I recently had two fantastic experiences with Monro for fixing an engine fluid issue and for a tire replacement. Brett was outstanding in his communication, making sure I was well-informed every step of the way. The service was excellent, the staff friendly, and the pricing very reasonable. Highly recommend Monro for their top-notch service and professionalism.

I had a good experience with having my car inspected in 2022 and so I returned this year for inspections, oil change, 2 new tires, and an alignment. Front desk service is friendly and I did not feel pressure regarding optional services. From checking in to driving out was 2 hours. I started coming here because the dealership up the road took much longer and their appointments were scheduled months ahead. Monro has a more reliable online scheduling system. The waiting area is fine for the industry and the bathroom is very clean.

It was a simple state inspection with a couple issues: more than allowable slice in one tire, front brake pads at just above minimum. Monro didn t have an exact replacement for the tire. Brake pads wore very fast communicated and reviewed pictures, groves rotor causing the accelerated wear. Text communication was convenient, but spotty during the day, which resulted having the vehicle the whole day. All was good, I just wished the communication was not as spotty so that I could have gotten the car back a few hours earlier.

Worst experience of my life I will never go back there again even if they are the last auto service available on earth. I waited three hours for an inspection even though I had an appointment, they failed my car because of the tires that they said were fine three weeks prior as they handed me an estimate for $1400 for new tires. I got the tires replaced elsewhere went back to The sticker put on. They refused to put the sticker on, unless I paid for a totally new inspection when their corporate office said, as long as I took the car back within 15 days, the sticker would be put on at no additional . The young woman at the front counter is very hostile. Should not be in a customer service position. I started doing business at the Cranberry Monro. They are awesome. I will never go anywhere else.

Had to drive from McKnight road jiffy lube, which I have been going to jiffy lube in general for a long time. I went there and they were out of my oil they told me to go to Wexford Jiffy Lube I asked them are you sure they have it the answer I got was a resounding definitely I drive to Wexford and of course they don t have it the oil. Their answer was go to cranberry that s not OK. I drove down the street to this place and was taken care of right away! Friendly and efficient. An oil change should be quick and easy . People who care that when the person shows up they need to get it done now not by Thursday I ll have the oil that s not convenient. Thank you to this team at Monroe!

Very friendly, gave me a coupon on an oil change when I didn't have one, service is relatively fast if you are waiting.Edit: This is my second visit and Anthony was super friendly and very honest. I was told by another place that I needed brakes, but they said I was fine for at least 6 months. I will be visiting this place again. If you want excellent customer service, good prices, and honesty definitely come here.

Called on a Sunday afternoon to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Anthony was able to get me in that day. He provided excellent service in a timely manner. Will certainly go back here for future work!

Awesome tire shop that did great in a pinch! I had a rock damage my rim of my 22 genesis g70, they helped me locate a company with a tire in stock day of for it, then replaced the rim and tire for me in 20 minutes, the wheel weights were mounted very inconspicuously, and they were incredibly nice. Highly recommend them and their awesome staff!

I don t normally give reviews but this place is worth it! I set up an appointment and they started working on my car the minute I walked in. They are fast, well priced and extremely friendly.And on top of all that, a storm was rolling in when my car was about done and Jason made sure my car was pulled up in a way where I could stay dry..that truly deserves a bonus star in my book!

BEWARE: The Wexford Monroe charged me for goods and services not rendered. ie: an oil change and a tire rotation. they thought it was no big deal. So BEWARE

I bought eight tires from this store last year and the tires they sold me at the time were the right size but they were car tires that couldn't be used on a large 250 Van. But they didn't tell me it was wrong until today when I went to replace the tires. At first they said they would replace the tires with the correct tires once I found the receipts, because I told them I can t find the receipt anymore. but after I found the bank account records they backtracked and asked me to pay for the new tires. And I was told that these tires I bought were over 30 days old so I couldn't return them. This is a total scam! My tires have been leaking a lot in the last year and causing a lot of trouble because they sold me the wrong tires. I am not asking for compensation, just a correct set of tires. But their manager was not ready to solve the problem and passed me to their "customerservice" and then their customer service passed me to another manager of their company. Everyone in there company told me they don t have the right to help me or get me a solution.I hope you don't go to this place as a warning! They have no professional knowledge or skills and are irresponsible. They will only disrupt your life.

I wouldn t typically go to places like this, but I needed my vehicle checked asap. They told me my vehicle needed spark plugs and would be fixed. Charged me an hour labor for each spark plug which is ridiculous. I picked my car up and it was still squealing and the check engine light was on. They acted surprised like it should ve been fine. They ran a diagnostic and said it needed a coil pack because my engine was misfiring. Needless to say I took it to a mechanic who knew what they were doing. They said my engine was never misfiring and it didn t need a coil pack or spark plugs. Moral of the story is that Monro told me they start with the least expensive part and hope it works and go from there. They don t actually know how to fix anything. I wouldn t recommend them ever. How could you be a mechanic if you don t actually know how to fix anything?!?

