One star only because I was happy with the selling price. I have tier 1 credit and was informed the interest rate for my loan would be 8.5%. That seemed a bit high so I did a quick search for the bank's interest rate and it was 6.5%. I asked the finance guy why this was the case and he said he didn't know, but if I bought gap protection (which is included with most insurance companies for free), I could get a discounted rate of 6.5%.I found it a bit odd they can change the interest rates around like that. I took the loan so I could secure the truck, and refinanced the following week. I asked the bank what the difference was about and was informed it's a way for the dealer to take a little off the top and make more money. I don't appreciate being lied to.

I'm extremely pleased with the service I received. Adam did an awesome job for me in handling the warranty company. Everyone I've dealt with in the service department were professional and a joy to deal with. I'm 61 and it's far the best service I've ever experienced. I've told everyone I know about it. I'll be using Wright Automotive group from now on

Warranty replacement of the exhaust on my 2021 Acadia AT4 to a month for parts to arrive. However, Adam kept me informed along the way, and when the parts arrived, got me scheduled and fixed as soon as possible. Communication from Adam was great, very knowledgeable and great to work with. Thanks for taking care of my ride!

I was having some follow up work done on my car post buying it the week before, inspection and an additional key. They recommended that I needed wipers and an oil change for the inspection. I was a little surprised they charged me for windshield wipers and an oil change considering I bought the vehicle from them the week before.

Wright automotive collision center had my suv for 1.5 months to repair an insurance claim and after getting back, it had more damage. I called the insurance company and had to send it back for another two weeks and again it had additional damage. They informed me to get rubbing compound and to do it myself. I do not recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at the dealership. We came from across the state for a specific truck and everything went smoothly. Jeff was possibly the best Sales professional we've ever dealt with when buying a vehicle and between my husband and I, we've purchased nearly 20 vehicles over our lives. Everyone else was a pleasure to work with as well. Thanks!

Nathan, that Saturday morning service representative was awesome. Engaging, friendly, personable-he was very attentive to the service that was required and answered questions honestly, He didn't try to oversell anything but simply remedy the needs of the vehicle. Turnaround time was quick at and hour and a half. Good service at Wright GMC.

This dealer isnt for the average person, very high end. When I told the very creepy salesman Jeff, I wanted to spend around $30,000, he laughed at me repeatedly. He repeated 10 times "30" and did this creepy laugh. I guess laughing in someone's face is amusing to Jeff in his own creepy way.

They are a bunch of crooks! Took my truck to the dealership to get my AC leak fixed. They ran the dye through it to find the leak. They told me it was going to be $1200 to replace the condensor (thats where they found "the leak") ordered a condensor and took it to Nivens Automotive in Baden. Dave replaced the condensor. There were no signs of a leak in my old condensor. Pressure tested the system, and its still leaking badly. Turns out my issue is a simple bad schrader valve. A $10 part and takes less than a minute to replace. All i can say is SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL AUTO SHOP!UPDATE:I went to see the manager today and as expected he refused to do anything or work with me in any way. He refused to look at my old condensor to see there were no leaks, and would not even refund the money they charged me for the diagnostic. The bottom line is he knew there was nothing wrong with it.

Easy process from salesman to finance - everyone there was very personable and made for an enjoyable experience! My salesman, Matt, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, made sure to answer any and all questions I had both during my visit and after purchase. He outlined everything in clear language before I signed any papers!

Let me start by saying that both Bob and Tyler were very nice gentleman. That being said, I would however not recommend this dealership to anyone. In Bob's office we agreed to a price of 38,090.00. Which was the online price the day we went to the dealership. I have a screenshot on my phone to verify. Somewhere between his office and Tyler's office that price increased by $2,000.00, and neither my husband nor I caught it at the time of signing. Every piece of paperwork I have shows the sale price at $41,090.00 with a $1,000.00 rebate which would take the actual sale price of the vehicle to $40,090.00. $2,000.00 over the online and agreed upon price. No where does it reflect the additional discounts discussed in Bob's office. I called last week when I was reviewing the paperworkand was told by Bob "once you go into Tyler's office I have no idea what happens with numbers." I called Tyler and he said "I go by the paperwork brought to me by the salesmen." Somewhere along the way there was a break down that cost us an additional 2k. Ultimately we signed the contract and this is a costly mistake on our end that will not be made again. We assumed the numbers were correct and my husband signed without both of us thoroughly reading. Thank you for the learning experience. While what's done is done in this situation going forward we are more aware of these things potentially happening and will take the time to closely review documents.

I am very happy with the outcome of my visit to the Wright Automotive Group Service Department in Wexford PA. I got an oil change, tire rotation, new wind shield wipers and they made sure that my Chevy Trax was in the best driving conditions.

I have nothing but great things to say about the service center! I dealt with Dale both times having an emergency with my car. Courtesy was amazing and keeping me informed was important to them. He even spoke with my son concerning my cars needs and he lives in Florida. The price for the repairs was less than what I expected. Please give them a try and you will be back!

