We came in and got an oil change and even though it was early in the morning, we were seen right away and received great service with a smile! CJ made sure we had everything we needed and made us aware of the Preferred Customer Program. We live in Allentown near another Firestone location but, will continue coming here for service. Keep up the good work guys!

It is always a pleasure to work with this location. The employees are wonderful, polite, and understanding. They try their best to help me out all the time, and I always appreciate it. I especially appreciate a polite worker by the name of CJ. He is careful, inspects my vehicle, and fixes the issues extremely well. I will be coming back.

Your district manager promised me a better experience after you guys almost possibly killed me by leaving my tires loose on my car and wobbled. To then come in for an oil change after making an appointment and then saying it s an hour and a half to two hours wait because you guys overbooked walk-ins. It sounds to me and shows me that you have poor time management skills and our greedy for money because you can even honor appointments. I will not be bringing my services back. The district manager should definitely look into this again, so I m going to a different mechanic.

They were short staffed but it didn't keep them from being incredibly nice, welcoming and efficient. I feel so bad when places are down people - this time of year with illness paired with the holiday/end-of-year-rush, it's rough out here! Wish I could help - but THANK YOU to the folks at Firestone for being so pleasant, having a nice, clean waiting area, and taking care of my car. This is why I keep coming back to this location. Thanks a ton!

(UPDATED REVIEW)[from 3 stars down to 1]So I just found out that the person who was working on my truck literally just left a while ago and no one knew that the truck wasn t finished so no one was working on my truck for at least 2 hours while I was waiting here patiently for a simple headlight bulb replacement and basic inspection.*original post* Staff and overall environment is fine and respectful. My only issue is that I waited here for 5 hours to get a simple headlight bulb replaced. They told me it was gonna take an hour, due to approval, but they also did a basic inspection. I literally watched at least 5 other customers come in after me with their cars and they already left with their vehicles. If you re coming in for a simple issue, I would suggest going somewhere else or do it yourself. It shouldn t take 4 hours to change a bulb and do a basic inspection.

Had some issues with my car leaking oil. The Firestone team was able to get me and take care of everything. Turned out to be a lot more than I expected but they were incredibly friendly and professional. Had an issue with the check engine light being on the day after I picked it up and they got me in the next morning, cleared it up and got it taken care of at no addition cost. Shout out to Derrick who did an excellent job explaining everything to me and showing me the issues. Not my usual garage but they treated me like I had been going there for years.

I was a little unsure if I wanted to come back to Firestone due to the fact your prices are slightly higher than most places . I took a chance your mechanics are fantastic, they took me out to my car and showed me everything that was wrong with my cars braking system. He seemed to be very knowledgeable in what he was doing and he gained my trust . So yes, I may have paid a little more then I wanted to but now I know the job was done right . Yes I would recommend Firestone to friends and family but I would also let them know your prices are higher and let them decide.

Wonderful service and staff! Very kind, got my car done quickly and were honest about all services needed! Just moved to the area and now they have a life long customer! Kudos to this Firestone team!

Got a good deal on some Firehawk AS for my Q50. It's been a few weeks on them and so far no issues. The tires are sticky and handle well. Definitely more quiet than the Bridgestone run flats it replaced. Customer service was friendly and drop off pick up time was acceptable. Probably won't use them for service issues but definitely for tires.

The customer service at the lehigh valley mall location is incredible. They are extremely friendly and took excellent care of me and my car. I am definitely going to come back for all my car needs.

Went to this location to get new tires placed on my car. The staff was nice and they were busy so it took awhile to get it in and finished 12:00-2:30p or so no big deal. Service wasn t bad, they forgot valve caps for my new tires, no big deal just went in and asked for 4 and put them on myself. However, it wasn t until I looked closer at my rims at home that they left large scratches on the edges of a few of them when they installed the new tires. It s hard to prove it was the mechanic, but it was definitely not like that prior to going here and I didn t hit anything with my rims. I mean it happens I guess it s not a brand new car anymore, but I probably won t go back to this place again with that kind of sloppy work.

