Any negative reviews about them "pressuring me into buying something I didn't need" are total nonsense! They are honest, integrity based, and completely trustworthy here. On more than one occasion, they have been able to repair my tire, never once trying to pressure me into replacing the tires if not needed. And for this very reason, when the time comes I do need new tires, I give them my business. For customers who give places their business based on principal, like myself, this is a place you can feel good about giving your business to. One hand washes the other and so a simple tire repair, along with honesty and integrity, turns into a life long customer. 5 Star honest, integrity based, customer serviced based business!

Had a slow leak and the TPS was malfunctioning so I stopped in. Austin, checked me in and after some reprogramming and resealing that tire off I went free of charge. Honored the warranty, took care of my car isssue and I am one happy customer.Austin awesomeness, hands down! Guess who I got on speed dial now???

Excellent service! I ve been here several times and each time I had minor repairs, I was charged little to nothing. Quality of work is superior, and everyone is very friendly. Will definitely return for my car care needs. Highly recommend!

Got a flat on the road near by. Have a call to this store and had exceptional customer service from initial call to giving me my keys and having my car pulled up to the door for me to get in when they were done. They brought the tire to me and shower me exactly where I had not one, but two nails which explained why I would need a new tire and even had a tire on stock for me! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO STORE 1387 TEAM! AMAZING WORK! Thank you all so much!

This is the first place in PA that I brought my car to where the service was GREAT the staff is FRIENDLY AND GREAT and the prices are UNBEATABLE. I came here for a oil and a battery change. They were fast and they actulet me look at the problem my car had. The most thing I love about them is that they are HONEST. They don't OVERCHARGE and they are very PROFESSIONAL. Anytime my car need to go to the doctor I will definitely bring my car back here

Woke up this morning with only 13psi in one of my tires. Called Williams Tire and brought the car in this afternoon and they took me right away. They found a nail embedded in the tire near the sidewall that couldn't be replaced without weakening the sidewall. Since the tire was purchased at Tire Rack and was under warranty, I told them I'd have to get the replacement from Tire Rack. No problem! They didn't even charge me for taking a look at the tire. Great customer service!

This dude , Austin Baehr , I brought my car in cause it was screaming, dying at lights , something just wasn't right , Austin had me bring it in and got me back out the door within no time at all. Everything about my experience here was phenomenal. No complaints. Great work. Fair price , and good employees. Thanks again !

I had a slow leak in my Tesla. I made an appointment at Jack Williams in Whitehall Pennsylvania and they got me in quickly. They found the leak and repaired it. I would like to thank Kim and the entire staff on the great customer service I received And the repair of my tire.

So this took me by surpriseMy wife and I brought our 2022 Hyundai Pallisade here to get 4 tires alignment and balancing done. At first everything was good. Got our tires delivered with quick time same day install.In the rush of everyday life I didn't imagine that they could have scratched or damaged the rims on our suv. I should have looked way better upon leaving.One rim has a bad face scratch when the others have edge damage/scratches chips from the mounting machine.This is the first time the tires on our suv has been removedThese rims were not damaged upon arrival I know that for sure!How can you be the tech and know you scratched or damaged someone's vehicle and not say anything to your supervisor!Now what do I do about the damage

I had a great experience at Jack Williams in Whitehall! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I called and was able to get in same day. They were efficient and I was out of there quickly. Definitely recommend!

I love that they are open on Sundays. When in for installation on two tires and an alignment without an appointment. Took more time than expected, but was given a 30.00 discount for the wait. Bill, who works at the front desk, is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Keep up the good work!

Great place. Been here twice for a nail in my tire and they were able to patch It up and get me on my way in no time. Austin was great! Will be returning again when my next issue occurs :)

Quick service & very trustworthy. Worked with Kim provided excellent customer service. I came in for car inspection. She was very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into it & was able to get it done very quickly. I would trust them with any future repairs, inspections. I would not take my car anywhere else. . I will advise family and friends to go to Jack Williams . Thank you !

I discovered a nail, (very big) in the center of my front tire this morning. I heard it on the way into work. I took a chance and waited until after work to resolve it. I called Jack Williams Tire on MacArthur Road in Whitehall and spoke to Austin who was very pleasant. He told me to just stop by after work. When I arrived I was greeted and my information was taken. They had a technician who could take me right away. After removing the nail, it was determined that it had not punctured the tire and I was good to go. They did not charge me anything either! They were very kind and professional. I will definitely go back there.

Average place of business for a chain store. Higher price than local shops, lower price than dealerships. Same day schedule and service. Got 2 front tires and an alignment. During this process they discovered I needed an air filter. Which is interesting because they never said I needed an axle, axle boots, struts or cv joints. No complaints on the work I had done, Fast service, Moderate pricing.

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENTI took my car here to get looked at because my rear brake rotor was grooved. When I got the call, I was told by the service advisor that I would need not only brake pads and rotors on both sides, but calipers on both sides as well. I suspected that I might potentially need one caliper, but when I questioned why I needed a second caliper i was told because one was bad, it was putting pressure on the other one, so both needed to be replaced. I then take my car to Honda and they confirm that only one caliper needed to be replaced as I originally thought.I believe in second chances, but after what happened with my dad as well, we will not be going back there. These guys took a brand new battery that my dad bought FROM THEM and replaced it with a used battery when his car was in their shop for an unrelated reason. The battery was dead a couple days later. They thought they could get away with it because my dad is handicapped.AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Unfortunately, I was quoted $860 for new breaks and rotors. Told on the phone prior, that rear/ front brakes and rotors would be $300 (totaling $600 front and back). When asking why the extra $260, I was told it was for taxes and break flush. I took a minute and called my local shop for an estimate, told $600 plus tax (break flush only being $30, btw), they were not aware of my JW estimate amount. I informed JW that my private shop estimated the work for over $200 less; they suddenly could do it for $660. At that point my car and money were going elsewhere, regardless. I can only imagine the amount of people who get taken advantage of; moral of the story, just be aware, anywhere you go, get a second opinion.

I used to love this place. Needed a tire repair/plug, took an hour. Took 20 more minutes after you said "almost done" Please improve. Took a lot less time the last time at Mavis down the road.

Was taken care of by Kim. Great customer service, had to deal with me constantly pestering her with time changes. She dealt with it professionally and still helped me out with a request. Also got my vehicle taken care of in timely manner to help keep my schedule together.
