Unexpected young guy, T does almost everything as far as working on my semi truck..from towing semi s and fixing it. Manager was very helpful and cool. Price was great for the work they both did! Got them locked as a favorite, hours there my be iffy. But service is right on!! Thanks guys it handles like a new truck

I'm a little late in posting this. But back in october I was in the poconos for a long weekend get away When my car wouldn't start at the resort. I called roadside assistance and they sent a young man from Schliers Towing. He was there in less than a half an hour... He was so nice and helpful. He checked the battery and jumped it. And recommended that I go down and get The battery checked as well as the starter. It did turn out I needed a new battery and it was an easy fix. But his promptness meant that I didn't waste a whole day of my mini vacation. He made the whole situation less aggravating. I wish I would have got his name so I could thank him personally.

The staff and driver are very rude. I was told that the driver would put my vehicle on a flatbed and bring it to the road and he refuse to stating that the tow truck might get stuck, exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Not to mention he didn t seem to care about the vehicle at all, whether or not it got damaged. Still charged an unreasonable price and wasn t very pleasant. Do not recommend them at all!!!

Got on Route 80 suddenly had low tire pressure. Pulled into their parking lot for commercial vehicles. We are in an SUV. Young gentleman comes out, finds the leak fixes our tire in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for your caring employee!

I have never in my life had a better experience with a company than we did with these guys tonight! We broke down 3 1/2 hours from home pulling our toy hauler with our four kids in the car. And they promised us they would get us back on the road and home tonight and they delivered we just pulled in our drive way safe and sound thanks to there amazing crew! Not that I ever hope to break down in that way again but god forbid I did I know who to call!Service: Tires

Damn great place to get me back on the road. I hit a deer and broke a part off of my air dryer and they showed up and had me back on the road in like 1.5 hours. (Give or take a few)

I stopped in because my car was making a strange noise. Joey took a look at it and diagnosed the problem correctly as something seized near the alternator. He said it was probably fine to drive 15mins to a shop that specialized in cars. I take it to the shop and tell them exactly what he told me, and they did nothing about it, just to have my car smoking on the side of the road 100miles later. Schilier's was extraordinarily helpful, generous, and knowledgeable in helping me get on my way, just to have Mavis in mount pocono drop the ball.

They came in and diagnosed my truck. What s the problem and they told me tomorrow morning they were going to fix it in the next day morning. They will never come back and I asked them call them. They said it wasn t me and I spoke to guy and he s lying, this is not the place to do business

Although we weren t able to use them, Mike was SUPER responsive and his sense of urgency was unlike anyone else s that I spoke to trying to get a tow across state lines. I felt bad we weren t able to move forward with him, and wished they were the first people I had reached out to. Great customer service, and communication.

Very difficult to get the correct number for the location your car has been brought to. Had to call about 5 different numbers since the original number the driver gave me on location was not the location her brought our car. Not impressed with these people. However they did arrive to tow away quickly and we eventually found our car at one of their locations. Very stressful situation made worse by the multiple calls.

I blew a clamp off of a turbo hose and he was Johnny on the spot with a new clamp. Also his price for the part was better than reasonable. Thanks for getting me going and getting me home.

These guys are quick & effieciant when doing repairs. This is the 2nd time we've had them do repairs to our big truck.

Waste of time . Waited there for very small repair for 2 hours and this rude guy told me he has to go for towing call for 4 hours