They were very friendly and helpful. The work was done neatly and correctly. They didn t try to over charge or tell me I needed things I don t to over inflate my bill.

I've been dealing with Whitehall firestone for 20+ years, and have had regular maintenance and inspections done on 6 different vehicles throughout that time. The employees have changed over the years, but the customer service hasn't. Yes I did run across some issues with work I had do there, but they are always quick to resolve any problems. If you are looking for tires, oil changes, or car inspections I suggest giving them a try.

Convenient and fair service and pricing. I took my Camry here service for years and rarely had any issues with the service received. Good place to consider taking your car.

I called on my way to work when an engine light came on and they were able to take my car in within 15 minutes to do a diagnostic! Very rarely do I go to a mechanic and they aren t rude to me because I m a woman and might not know a lot about the issue, but these people were so kind, respectful and helpful! I really appreciated all their time and patience today.

They take forever to do an oil change. Is unbelievable. Always go to Valvoline and is super fast and I personally feel trust and what they're doing. Firestone is amazingly slow and want to replace every single thing out of your car. Replaced wipers 2 months ago and was told by Firestone that need to be replaced. When car came out I asked them why and a vague answer was given. Believe

I've been bringing my car here for awhile now and I can say without a doubt this has been the best place in the valley ! The technicians always go over in great detail what's wrong with your car and the best suggestions to get it fixed. Always leave a happy customer.

Had inspection done on 1/10/23. One safety feature with 2 components failed. Three service reps/technicians kindly showed me the issue(s) on the truck. Tech/service rep offered to take cost of one item off total cost, which was very kind. When I received invoice/estimate at the time, I stated that the entire cost of the second component was not taken off, as he/they had stated; rather, the estimate had a 15% discount on it. When asked, he stated that he and the other 2 techs/reps would be in shop on Monday 2/16/2023 and not to worry, he would adjust, then. Due to their very kind service, I scheduled appt for work on 1/16/23.Went for repair as scheduled, today, and 2 of 3 techs/reps were there, but not the rep who drew up the invoice/estimate. Store manager, I assume, did not honor agreement from 1/10/23. Stated that "take it off" the invoice really means a discount. I see--words have different meanings depending on who is running the place at the time. Both techs acknowledged the conversation on 1/10, but manager overrode, attempting to make it appear as though I had asked for something from them, which I had not done. Two techs were in a bad spot, obviously; however, I did not ask for the cost of one part/labor to be taken off on 1/10, but did appreciate it, and the fact that the 3rd person was not there to acknowledge is their problem, not mine. Left and did not have work done. Dishonest manager trying to gaslight me into believing this situation is something I had created is garbage. No integrity.Done with Firestone. Permanently.

I am so thankful for the people that took care of my Jeep! Overall, their service was wonderful, but in particular, they saved me a bunch of money. I thought I d have to get my valve stems replaced, but they were able to fix them. Also, I appreciated all the updates I got via phone and email during the service. Everyone I talked to was very professional and courteous, but special thanks to Kyle for helping me out!

I ve taken two different vehicles to this shop along with my grandfather s truck. All three different occasions for different services, we came out with a new problem or bad maintenance. Manager by the name of AJ is disrespectful towards customers and far too immature to be in a customer service position, let alone a managerial one.Service: TiresService: Tires

Best customer service. Accidentally and luckily came in to the wrong location. After calling the location I had my appointment with, they informed me they couldn t complete my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances but hadn t called me I would have shown up and been turned away. Alan at the Lehigh Valley mall location went above and beyond to fit me in their packed schedule and get me in and out quickly! The best!!Service: Oil change

These people who work in the shop are amazing!!!!!!!!!! Not just car repairs, true kind souls. We were trying to rescue a momma duck and her babies, they were headed for RT 145, crazy busy road. These kind souls helped us!!!!!!! They got us boxes to catch them, and made sure they did not get hit by a car. So thankful. It's heart warming to meet kind people. Thank you
