Mike was great - replaced an alternator in my 2012 Camry. Was in a pinch and he got me scheduled and back on the road very quickly...at a reasonable price! Will definitely be my first call going forward.

MSK auto was incredible in timeliness, politeness, and fixing my car when it needed a critical repair. This two man team kept me in the know by sending me photos and videos of updates on my cars repair. I honestly felt like they looked out for my safety like a family member would in regards to the needs of my repair. They are a great shop and if you re in the area I wouldn t think twice about going to them.

There's a reason this place has so many 5-star reviews ... they are that good. I took my car here after another place failed to resolve a check engine light in multiple tries. MSK was recommended by people on a local Facebook group, and I gave them a try since my inspection was looming. It turned out to be a bit of a complicated repair. How do I know? Because Mike was good enough to text me and keep me updated AND send me pictures too! I am so glad to finally have this fixed ... will be back to MSK for sure.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Just moved from Oregon in my 2006 CRV. Not only was MSK super personable he actually cares and doesn't gauge you for prices. The parts he replaced for my vehicle were market value and did a phenomenal job. PP (my car) will definitely be back. Don't waste your time anywhere else you will not receive the customer service nor the great repair.Five stars 100 percent all day

MSK is excellent. The motor went in my Hyundai Santa Fe while my daughter had it at school. After Mike and Bob installed the new motor that I purchased, there were timing issues. Mike handled all the dealings with the motor company to get the issues resolved. He could have easily said I needed to sort that out since I purchased the motor, but he did not. These guys are the best! I have a 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia and MSK is my go to for anything I need done. Very honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and accommodating. They are car guys and it shows in how they treat you and your vehicle. Special shout out to Mike!!

Mike (and Team) at MSK are honest, transparent and perform the highest quality of work at a great value. We were referred to MSK by a neighbor and have been taking our family vehicles to Mike for years. Their knowledge, attention to detail and transparency are much appreciated. They always call first to walk through any repairs (in an easy to follow manner), and have even talked us out of getting unneeded, or, repairs that can wait. The only place I ve taken my vehicles for over 10 years. Mike and Bob are amazing, honest, and quick. Forget the stealerships. MSK does better quality work, they will explain what is actually going on, and they offer a loaner vehicle for longer jobs.

I had a wonderful experience with MSK. Mike is honest and does great work. He was very transparent about the process, the pricing, and exactly what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. I brought my car to him with a very loud rattle and with pronounced vehicle vibrations. He diagnosed the problem and asked me what my plans were with the vehicle.It is an older model with low mileage, but some rust. He did not try to rope me into any repairs that weren't necessary if I was just planning on keeping the car short term. Mike recommended what I should repair and was forthright about what I should consider to repair in the future. I felt very assured throughout and did not feel like I was even slightly pressured to fix something unnecessarily as you often experience with some of the national chains. My car feels like a completely different car now. The pricing was fair and the work was done well. I highly recommend MSK.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

If you have any concerns about your vehicle, please take it to MSK Auto and I promise you, you will not regret it. I came to MSK Auto for a second opinion about the replacement and cost of my rear sub-frame on a 2013 Mercedes C300 4Matic Sport. Before starting repairs, Mike did a complimentary comprehensive inspection of my vehicle, to ensure that doing the expensive repair would be worth the cost. He found that my brake pads were misplaced, something that my regular repair company did not notice for the years that I've had my vehicle. Additionally, there were small issues that many people glossed over with my vehicle, which Mike mentioned to me during our discussions about the repair. He was very honest about the necessity of the repairs required and some others that were not such a big deal. I was charged a very fair price for my repair compared to the quoted cost by a dealership. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to MSK Auto for any concerns in the future. Mike and Bob are great. They let me borrow a loaner car while mine was at their shop for a couple of days. They clearly communicate about what needs to be taken care of to pass inspection etc. and will help you prioritize work if you are on a budget. Took my Nissan Rogue to Wright Nissan a couple of years back and they made me feel like I needed to spend 2k all at once following an inspection to keep up with manufacturer mileage recommendations. This place is top notch. Mike did an excellent job at fixing my car. He gave me a detailed list of very reasonable prices, and explained what needed to be fixed, and things that would need to be eventually fixed. My car works perfectly now. I love MSK!! Mike and Bob are always attentive to my needs. They have saved me lots of money by performing repairs on my car instead of the dealership. They also prevented me from spending money on unnecessary repairs as suggested by the dealership. As a woman, and not interested in mechanics, I am grateful to have MSK in my pocket! They also helped my son buy a second hand car. I was referred to MSK by a friend and have been a customer for several years. I m beyond happy with the service I get every time I need work. They always are honest with what needs fixed and will not scam you for services you do not need. I have full trust and know I will get quality work done the first time. Had a bad starter and took it to Pepboys. They replaced it but didn't do a great job on the install and said it would cost an additional $1000 dollars in parts to fix my car. Keep in mind that's parts alone. Didn't believe them so I took it here to MSK Automotive. Mike was very helpful, kind, and straightforward with the issue and gave his professional solution. In the end, it cost only $130 for parts and labor to completely fix my car. It was finished in a faster time than Pepboys would have done it and at a fraction of the cost, saving me tens of hundreds of dollars. You know why these guys have a 5-Star Rating? They are extremely good at their job and work hard to take care of their customers. I had a valve cap replaced and they ended up fixing some chewed wires while they were in the engine compartment. They did the job and the car is back to feeling like new. I highly recommend.Now don t go telling everyone, I was able to get an appointment the same week!!!Service: Engine repair

