Great service. Bought 4 tires, Had some issues with them fixed them in a timely manner, at no extra charge. No one is perfect. Would I have preferred that they had it right the first time? absolutely, as they had in the past. However the fact that they took responsibility and make sure that I was a satisfied customer speaks volume. Awesome group of people.

Came in for a walk in for new tires and I was helped out quickly. The service here is great, professional, and friendly. Employees like Kimberly will work with your needs and budget for what's available! To anyone's convenience, it's recommended to come here for exceptional service! Didn't feel anything wrong with this place.

Kimberly was very professional with her customer service skills. Product knowledge was sharp also. She wasn t pushy, and steered me towards the tires that suited my needs for what I wanted to purchase for my SUV. Overall I had a good experience with your sales representative.

Dawn and both of the mechanics on duty (Richard & Lunchbox) were warm and welcoming. The main office, waiting room, & bathroom were all bright & clean. The cable tv, coffee, & comfy chairs in the waiting room were much appreciated. Service was fast considering I was a walk in on a weekend afternoon. They took the time to tell and show me about other future potential issues with my car. They easily could've tried to take advantage of me. I liked that they were honest & were up front about what they saw & about when I'd need that work done. It was overall a pleasant experience, & I'll be back again.

Carlos and Ray did a great job of getting me in and fixing my issues! Even let me know I had a major issue with my breaks that I wasn't aware of! Immediately called to request they could fix everything and got it all done in just a few hours! Extremely happy with them!

I have had a horrible overall experience with Mavis. In December I got my synthetic oil change. Last week my engine light started flashing and my oil light went on. I took it to my mechanic and there was no oil in my car and my dipstick was missing! I called the location and they said they do not touch the dipstick when doing an oil change. How do they know if they put enough oil in your car? Whoever did my oil change in December obviously put no oil in my car as synthetic oil lasts almost 7,500 miles. I called the regional manager, Shane and he was completely rude and backed up their mistake. I told him I will call my lawyer and his exact words were have fun with that . My car engine is now ruined from their mistake and they are taking no responsibility for it. They also said whoever did my oil change back in December is no longer there so that s a huge red flag and also stated they can t pull security footage because they got a new system in January . They will definitely be hearing from my lawyer as my car engine is now ruined. I do not recommend this place at all. It s sad too because my family uses this place as well and will not be retuning. I m reading more Mavis reviews and it seems as though another individual has had the same problem of them not changing their oil!

Jonathan the manger helped after store hours. Super polite, courteous and very professional. They closed at 6:00pm and I got there around 6:45. I had a large gash in my rear tire and couldn t drive the vehicle. Jonathan easily could have said sorry we are closed, They did a fantastic job! Perfect balancing! Recommended Great tire. I was super happy and thankful for Jonathan and his team for taking care of me when they could have went home. They were happy to do it! Great attitude!

Tyler was amazing and quoted my time there for an oil change on the dot. I was in and out with ease. The waiting room was very comfortable and even had a TV, Keurig, and some snack machines. The store was kept immaculate. Tyler, who is extremely knowledgeable, also helped quote me on new tires for my next visit when my inspection is due next month. I will be returning to this shop for all my future mechanical needs.

Reynaldo was really helpful, super polite and worked with me on prices for my tire and alignment. Really insightful and professional here. Doesn t really feel like a business it feels more like a family there. Def recommended

I went for a battery today and I didn't know they changed names. Well I wasn't able to get my battery from my warranty because of changing names and would have been an hour plus drive to the nearest NTB. Well the manager gave me a discount on the battery and everything. Service was great and quick 10 minutes to wait. I would recommend you to go there for a battery anyway! Thanks again for the discount and service.

Brought my own wheels and tires to get mounted. Checked in and waited over 45 minutes before telling me they were closing up and to come back tomorrow. What a waste of time.

I am very happy with the service I received, not just with one vehicle but with two of my vehicles! I have a Hyundai Elantra and Subaru Legacy. They are very professional and did exceptional service on my cars! Routine/maintenance service and when something needs to be fixed or replaced they're on the job and let you know exactly what's going on with your car and show you. They have repaired and performed great service on my vehicles and I will definitely be coming back again soon!

Tyler saved my day! After a VERY rough morning having to replace 1 tire in the morning, another tire needed to be replaced soon after. This location had the tire I needed and was able to be seen right away. Thankfully, rather than most places taking what money they can, I was told my tire was able to be repaired rather than spending money on a whole new tire. After the day I had, it was the good news I needed to hear. A nice added touch was the tech who fixed my tire even placed my spare back in it's spot without even asking. Highly recommend this place, and Thank you for much great customer service!!!

Went for a truck tire repair. All personnel were courteous and they had the tire repaired within about 25 minutes (and for a reasonable price). Can't ask for more than that. Overheard them speaking with other customers regarding various services - again, very courteous and professional to all. Would recommend.

