Angel was FANTASTIC!!! He explained everything that was going to be done, estimated cost, an estimated time the car would be done. Everything was accurate. I picked it up on time and the car runs fantastic. 10/10 this place is fabulous!!!

Rip off! I went to the Whitehall one to have my inspection done. A little later there comes the mechanic/receptionist telling me that my car needed to replace both catalytics and the flex pipes and it would cost me around $2.5k!Side note: the week before my mechanic worked on my car and warned me that some places many times when doing inspections try to come up with problems that we have to fix THERE in order to pass inspection! When I told the guy at Meineke that I couldn t afford, he started coming up with solutions in the end, he said he could pass my inspection if I d pay $450!! They didn t do anything on my car and still charged me $87 for trying to do the inspection!!! Seriously!

I was very satisfied when I brought my vehicle over to Meineke. The gentleman there administered my annual inspection and gave me in full detail the issue with my annual safety inspection. They were very courteous, friendly and professional. My car was serviced and feels a lot better now on the road. Got a new windshield at Safelite so I needed new inspection stickers. Went here because it was across the street and got new ones placed in the worst position I have ever seen. Was a huge distraction and possible safety concern. Came back and manager said it wasn t that big of a deal and they were gonna charge me again to move them or give me new ones. As I was thinking about it he walks away and picks up the phone without even telling me and goes back into the shop Went to More Miles in Bethlehem and had them replaced for 5 bucks cheaper. Go there! They have great prices and even better people working there!

Waited four plus hours for an inspection, oil change, and rear brakes. If you dont pay cash they hit you for 3.5% credit card fee. Who has 1k in cash on them? This place is a black hole of waiting and they pass on their cost of doing business off to their customers. Pick one of the others across the street.

Hi I was here I think like two month ago because the body throttle of my truck it was not functioning properly, I had no idea about cars but I tell you this, this ppl here they know. Because my truck is running so good now thanks to Angel and his team. I would come back for sure here!! Really happy about it.

Took my car there for service due to rattling while driving. They said the issue was the front cv axels and quoted me 1451.01 to fix this. This seems excessive in price. But it s my only car I have to get to work so I agree on the service. Two hours thirty five minutes later they said they are done. Seemed like a strait forward job. On the way home which was about an hour from the shop. The gears started to slip. I pulled over and noticed a smell checked the transmission fluid which was very low. This seemed strange. Looked under the car and there was a leak!!! I called for a tow. 300 bucks later I m home. Yes a lot of time went by. I called out of work the next day and when to the tow company. That guy was nice. He jacked it up and we saw the drivers side cv axel seal missing!!! I was not happy and told him I will keep topping of fluids and take it back to Meineke as the tow yard wasn t that far.Once at meineke they said they will look it over and let me know. Two hours 45 minutes later I show back up as they didn t call. The counter guy states they can t find a gasket. It seems to be a discontinued part My question so how did you replace it yesterday. Noreply from him. Then he states he has a guy looking into getting one. I waited about another 45 minutes. Then they finally say it s done with no apology at all or reason. They say I will only be charged 332.83 which still seems a lot for what I when through But I agree. I come home to double check and they both are showing on my account as charged. Hopefully in a couple days the 1456.01 gets removed as I was told. What bad service. Not good at all!!

Tried to scam me because my inspection was up. Saying I needed new shocks and struts and brakes and rotors. For a total of $992. Took it to another shop and everything was fine. Avoid these scammers.

Went in today for a free a.c check as advertised online left with a 240 dollar bill for a a.c check states he had to fill with refrigerant to find the leak but also charged me for a dye insnt a free a.c check supposed to be Free!!!!! Will be calling corporate

After getting a ridiculous quote for shock/strut repairs from my car dealer, I called Meineke. Ed did an awesome job of locating the parts quickly and getting the repairs done just as quickly at an affordable rate! When I picked up my car, I thanked him for the aforementioned and he said, "I'm just doing my job, without you, there is no us." In a time when customer service has gone by the wayside, this was very refreshing to hear. I definitely recommend this Meineke.

