They ll try to steal your car while it s in service and then call your bank and threaten them if they don t come get the car they re gonna sell it. Thus resulting in an automatic repossession on your credit history. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, don t let them service your car and don t buy a car from them. No matter, save your money and the headaches that come along with this place. All the other one star reviews are 10000% accurate about this shady place

Wrihgts Hyundai DONOT PURCHASE ANY CARI recently purchased a car from Wright Hyundai and it's been a nightmare. I put 10,000 dollars down ona car and it didn't even get me home the entire information system crashed . I wasn't in the car 10 minutes turn around returned the car and Bill the supervisorbasically said its your problem v.Car still fixed and now it's my problem. ____BUYERS BEWARE ! ____GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AWFULEXPERIENCE especially if you're a woman. They're just like oil snake men real slick.They know you until they get your money.after they have your cash you're nothing, and they don'tWRIHGTS HYUNDAI AIN'T RIGHT.want to see or hear you anymore. I want my money back and they can have their LEMON. .

I can't believe they let me drive this car off the lot. I've only had it about 3 months and there are already a plethora of repairs that need to be done. The check engine light came on and it turns out it had a broken gas cap. So I fixed that and reset the light. It came back on again, and so I went back in for another scan. Turns out there is a leak in the engine. And not only is there a leak, in addition to the broken gas cap, but in addition to all THAT, the battery will also need to be replaced and the oil has to be changed. I'm looking at almost 2k in repairs already. It doesn't even matter if the warranty will cover this (that has yet to be seen and I'm not holding my breath, the website is confusing regarding who to even contact). Super disappointing. I would kindly advise any future buyers to request an OBD scan prior to purchasing from this dealership, if you can. It might save you some money down the line.

Staff extremely accommodating and personable yet professional. I was apprised of what needed done and price throughout appointment. Excellent service. Total time for anti theft upgrade and minor replacements was far less than quoted which was great! I highly recommend Wright's Automotive in Wexfotd.

I've had my 2016 Honda civic since October of 2021 and I can't complain best decision i ever made, like seriously. I just realized I didn't give a review on my experience. Prior to me arriving to dealership I did my personal/extensive research and I also reached out to the fiance manager Zack. He was able to clarify all my questions pertaining to the financial process, holding the car till purchase and condition of the vehicle. Within a couple of days I drove from VA to PA to check out the car and Zack was legit genuine and honest throughout the entire sale process. He didn't take advantage of my sales knowledge or age. He made the process worth while and I wasn't rushed or enticed into making a purchase. I high recommend this dealership and Zack the fiance manager. Thanks for a memorable first time car buying experience.

I have been a customers of the Wright Automotive group for two years. I am a highly satisfied customer. My service advisor Dale Blausen has been and continues to provide outstanding customer and automotive service. Dale always takes extra special care with each customer. Dale ensures that items under warranty are taken care of promptly, recalls are taken care of, and discounts are applied appropriately. I always feel that my car is being taken care of in a professional and timely manner and I that I can trust that the work performed on my vehicle is done professionally and appropriately. I have had absolutely no complaints about the service I have received and continue to receive at this establishment and I would recommend Dale and this establishment to anyone who is in need of quality car care service.

Ended up at Wright after shopping a handful of places. This team GETS IT. The salesman I worked with, Connor, made me feel right at home exploring options for a car for my son. I'm very particular and he was patient with me while I test drove the each '22 Rogue trim packages and 2 different '22 Altimas. No-nonsense when we were ready to talk numbers and we got through finance faster than I've experienced in all my years buying cars. He even threw in a Nissan T-shirt after Connor saw me looking at them while I was waiting. I will sport it proudly in my new Rogue from Wright!

Please DO NOT let them sell you the extended warranty. I bought a car a year ago. I bought the extended warranty mainly to cover all the electrical issues in the car. ( GMC of course)Wouldn t you know, I wasted 4500 on a extended warranty and they don t cover anything! Literally told me rodents chewed threw my wiring harnesses! Unreal.Nick from Wright Auto did help me the first round of issues and saved me about half of the 2300 repairs. With the latest round I ll be over 4000 out of my own pocket including rentals!Please do not buy the warranty!