I had a great customer service experience at Monro in Wexford today! I had a tire leaking air and called a couple places to get it fixed. The guy at Monro told me to bring it right in and I could wait while it got fixed. I showed up with my work laptop and was prepared to wait. He fixed my tire in less than 10 minutes!There are 2 other non-dealer car repair shops nearby this Monro that sell and fix tires. The one told me today it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. The other tried to convince me I needed other work done every time I went there.A coworker recommended Monro and I m so glad she did. Thank you for the excellent service!!

I will never go here again. I had an appointment at this Wexford Monro I pulled in and a truck was pulled into the 2 spots at the front door so I parked behind in at a bay door and went inside a man came from the garge and said can you park in a spot not a hello how can I help you or nothing just can you park in a spot, so I said sure and got in my car and left. I will never go back there again, I ended up at Midas and they were awesome and got me in and out with no issues and charged me way less then the $175 that Monro wanted.

I went in to get my rims switched out on my brand new car and I was told it would but $25 per tire. Long story short, the man working on my car came up with multiple bs charges and stories so my total went from being $100 to $200. Do not recommend!!

Was headed home from an appointment at the Allegheny Hospital and punctured my tire. The guys were quick to get me in, patched up and back on my way. Very courtesy, quick and all around great service! If you're in need these are your guys! Thanks again fellas!

For inspection they wanted to charge me for 2 stabilizer links costing $231.54. This is for a car that sits in the garage and has never had a needed repair. Took it to another shop. Found out it was in perfect condition. Monroe in Wexford should be charged criminally.

This evening I took my car to Monroe in Wexford for the first time. I was immediately greeted by the manager, Anthony. He took my car right in, and he provided top notch service the entire time. I've never had a garage be so helpful and kind. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and came across as very trustworthy. I can say with certainty that I'll return to this location, and I'll be certain to ask for Anthony when I do. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of service for their vehicle. The staff here is amazing and went above and beyond. I had to get a flat tire patched up and they took care of it super quick and efficiently. Great people all around. Highly recommend!

Monro in Wexford PATERIBLE! blackmailing us! they did the inspection on my wife's car. 2016 Hyundai Tucson with 39,000 miles.They tried to take advantage of her because she does not know about car maintenance!!! Found that front brake pads have to be replaced. We replaced the pads 1 yr ago!!!! anyways or we replace tha pads or no sticker!so I asked via phone how much for 2 front pads + labor. They offered 3 packages:Silver at $139, NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND NOT EVEN ON LABOR!!!!Gold at $199, 1 year warrantyPlatinum at $239 life warranty (i bet with a lot of disclaimers.....)I instructed them to move forward with silver package2 minutes later the manager called me asking me if i do understand that there is no warrantyI said yes. I confirmed to move forward with SilverAt this point he said that they cannot keep in store the super low quality pads included in the silver (so he is selling poor quality brake pads!!!).He said they can keep in store only the Platinum package pads. Silver and gold they have to order thus the pads will not be arriving today thus inspection will fail .Baseically he said that if we do not go to Platinum they have to order the pads and the car will not pass inspection!!! I asked if he was blackmailing us! He said this is what he is instructed to do!... not his decision... he is the manager!So i said that we have no choice other than to take the platinum because we need the car and we do not want to pay inspection twice!!! he said yes! So I instructed to move forward with platinum informing that we will never ever use their services in the future. I said again this is blackmailing!After few minutes my wife called me telling that they approached her again and offered to install the gold package ordering the brakes that will be arriving in 30 minutes!!!Ashamed! will never go there again!

When I arrived for my appointment, inspector told me they move my appointment half hour -without informing me. He said he will do my inspection after finishing current customer. Current customer's job was done and she left, but they didn't start on mine for so long that I couldn't bear anymore, and left. Never going there.

I am a college student who needed to get my entire exhaust system replaced. I was originally quoted at another shop for $1700. I went here and was treated amazingly and only had to pay $900. I understood what was being fixed on my car and as a young woman I felt respected and was not being ripped off at all. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Honest people work here. If i could rate it more than 5 stars I would!!

Great service and very helpful. I was traveling in the area and my low tire pressure gauge came on. I took it there, on a Sunday and the manager was the only person working. He took time out of his day with no appt and plugged my tire. He didn't even want to charge me for it but I insisted. Very happy with his service.

The car ex-owner (my roommate) recommended here so I did the car inspection here too. Changed rear break pads and break fluid. They finished everything faster than I thought. And parking break is tighter right now, which is good. Price is a little bit higher for a poor student like me, but driving safe is always the priority. I can say that my first auto service experience in my life is not bad and thanks to John and MH!

John (store manager) took care of my brake pads and rotors. I was able to get a next day appointment and he completed everything for me within an hour. He was thorough and brought me back to show me everything that he was doing and took the time to explain why. Would definitely recommend for any car service needs.