My husband was traveling through PA when our car started overheating and spewing coolant. My husband would have been stranded in PA for over a week if it had not been for MSK Auto. When no other car repair shop could be bothered to make time for my husband s emergency repair, MSK Auto made the time to help us out. Not only did Mike make the time to fit our car in first thing in the morning (we called right at closing time the day before), he diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and had my husband on his way the same day. We are forever grateful to Mike and MSK Auto for going above and beyond to help and for his great repair work. MSK Auto was truly a God send.

I strongly recommend taking your car to MSK Automotive! When my car started making a sound I knew I couldn't risk continuing to drive it with a new baby. In the past I have gone to the dealership but I didn't want to go that route anymore. My husband recently saw the online reviews for MSK and had his car worked on there. He had a great experience so I decided to take my car there. Not surprisingly, I had something major that needed to be repaired. The guys explained everything to me and not down to me about the problem so there were no surprises. Additionally, they fixed a check oil level light that three other places in the past could not fix. We will continue to take our cars there and would encourage you to do the same.

I was up for inspection/emissions and knew I had some brake pulsations, a slow leak on one of my tires, as well as serious wear on another tire, so instead of heading to the Mercedes dealership I decided to take my 2015 C300 to MSK Automotive. Mike had worked on my previous car, a 2007 Honda Civic, and I had always been more than pleased with the quality of service.Mike was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly and after a review of my car, was able to give me a very specific rundown of what was needed. It was a lot of work (as I had predicted) and I am so happy that I decided to take it to MSK instead of the dealership. Mike explained everything that needed to be addressed with my car and gave me options so that I could either pass inspection... or to where I wouldn't need to worry with anything for a while. I never felt pressured to do it all, but I chose to do it all after he educated me on the options.Mike told me that I would notice a significant difference in the ride. And here I thought the ride was amazing already... my car now rides like a hot knife through butter! Smooth, responsive, and has ignited my enthusiasm and love for my car again.If you have a luxury or European car, don't feel like you need to take it to the dealership. Mike and MSK Automotive are a great small business (YAY) that can service these types of cars.Thank you MSK!

I have been an extremely satisfied customer of MSK Automotive for over 5 years. Mike and his staff are the most honest and professional mechanics I have ever come across. They are so thorough, comprehensive, and knowledgeable of all aspects of my vehicles. They go over and above to help me with any issues I have, and their prices are very competitive. I completely trust them for any automotive needs I have, and I highly recommended them to everyone I know. Do yourself a favor and call them for yourself!

Took my Audi Q5 in for complete brake change and Mike got it done for a fraction of the cost the dealership quoted. Mike was extremely thorough with explaining every single detail regarding the work that was needed and he is extremely dependable. He is well-versed in German automotive technology, and he has the needed requirements for replacing electronic parking brakes for German vehicles. The end result was phenomenal and my family will be going to Mike with any vehicle issues! Thanks Mike for the awesome work!

Been a customer for the past 6 years, Mike and his team are fantastic, I trust them and they make good recommendations for the service necessary for my vehicles. Highly recommend if you need a reliable place to take your vehicle to consider them. Also, even recently Mike and his team came to my house to repair my wife's car that had a dead battery saving myself the headache of trying to get it repaired on my own (note: 2013 ford escape battery location is in a terrible spot so it's not easy to take in/out!).

By far one of the best mechanics my family has ever gone to. At first I was skeptical of bringing my Range Rover to these guys since many other mechanics had upcharged me or had completely ripped me off. But Mike had completely exceeded my expectations. These guys are thorough, friendly, and very trustworthy. Mike and his team exceeds my expectations every time and has helped me maintain my vehicles maintenance. They have never been pressuring for non-essential work and even tell of future concerns for me to be aware of. I can trust them to be honest with me which is very hard to come by these days. If you're looking for a mechanic, I highly recommend Mike and his team.

MSK Automotive in Wexford exclusively services all four of my vehicles of varying ages and miles, for about the past 8 years. Everything from oil changes, state inspections, and tires to more complex repairs like transmissions and drive train no problem has been too big. Service is done on time, at a fair price, and correct the first time. A high level of trust with the owner and staff has been developed over the years that I have no need to look elsewhere. Mike and Bob are fantastic. They truly care about their customers and the work they do. I highly recommend these guys for all types of work. Bring it here and it will be fixed right the first time. Are there cheaper places? Sure...but you get what you pay for. They aren't afraid to tackle any job. I had a car that needed a new motor. They recommended that I go with a remanufactered original equipment engine because they believe that the work they perform is only as good as the parts they install...and I agree.
