I want to start by saying, I believe that car care is that one service that people have tremendous doubt when it comes to trusting those doing the work. This experience has curbed that doubt for me. With that said, the appointment I booked on-line was never received, however, the staff went above and beyond to uphold my appointment. The man overseeing the operation (I wish I could remember his name), gave honest and trustworthy advice. I feel confident about the service provided and will be taking our vehicles back for any future needs.

CJ's was awesome. I was in a jam & it was late in the day. But they said they'd stay a bit longer if need be. Rob did a great job working on my car. He knows his stuff & he took great care of my car too. The Mgr was informative & congenial. Made the effort to be personable. Price was fair & service was excellent. They were quick too. I'll be going back again for sure. Nice shop too. All in all...great experience at CJ's. Rick Marmo

Our family has used CJ's Tire for years since they opened their Whitehall, PA, location. We find the prices competitive, service friendly and attentive, and work quality excellent! Recently, I got a new set of tires installed, and they took the time to align the tire's colored dot with the valve stem that's attention to detail! We will continue to use CJ's Tire in the future!

Great set of tires for a reasonable price. Fast service.Spare tire was not re-installed which makes it difficult to do myself, thus the 4 star rating.

Called to see if I could drop my suv off a day before it was scheduled to have four new tires installed.Was told to drop it off and they would try to have it done that day.CJ,s got the suv done that day and a alignment also.Great timing for me to get the suv done a day early.Great job.Would recommend !

We had a flat tire the night before we were leaving for vacation, and CJ's took care of us the next morning and got us on our way! The service was great, prices were explained before service began and we were very happy with our experience. We would definitely go here again for tires and service!

Placing order online was easy. I call ahead to make sure my appointment was still on time which it was. I arrived and took my car in within minutes of check in. I waited there for it to be completed. It was agood experience.

Great place for tires, oil change, tune up, winterizing . . .HONEST CAR BUSINESS. They do not rip you off.Friendly staff, and competent mechanics.

Highly recommend. I stopped in on a Saturday morning to service one of my tires. I was greeted as I entered. I was a walk in without an appointment and planned to be there to wait but they got me in and completed the work within a very reasonable time frame. Service received from all employees were exceptional. Looking forward to continuing to get my vehicle serviced by them! Thank you

The people at CJ s Tire are great! Appointments can be made within a few days. Check in only takes a few minutes. Points for service add up quickly which helps to keep costs down. If there is any questions or problems with a service, they are quick to call. I am happy to use their services! Thank you

Moved here after being at Jack Williams for 13 years. Mavis bought out Jack Williams and service is bad and prices increased significantly. CJ s is fairly priced and a good location. Oil change is $20 cheaper than mavis (full-synthetic) Place is always busy, so make an appointment. Rewards programs is a decent feature

So I purchased 2 of tires on April 18th. On Dec 29th I driving on 78 when my tire blew with my wife and kids. I went today to see if it was under warranty. They told me it wasn't since I didn't get a protection plan. Since when a warranty has to have a protection plan. Second they accused me of driving it like that. I had to stay in a hotel over night cause of the tire.Will never go to this place again stay away !!!

Excellent, honest, knowledgeable service, decent prices (plus a price match), with outstandingly friendly and courteous personnel, running an immaculately clean shop. There isn't much room for improvement... This store checks all the boxes!

As always, I was met at the counter, they immediately had my information ready, took my car and had me out the door in about an hour. All work complete, all specs checked and all at a decent rate. Well done gentleman!!

Impressive visit all around. Made an appointment few days ago. Arrived 10 minutes early. Greeted and taken care of immediately. Car got 4 tires, slight adjustment to alignment and safety & emissions inspections, all in 1 hour! Great pricing too. Falken 70k tires were $520 installed & out the door for 215/55R17V. My first visit to CJ s and it wont be the last. They have gained a new customer. Thank you fellas.

Called and said they could work me in the next day. Got there early and they had my car done by the afternoon. Great communication from them as well to let me know what was going on. Recommend to anyone.

CJs is always friendly amd great to deal with. I took my car there for low pressure in a tire and a nail in it. They were quick and honest. The nail never punctured my tire. No charge. I always take my cars here to get serviced!

I bought 4 tires and an alignment at a great price. The staff (& Ray) was very accommodating. I'm very happy with the services and I will be back, especially knowing now what other services they can provide for my vehicles.

First and not last experience with CJ's! I was on a very very tight schedule and needed all new tires asap! CJ's not only had the specific tires I needed in stock but also got my car in and out within two hours! The staff was very knowledgeable and so helpful. Had a problem with my car that caused it to fail inspection. Rich provided a suggestion which would allow my car to pass and save me over 700 dollars. Outstanding work and friendly staff when speaking on the phone.

Excellent service. Had problems with my air pressure sensors for weeks, and suddenly had a flat tire on top of it. They were able to squeeze me in, fix the issue, fix the flat, and as an added bonus do my inspection as well, all within 3 hours.

I am very picky, took my 2019 mustang here for the first time. Very accommodating scheduling, friendly service, fair pricing compared to other shops. Would be happy to visit again

Had a ten o'clock appointment and was there for 2 hours to get 4 tires. It was the day before Thanksgiving and the last day of a big sale. I'll give it 5 stars anyway. Tires were a great value
