I was very disappointed with my service. took my 2012 Ford Mustang in to be inspected. After waiting all day for my car, I called around 3pm to see if it was done only to find out it wasn't. They told me my battery was dead and they had to jump start my car to get it into the garage. I was informed that I would have to drive the car 150 miles and bring it back.There was a couple of missed opportunities here (1) They didn't test the battery to see if it was bad or not. I took my battery to 2 different auto parts stores and had it tested. It was 100%. However it did have a date code of 5/19. I probable would have bought a new battery for $220. (2) Mavis wanted to charge me $42 saying that the Inspection was $42 pass or fail.I argued that you didn't inspected anything, they didn't charge me. However if they had at least went through with the safety inspection I would happily paid the $42.I have been going to Mavis for 4 years with out incident. But the 2 managers I talked with this day went right on the defensive and i know longer trust the service there and probably will not be back.

Exception work! Came from New York and stopped on my way to Allentown. Service was so well, I am tempted to drive from New York just to utilize their service. Great job! Highly recommended.

I needed inspection stickers placed back on my windshield after having my windshield replaced. I had groceries in the trunk and was at 2 different shops who couldn't do it today. Mavis had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Great service!!!

I had an amazing time here! My mechanic Bill was the best, super friendly and great customer service. I m visiting PA from NY and this is the best customer service I ve seen from any tire shop. Absolutely love Bill he should actually be promoted I m send everyone I know here!

I bring my car here every time I need a fix. Polite staff, quick service. Prices are always better than other mechanics I've been to. Highly recommend this place!!

Scheduled service online. They were prompt. Greeted me with a respectful Hello. Installed paper mats to keep my car clean. Reviewed work to be done. Did a 10 point check at no charge. Suggested but did not try to upsell additional work. Professional yes, Honest yes, Respectful yes. Met and Exceeded all of my Expectations. Clean , organized location. Kudos to management and staff. Will be a regularly.

The prices are great I love mavis discount tire I have gone forever. But this location staff is awful. I got an oil change had oil every where all over my steering wheel my tan roof all over my door. All in the inside I called didn t even let me finish all that was said was for me to come to see if they can look at it and do anything about it. Also I had my brake fluid flushed last oil change and they tried getting me to do it again acting like I wasn t going to say it was already done. Mind you it s supposed to be done every 2-3 yrs or every 30,000 miles. I just had my inspection done and the Mavis which is amazing In schnecksville. They said my brakes and rotors are brand new. They also said my alignment needed done here but didn t care whatever wasn t much to do it. Idk if it s because I was a female and they were just trying to sell me on stuff but tried getting $900 out of me when all I went in for was oil change mind u my car is a 2021 and is serviced regularly. If I didn t know anything abt cars or what gets done on my car I would have been out $900.

It was a rainy Saturday & my friend's car needed servicing. Mavis was busy & took his car without an appointment. Jon & Keaneth at desk were friendly & efficient. I really enjoyed their personalities. I trusted them. I wasn't disappointed & thank them for a great car service. Grateful & appreciative. Highly recommend to all!

I came in with a partially flat donut on my car and a flat tire in the trunk. Bill did an excellent job of getting me setup with four new tires and even looked at my donut. Fantastic work!

Took my SUV here because I had a flat tire; I needed a new tire- that's it. Hours of waiting later I finally got my vehicle back to see the "Check AWD System" light on once I was almost home. I had to schedule another appointment where it took even more waiting for them to hook my car up to the computer, and the end result was "we can't figure out why it has that problem". This problem wasn't happening before I took my car here. So that's it. They didn't offer another solution and expect me to get it fixed because of an issue they caused. OH! and don't forget, they even forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the new tire. I wouldn't trust this place with a kids tricycle.

These guys are very knowledge and they helped me fix my tire but also made me aware of how bad my tires were worn and also made the whole transaction seem less. I would definitely recommend for all tire changes and any information you need!!

Mavis is the best! The staff at this location are very friendly and professional. Today I went in on a moments notice because my tire had a screw in it (luckily I had a warranty) and it was covered under the warranty. Fast and friendly service!

This was a good place, but it seems like they changed something, I went to try to install new tires, they told me it would take about 2 hours, I came back after 3 hours and my car they hadn't even started working on it, it was still in the parking. Thanks for making me waste my entire morning.The guy who helped me and received my car told me that the job would take about 2 hours, if it takes you 3 hours to do it, that's fine but my car hadn't even started working on it. If you can't do a job, don't do it. If it took you all day to make, it is your obligation to say so, I could have looked for another option like Midas or Pep boys.I don't need to hear your excuses.

I usually never have an issue with Mavis the last time I was here I changed my breaks and had to come back a day later because my brakes fell out .. I was offered a free inspection for inconvenience and when I finally did go for inspection was told I had to.pay for it that the worker who offered it to me was fired for offering things they were not supposed too...