Great service. I only had a hard time finding the place. So, it made me late for my appointment, but, they was very nice about it. Because it s a different name on the building at that particular location.2160 MacArthur Road. Other than that it was a great experience. Oh and the coffee machine was broken so I couldn t have coffee while I waited. They did my alignment in descent timing.

Horrible experience. First they told me the tires were in, so my wife went down the following morning to only find there were no tires. A few days later the tires arrived. During installation they gouged up 2 of my rims and damaged 2 tire pressure valve stems. They replaced the one reluctantly and the other one unfortunately leaked to slow that it went undetected until a few days later. At this point I would just wanted to save myself any further aggravation and possible more time damage that I would just have the dealer replace it. Today I picked my car from inspection and having the valve stem replacement. Mavis had over tightened my locking lugs that the dealer had to break the studs off. At the end of the day I thought I was saving money, but it costed me $350 in damage repairs. Lesson learned. Wonder if Mavis will compensate me for these damages?

On one hand they were very nice and knowledgeable. No fussing with my MR2 during oil changes. On the other hand they messed up when they did my alignment.Drove it home and the steering wheel wasn't staying straight all of the sudden (wasn't like that when I drove it off the lot). Called them back the next day and the guy said they were getting a bunch of people complaining of that (lol?). And that I could come in the next morning (it was either a Saturday or Sunday, can't remember) and they'd fix it.Well, come back the next morning and the guy says they don't have an alignment tech. So I have to come back the next day. Well, I drive home and take a look myself. Turns out the jam nut on my tie rod end was not tightened enough after the alignment and came loose. Which sent the toe link to max extension and maxed out the toe on my back right wheel. I eyeballed it back into position and retightened the jam nut and it's been fine since.I would say that's a freak thing, but the fact the guy on the phone said they'd been getting a bunch of people having the same issue?... Gotta win the lottery to get good people when it comes to this stuff.

The guys here were great! I've had not so stellar experiences at other NTB locations in the past. Took my car here to fix something not done correctly at a NTB out of state. They got it figured out super quick and kept me informed of wait time. They were kind and courteous and even offered my kid a Popsicle nice guys all around and they restored my faith I. This company.

I went to a different shop to get quoted for some labor work and an alignment and Mavis Discount Tire Blew the competiors to the ground. They offered me an amazing deal and the mechanic seemed more than knowledgeable and was able to get my car done quicker than i expected. I definitely recommend Mavis Discount Tire.

Don t fall for their song and dance. Took my car in for a tire leak. They said I needed rotors which I knew was coming so I figured let them do the work they said it needed since I was there. Said a control arm was broke and needed a belt. She said it should be around $1000 but I brought it down to $700, and maybe I can take more off.So I left the car there. They never called me to say it was done or they were adding to the bill!! After six hours I called to find a bill for $1177.99 lot different then the I can get it down to $700What a scam!!! I should of just waited to get that stuff done at my regular mechanic who I trust instead of opting for convenience. And the kicker is tire light still went on next few days soooo did they even do anything to it?? The whole reason I went in.

Great place to go. I had 4 used wheels/rims checked to see if they wobbled and were bent and good to put on my car. They did a great job scheduling me in the same day, Sunday, and got me in and out quickly. Yes I would go there again and recommend anyone else to go there.

Very professional place, friendly staff. Took my vehicle to get work done on it and they were a huge help on explaining what was wrong with it had no issues since. Great work guys!!! Keep up the great work highly reccomend coming here. The new manager is very professional as well.

Kean(hope I got that right) was awesome! He gave me all the info I needed about my tires and a discount on top of the already low price of the whole package. I'll be coming back here for tires. Another plus, I picked a Sunday and there was no wait. Thanks Guys, Your Awesome!

Awesome service...woke up to a nail in my tire. Of course it was unplanned so I had little time before work to take care of it. With an hour and a half commute I had no choice but to take care of it right away or risk getting stuck at work later. Called 4 different places to see if I could be squeezed in. This was the only place that would take me right away, on a saturday at that.. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes and was not late to work. Greatly appreciated.

This store was AMAZING. The store manager Jonathan was exceptional, personable & empathetic. Him and his crew were nothing less than great. Attentive and understanding. They finished the work the other Mavis store were incapable of doing. I highly recommend this store. They care about their customers so much. I will be calling corporate to let them know about this store and their great work ethics. I went through HELL with the other Mavis store next to Dunkin Donuts (store #218) I wish I came here way before maybe I could ve avoided all the problems. The store number for this one is #1194 !!

I took my GMC Terrain to get breaks serviced. They snipped the squealer from the break pad and did not change the breaks and charged me as if they provided full service for replacement. I only found out now because my breaks were making a horrible grinding sound. It was so bad that I couldn't even break properly. My vehicle would just grind and slide forward when trying to stop. Now not only do I need to replace the breaks but I also need to replace the rotors. This is highly unethical business practice. If I could I would give them a negative zero rating. I have the old break pads as evidence of the unethical action they took that could have cost me my life.Please think twice before taking your vehicle to them for service.
