were the one headlight was a bit cloudy and the sunroof cover did not slide smoothly. They said both could be fixed easily.During the test drive, we could feel a shudder around 20mph. Rami took it for a spin and could feel it too. He hooked up the car to the diagnostics. Nothing showed up to indicate what was causing the shudder. He offered to take it to a Subaru dealership the next week. Unfortunately, the Subaru dealership could not provide a solution.Ultimately, we did not purchase the car after doing online research. The information online was all over the place from it s nothing to worry about to you ll need a new transmission. Since the car was for our 16-year-old, we didn't want to risk it.I would not hesitate to buy a used car from them. They were honest from the get go. Went above and beyond any other dealer we had been to in resolving the issues we had noticed after a test drive. The car was priced competitively compared to similarly aged and mileage cars. I highly recommend ProMark Auto.

Extremely nice and helpful family-owned business. Super efficient and communicated clearly on everything. Didn't try to add on more than what I needed to get done. Took my car right away for my appointment and was done quicker than I expected. Highly recommend, solid people and great service!

Great mechanic shop to bring your vehicles. They're prices are competitive, thorough with diagnosing and repair work, have a clean and hospitable waiting area, and finished my vehicles in the time that they stated. I was so impressed atter my first vehicle, I brought the other two vehicles for service. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

I took my car 3 times 1 for a different reason and it got handled but the 2&3 time I was Lied to he fix the problem but told me to bring it back and all along it was a lie he released my whole I'm his property to the car dealerships without my consent so for that I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO THEM!!

I came in without an appointment and these guys took me right in and fixed my AC within 20 minutes I was on the road and they were so honest they didn't want to take money at first saying they were happy to help.
