I brought my truck into Wexford Automotive before a long cross country trip. The owner, Dalton, was exceptional to work with. He gave the vehicle a thorough inspection and quoted out the repairs that it needed, and even showed me the worn out parts and explained why they needed replaced. My car broke down a few miles from Wexford Automotive Repair. I had it towed here because it was close and I'm very happy I chose to have my car taken to Dalton at Wexford Automotive Repair.He was able to fit me into his schedule in a reasonable amount of time and kept me posted with updates about the car throughout the process. He figured out what was wrong with my car (basically, the engine was shot) and he was honest and transparent with my options moving forward.I ended up deciding to scrap the car and Dalton was kind enough not to charge me for the diagnostics and was patient while I tried to arrange for my car to be taken off his hands.Wexford Automotive Repair provides honest, personal, and transparent service and I am very happy with my experience.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have found Bert and Wexford Automotive Repair! Bert took so much time to review my car and explain the issues going on with it and provide transparent advice to me about what my options were. I have had a tough time finding a reliable and trustworthy repair place for my car, but that is over. I have already recommended them to many friends/family.

Bert and the team at Wexford Automotive Repair have been our go to since moving into the area. Services have always been timely and the prices are fair. It's very hard to find mechanics that don't try to take advantage of you. We took our SUV to several places around the Pittsburgh area and got the same story. We needed thousands of dollars in work. We were in a major bind. Wexford automotive helped us make the decision to trade it in. They made some minor temporary adjustments so we could run it until we traded it in and didn't even charge us. We continued to bring our vehicles there for inspection and minor repairs. They are honest respectful and quick. It was truly a relief to find a mechanic that's not going to think about his profit over good service to his customers. Highly recommended. Worth the drive if out of the area.

Absolutely a top notch, honest car place. These are hard to find. They always show you that they value your business, which at its core is what makes a small business like this great. They will communicate via text if you prefer; which i do, and they have shown me on multiple occasions that they re trustworthy in regards to the work being done. This comes directly from comparisons I ve made to other shops. It s just an absolute top flight operation that is trustworthy, reliable, priced fairly, and customer service focused. They value your business, and they show it. Bert, the owner, is hands on and will take great care of you. Can t beat a hands on owner in a small business. I called a few minutes before they opened and they were nice and polite. I explained what I thought was wrong with my car and they suggested a tow bring it in. I managed to bring it in without a tow, but it was nice that they had someone in mind. They gave me a quote before doing any work. The price for the parts seemed very fair, but the labor costs discouraged me. In the end, they went above and beyond for the service; one of the employees had offered me to use his personal vehicle so that I could get to work later that day. I will most likely be returning if I need work done again.

I had a great experience here. Mike was fantastic. My check engine light came on and the code told me to change the PVC valve or something. I brought it to Wexford Auto for help and they discovered that a hose had come unplugged after I had gotten an oil change somewhere else last week. They tightened everything up and I was good to go. Will definitely come back for future car needs.

I took my car to Wexford Automotive Repair for an inspection. Dalton is very friendly and the prices are fair. I will be going here for all of my car issues/maintenance from here on out to support a local honest business.

Wexford Automotive was able to schedule my inspection the same day I called. It turned out I needed rear brake discs and pads. A local dealership had previously told me my rear pads were getting low during a recent regular scheduled maintenance. Wexford Auto did quality work and charged less than the local dealership would have. They also did the brake work the same day, saving me time. I will go back for future auto repair needs and recommend them to others. Also, their waiting area/office is made from a repurposed shipping container, which is kind of cool, but a bit too cozy to wait for very long. Fortunately, Totin's Diner is just a short walk away and also highly recommended.

I rarely take the time for these reviews but Wexford Automotive went above and beyond for us as first time customers. The staff is friendly and their customer service is spot on. They treated us with respect and I felt like they truly wanted to earn our long term business. We will most certainly be using them for future auto needs.

Nice people but instead of identifying the problem they just exchanged parts on my dime. Didn't have my car for at least two days a week for month,during the whole process. The offer to repair head gasket at time wasn't available to me as per owner said the option wouldn't be open till the winter. At the end of day it's very poor customer service.

Kept my van for a week and screwed up my front end, left me with a loose steering rack that almost cost me my life. Worst experience I have ever had with an automotive place. Complete idiots.

Saved my family's life! We went in to have my brakes bled. The professional staff found a hidden weak section in my lines that blew out on a later test, as well as a bolt that fell out. The bolt alone would have caused a wreck had they just bled the lines and not thoroughly checked. A+