Meineke Whitehall repaired the exhaust leak on my 2008 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0T in two hours. They installed the replacement flex pipe that I brought, and welded in a custom center pipe and two resonators. I was very impressed at how fast it was and how fair the price was. They were even diagnosing another customer's car at the same time. The only complaint I have is technically my fault: The Bosal flex pipe that I brought didn't fit perfectly and it rattles against a cross member, so the mechanic said he could re-bend it to where it should be the next time I come in, since I needed to take the car home instead of leaving it for a day. He also informed me of how to solve my oil leak, and he warned me of all the prices before starting anything. It was cool that they let me see the bottom of the car with my own eyes before and after. Scheduled an appointment for next week for new brake pads, rotors, and fluid. Good experience so far.Service: Exhaust

We realized our inspection lapsed the day before a planned trip, and Meineke was gracious enough to fit us in first thing in the am. Shortly after returning home following drop-off, received a call the car was done. They really came through for us. In addition, the gentleman working at the counter was super friendly. Highly recommend!

When I called in a Panic from work about my muffler, Ed at Meineke made sure to get me in by the end of my work day. I was estatic that the cost to fix my muffler was a lot less than I had anticipated. The fix was done within an hour. Ed and Angel the mechanic definitely exceeded my expectations. the guy tried to rip me off for ok tires 4-5/12and pads 4/10he stepped back and started mumbling when i questioned about the state minimum depths , then he satrted sayin ok i will pass the pads but the tire has cracks bullsht... Unreliable. tries to rip off, stay away...

They took me in right away and serviced my car super fast. They provided me with some issues they noticed but did not pressure me into having to get them, more so suggested and said to keep an eye out on them.Would highly recommend for quick and reliable service.Service: Oil change

Do not trust them when they tell you something is mechanically wrong with your vehicle. A few years ago I took my fairly new car to them for inspection. They tried to say my car had an exhaust leak and needing a new strut. Rather than believe them because I m not stupid, I took to another garage and they quickly ruled that out. During that visit I don t think there was one customer they didn t say needed something on their vehicle. They are crooks and will get the best of you if you don t know any better. I long for the day this building is completely vacant because they are ripping good people off.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I have had tire issues for the past year, replacing the same side every 3-4 months, resulting in unnecessary money spent. I took my car to Meineke in Whitehall looking for a saving grace. I found a literal angel as I was walking in. The NEW manager ED! As a young woman whose dad died years ago, I haven't had much luck in the car repair department. Ed took the time to listen to my concerns, and speak to me in a way I would understand. He made sure I understood what was necessary, and what was being done and gave me a clear picture of my billing. I left my car with him and the guys in the back thinking I would be waiting all day. In an hour, I received the call that my car was ready. I can go on and on. Meineke, more specifically THIS Meineke, will see me again for all my mechanic needs. Thank you!

My car wouldn t start so I had it towed here. When the tow came it did start up but definitely sluggish-the battery and engine light was on. Thankfully it passed emissions when it arrived. I know I needed an oil change and inspection. Ed and his crew made suggestions so that I could pass inspection and drive safely to work. He mentioned the one tire was directional where all the others were not (a mistake from another garage when I got a flat-not around here) suggested 2 new tires (I drive 100 miles a day, replace the directional and the other was worn) and a tire rotation. A fuel injector cleaning bc of miles, wiper blades, and brakes/ rotors with a discount! When I got my car back (same day like less than five hours later) it started up great and drove sooo much better. Thankful for Ed as the new shop manager and the hardworking men who worked on my car. My car problems were taken care of swiftly because of this shop. They fixed my flex pipe after keystone tires tried telling me I needed a whole new exhaust system. Saved me well over 1500 plus because the new pipe only costed me 280 bucks!

Had an appointment for an oil change that I made online. I was scheduled for 8:00. I arrived 7:50. Sign said open at 7:30. Place was locked and dark. Don t waste your time. The business doesn t look inviting. Dirty.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