Contacted Hyundai location about a preowned that was advertised on car guru, carvana, autotrader etc and local Google search all showing available. Called on the way there, the preowned sales manager was sooo rude and sounded miserable to be working on a Saturday morning. I was told the car was available, drove 45 min to be told it was sold the night before. Also rude in person. I would never buy a vehicle here, even if it was the best price in the tri state area

Great place to buy a car. I got my Honda Civic from them and they made the process extremely easy. They gave me a very detailed outline of what I was paying for and the benefits I would be receiving. The paperwork was clear and concise. The employee who helped me out was Connor, ask for him. Love the car!

Very poor communication. The vehicle I communicated about was previously in an accident. Jeff Lockhart in Customer Relations was not good at answering questions regarding the vehicle. His only concern was setting up a test drive. I do not test drives vehicles without asking questions first. The vehicle I inquired on was due for PA inspection. The assigned sales person Jason Huntermark outright ignored me when I asked him if the vehicle could be delivered with a current inspection should I decide to purchase the vehicle. An email sent to owner Ken Wright asking for a follow up was also ignored. I later learned the vehicle had been sitting on the lot 300+ days. Wonder why.***EDIT: Your quick response to my negative review affirms that you were avoiding my questions regarding the vehicle. Had you responded to my valid questions as quickly as you did this negative review, we could have possibly made a sale. If not on this vehicle, then maybe another. This review is not about finding the right vehicle. WHAT I COULD NOT FIND WAS THE RIGHT PEOPLE WHO CARED!

Wow, what an amazing experience! The people working there were so kind and worked with me and my unique situation. I've purchased many cars over the years and the Nissan dealership at Wright automotive has been by far the best. Cheers!

Nice to work with until you buy the car. They missed a signature on my contract (and didn t realize until 9 days after we did the paperwork) so the finance manager, Nicholas Dugan, called me. I missed his calls because I was traveling for work and they weren t open when I had availability. He ended up mailing me the contact with a very rude letter about how he s been unable to reach me even though I ve called him at least 5 times and also asked my salesman to ask him or someone else to call me twice to get the paperwork done electronically since I was out of town. Never received a call back. This all happened over a course of 2 weeks, so it s absolutely inexcusable. I will not be returning to purchase another vehicle in the future and will advise friends and family to avoid as well.

First time I was ever mad enough to actually write a negative review on a business.I Ordered a Denali over a year ago. One came available that a customer backed out of so they called me because it was close to my build. Tried charging me 15 thousand over sticker after waiting a year. I have bought 8 vehicles over the years and will never do business with them again.

Anyone who has EVER purchased a car, the very first question they ask is "do you have a trade in?" Yet somehow, Wright Hyundai is trying to say that I NEVER mentioned my car or my remaining 2 lease payments to them when I called in about purchasing a new SUV. The first thing I said when I called in was that my lease was almost up, I only had 2 months left and that there should be some sort of pull-ahead deal or something going on. When I was given the finance numbers, it was made to sound like my car was being covered, but now that I'm being billed for the car, they're saying they have no record of me ever even TALKing to anyone about my car. They sure had no problem taking it though when I turned it in. Who DOES that? Had I known I was going to have to continue to pay for a car, I would've still been driving said car because my budget doesn't say, hey let's pay for multiple cars this month. My immediate family has purchased FOUR vehicles from Wright Automotive Group and if they choose to continue to act crazy over $616 - an amount that is negligible to them, but literally 2 months of payments for ME, there will NEVER be another. Not a vehicle. Not another referral. Nada.When I spoke with the GM about the issue he was very dismissive and my colleagues who overheard his tone during our conversation on speakerphone were appalled. Especially since they know how fiscally responsible I am and that I would've never turned in a car I still had to pay for. The entire situation is SO disappointing and literally the ONLY decent point of the experience was David the salesman (who had nothing to do with the financing negligence). He was friendly and helpful with the new car. If Wright Hyundai were to fully rectify this issue, David is the reason I would be willing to edit this review to make it more favorable. Otherwise, 1 star from me right now.