Sales staff were friendly and helpful, but with a fresh inspection there shouldn't have been the minor issues my vehicle had had having just gone through their inspection process. Do better.

Outrageously deceptive dealer. They're willing to pressure you to buy a vehicle that they did not, in fact, thoroughly inspect beforehand. Use extreme caution when dealing with them; they like to sell lemons to people who don't know the right questions to ask.

Very great experience! My salesman Dave Rose was very informative and kind. The sales manager David Piccolo was also very informative and kind. They both made my car buying experience a breeze and kept in touch with me through texts and phone calls while waiting for my car to be delivered!

A great experience no pressure very helpful! Would definitely recommendMy salesman Matt was great and very helpful! The Manager Dave was awesome he worked to get me the payment I was comfortable with!! They were not pushy at all and even though they had to stay over to get it all done so I could drive away in my new SUV they never rushed anything or rushed to get me out! I would highly recommend them if you are in a search for vehicle :)

I had the best experience ever! I was not sure of the dealership or vehicle that I was going with when I started out, but Tim McCormick was so accommodating and fair that i kept coming back to Wright Automotive. And Jarrod McManus, the Sales Manager, was also great. I just felt that they both were interested in getting me the best deal and cared about me as a customer. I will return there for my next car because I trust them and also know that the service department is excellent, too. I could not be more pleased with Tim and my new car is the best I've ever had. Tim spent a lot of time with me and explained every detail. Thank you with much appreciation.

The staff are outstanding. From the time we walked onto the lot to look at cars, to the time we drove off in our new vehicle, we were treated with the utmost respect. There was never any pressure to buy - Matt and Jarrod took as much time as we needed to go through the vehicles that best suited our needs. Nick (Finance Department) was wonderful - never pushy, and took the time to go through all of the paperwork so there were no surprises.Everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly - it was truly the best car buying experience we could have asked for!

Found the vehicle online. Called and Dave Rose answered my questions and set an appointment for that afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and gave me 100% of his time and attention. Left with a vehicle that was loaded with options for a great price. Best prices on vehicles out of any dealership in the Pittsburgh area in my opinion. I looked at more than 10 Chevrolet and GMC dealers. Wright blew them all away. Nick was also a great help in financing.I have written additional reviews as of 4/20/21 since my vehicle has gone back to the dealership 3 times. Once to have the transmission completely removed and replaced and twice with check engine lights. All before the vehicle has had its first oil change. To say I am extremely disappointed with my Acadia world be an understatement.

I'm not sure where to start I bought a 2022 Buick encore from wrights ,drove a hour and 20 minutes to get there bought the Buick ,was told I had insurance on it. I drove for two weeks without insurance they lied to me. They lied and told me my loan was through gm finicial which I would of saved an extra $250 but found out later it was financed through first national. Car had glue all over it which it should of been cleaned before it was put on the lot so I had to drive again another hour and 20 minutes to get the glue off. Noone has contacted me to make things right.i feel a good car dealership would make things right. So use caution here. If they make things right with me I will leave a comment so everyone knows they did. Very disappointed. Just like I said I would update Dave piccolo and I had a talked and worked through these problems. I feel more comfortable now that these issues were resolved. Thanks Dave.

Matt Bassaro was excellent at helping me find the car best suited for my current situation. He was super informative when telling me about my options and the cars which was super helpful. Nick was able to explain my lease to me so that I could fully understand and got me signed and out of the dealership very quickly and was super nice. Jarrod was also a fantastic help in the process and extremely nice and funny.I had a fantastic experience with everyone there. No complaints at all.

while having my car serviced for a check engine light, i also requested the one time free oil change and tire rotation. when the work was done, the service advisor told me that the one year free oil change expired 3 weeks prior. he notified his service manager and they were able to extend the service at no charge for me...,BTW i did not lease this car from this dealership. great service always from wright

I reached out to the service department due to an unfamiliar system message on my dashboard. I was able to bring my car in for a diagnosis that same day at the fee of $120. I was informed that the work to resolve the issue would be $1700+ tax. I was hesitant because of the hefty price but I agreed because it needed to be done. I asked since my car was being serviced and my state/emission stickers were due can they do that as well and they agreed to do it at no cost.Fast forward to the next day, I was called and advised of additional work that was required to pass inspection. Another $3500+ worth of work?!?! NO WAY!! I kindly refused service and made arrangements to get my vehicle. I get there and I was DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THE DIAGNOSIS ! TRANSPARENCY IS KEY!!! Why am I being charged double? The kind lady at the desk ensured me that someone would contact me before any charges are placed on my credit card. I am quite baffled with the lack of communication from the service department. Why not after the initial diagnosis was the the full extent of the work that needed to be done not disclosed? I m no car expert... but I m sure not a dummy either!
