First, walking in, no one said anything. Took several minutes to get waited on. I just listened to a conversation about weather among the service advisors and where a tech lived in Butler.Also, when my vehicle was finished, Julia had my paperwork and just watched her having a conversation for several minutes.I get it, but come on, customer s already wait long and the employees are just talking and not acting when they have every opportunity to. Very unprofessional.

Pricey, got my car dirty inside doing the work and didn't clean up after themselves. Had some light marks on the outside of my car I didn't recognize as having been there.Facility is nice, but that's all I can say from the experience. I'd rather not return.

I called for an estimate on my 2017 f150 with the infamous oil leak and haven t heard back after 3 weeks!!!! Bad enough they don t warranty it let alone call you back with an estimate!

I absolutely loved my experience at Shultz ford Wexford. Friendly helpful staff and a great overall experience. If you need a new vehicle I would recommend a Ford and one from Shultz Ford. Yee Haw as they say. Just don't use the vending machine it took my $1.10.

Good service. They need to have a voicemail setup . It is difficult for senior citizens to make appointments on the website.