Very excited to purchase a brand new 2021 Yukon. Immediately had issues (within the first week) of owning it. Vehicle has been in the shop repeatedly - their service is actually really helpful and great but is completely overshadowed with how awful the sales side is run. Was offered incentives UNTIL I go into finance to sign and then it was "oh no we never offered that". Fast forward to the Yukon in the shop more than I have it, strike a deal with GM to buy it back and have me pick out another one. I went into the dealership the same day GM and I came to the agreement to pick out another vehicle. Tell the sales manager Dave what I want, so that they can arrange to get it for me and decide to upgrade to the Denali. I did not want to be the holdup. Since then, its been nothing but lies and stories... I cannot get a call back from Dave unless I physically walk into the building AND even then I feel like he avoids me. He never knows whats going on. He has to make a phone call to someone. He has told me repeatedly that they are doing me a favor by trying do the trade in and they wont make any money on selling me a vehicle that actually works. So right now, I am stuck with a $70k POS while Wright tries to run out the clock on the buyback. I cannot get a straight answer from anyone there or a call back on the phone. Not even from Wright Automotive Group. This place is a joke... customer service is not a priority. This will be the last GM vehicle I buy

Went to trade my Escalade in and I couldn t believe the money they gave me for trade in. Everyone was kind and for once actually felt good about being a new vehicle. Couldn t be more satisfied, employees at wright make buying enjoyable again.

I just want to say that I inquired about a vehicle at Wright Honda and they connected me with Miss Brenda! She was absolutely the best car buying experience that I had .. not only did she show me a vehicle in my price range but SEVERAL which made it difficult to choose ... I ended up going with a 2018 Kia Sportage which I love .. I couldn't be happier and SHE was so patient and helpful ..also I would like to add that NOT ONCE did she or anyone else at that dealership pressure me into buying just anything. Miss Brenda took her time and walked the lot with me .. and also went over every detail about the different options.. I thank you kindly and I hope you enjoy your new building .. to everyone at Wright Honda in uniontown ... you have made a new friend ..

Girlfriend and I bought a car about a month ago, car runs great so no problems there. BUT, the salesmen were extremely pushy, couldn t get a word in without them asking if we are buying the car or not . finally bought it and now we are STILL waiting on a memo title from them as we bought out of state and live in ohio. i ve called multiple times, i get transferred and leave a message everytime with a callback number and never receive a call back. our temp tags expire in a few days and we have no idea where the memo title is or even what stage we are at in the process of receiving it. it seems like no one there has a clue what s going on with any sort of title work. it s just frustrating and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. not an easy process at all, that s for sure.

Ran my grandmother through circles trying to get her oil burning sonata covered under the applicable warranty (2016 with 50,000 miles). Stated that it was not considered to be burning oil until it burns a quart over a 1000 miles and she had to track it (she is 78). They do not back their vehicles and could not be more disappointed. Had to drive down to intervene personally and still no intervention. Absolutely ridiculous. Wexford is full of car dealers, go literally anywhere else.

Whatever they're paying Cory H. in the service department, it's not enough. Cory is always polite, patient, and professional! I'm sure the man works long days, but he's always been very helpful and kind, year after year that I get my vehicle serviced there. Thank you, Cory!

Completely wrong my girlfriend told her she was going to have a blown engine and needed needed it immediately fixed for thousands and thousands of dollars when all it was was needed to put more oil in that's all that was needed all you needed to add extra oil that's all it was needed.

Spoke with a sales person via text put me in touch with Zach their special finance person. He took down my info said I'll get back to you in 10 to 15 minutes. I waited until next day got in touch with Zach he had no clue who I was, conversation over.
