I always have a positive experience at this location, but today was the best yet Allan went above and beyond my expectations by helping me diagnose a dashboard warning light, explaining what each alert meant, checking Auto Zone inventory for the part I needed, and offering helpful suggestions as to how to go about replacing the sensor. Thank you, Allan, for standing out in the rain today and giving my vehicle careful time and attention! You were so helpful, and your customer service skills are off the charts!

Customer service was amazing. Alan is a great employee. He changed my headlight when I could't figure out how to do it. I am so thankful for his help. This is the place to go when you need a part or advice. Thank you for going above and beyond.

What a great experience! Problem was no high beams ,Allan figured out immediately both my high beam bulbs were blown I have been looking in my book to the car and trying to figure this out for a day or two . He also checked diagnostics for an engine light was very helpful and knowledgeable on explaining what issue I had..What a great personality Allan has as well as work ethic taking care of a customer. Hats off to Allan! Blessings Brother!

Incredible customer service. Walked in tonight certain I needed a battery for my vehicle. While assisting with the swap, the manager (Paul) noticed the connection was loose, needed repair and the battery was fine. He immediately refunded me for the battery and put a shim on it to get it repaired for now without charging me anything. Saved me over $300 and went above and beyond. In and out in 10 minutes with a solution. Very grateful. Highly recommend them.

Allen helped me out with a battery issue that ended up just being a loose terminal. Definitely happy it wasn't parts and he tightened up all my connections there.

Got what I needed. Nothing really special. Out of 6 people working only one was ringing everyone out. The line of us stood like idiots. This is why I order off of Amazon I said to myself as I watched the employees talk to one another.

I recently added a review on Google maps regarding Auto Zone and I think it may have been misleading. I have been shopping for my parts there and always was extremely satisfied with their service and prices for parts!

While I was standing in line, one of the employees literally walked right past me so that he could rock paper scissors with the 2 employees that were just staring at me to see who had to help me. I am sorry I inconvenienced your store by trying to buy an alternator and belt for $200 that I could have had next day through Amazon for about $100.

Part we were looking for wasn't available at this location. The guy didn't seem to understand what we were asking for initially but later discovered the part was in Allentown. Overall a clean and nice location with disappointing results and experience.

Allan/Allen (not sure how you spell it) has the best customer service I ve ever encountered at an establishment. He went above and beyond to help me not only establish the issue with my lights but also, fixed it for me as well. He was super informative and very kind. You don t find a lot of employees with the attitude like him! Definitely appreciate his help and kindness.

Allen was awesome! Great customer service. Went in there for a few bulbs and he showed me how to fix it and went ahead and gave me a hand with the repairs. Highly recommend coming to this location.

This is an awesome store. Organized, good stuff in stock, and friendly, knowable employees. Huge shout out to Alan after I bought a battery the terminals in my car were corroded and I bent and broke them trying to get them off the old battery. When I wanted to change the terminals, the second screw was also corroded and couldn't be removed, he came out with an impact driver and got those sucker's off in a second and I was back on the road in no time. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers. This store will be my first choice for all my car needs

Incredible service! I came here looking for wiper blades, and Allan not only helped me find the correct ones for my car, but he also came outside (in the cold) and put them on my car for me, and according to him my wipers were the most difficult he s ever had to remove. And he did it all with a laugh and a smile! Then after all that, I noticed my one headlight was out while I was still in the parking lot conveniently enough, and once again Allan found the right bulb and came out and replaced my headlight for me! Very kind people and excellent service, I highly recommend this AutoZone. Thanks Allan!

Always 5 stars! Good, helpful people. See what's new! They have some pretty cool things going on . Like borrowing tools. Interesting, right.Oh. I had $20 bucks in points at the register the last time I was in. My order was practically free. I couldn't believe it! CoolGet an autozone points card when you go in it's worth it .. for real

I walk in there and tell them what I'm looking for, they bring up my account and I'm finished. They always tell me what products are available and the cost. They always have what I need in stock. I use the whitehall location because they are very helpful.

When I would go to start my car the last few times, it would start but it would be sluggish. I went to Autozone this evening to get a new battery. From bad battery diagnosis to installation it took 25 minutes. Allan was quick, and professional. Thank you so much!

I bought headlights after the cashier helped me out . AND THEN HE REPLACED MY HEADLIGHT BULBS WHILE MY PARTNER AND I WERE HIS MORALE SUPPORT! Oh and after replacing my lights, he cleared the fog off my car lights as well. God bless Tim for helping us, Id like to see Paul Allen replace my light.

I went to the store last night because i was having multiple problems with my vehicle. Allan looked at my vehicle briefly and gave me some recommendations on what i might need. I came back to get the parts because i had a friend to install them for me. Allans advice was correct and my car is fixed. Thank you soo much im glad you were there to help me. Highly recommended

Went in to get brake pads around lunch time. They have 3 kids behind the counter who couldn t look up simple brake pads and caliper tool. Come on now! I never have problems when it s the guy at night with the glasses on. Unreal. Autozone you need to do better than this.

I went there looking for break pads and rotors and the most helpful worker named Mariah helped me. She walked me through and was super sweet. Definitely would come back to this autozone!

Yesterday I showed up at Autozone knowing I had to get bulbs for my rear brake lights but had NO idea how to replace them! Then insert the kindest and most helpful person Allan! He not only made sure I had the right lights to replace my brake lights but did the replacement for me! It was after 5pm and just frigid outside! Yet, he never complained AND saw that I needed 2 more lights replaced!! AND DID THOSE TOO!! We were out there for a good 25 minutes as he had to go back in and out for different tools. Allan, thank you soo much for getting me back on the road safely for myself and the other drivers!! YOU TOTALLY ROCK!!!

Helpful Staff. Almost always has what I need, if not can get quickly. Reasonable prices for what you get, could always be cheaper. My go to auto parts place!
