Your employee Serena in the service department is a true asset to your team. She seemed to be running the whole service department by herself this past Saturday, was super customer service oriented, and was big on following up with what was going on with my vehicle. I was very impressed with her professionalism.

I was very happy at first with Jim Shorkey. When I never received my owners card I started calling DOT only to find out a car we purchased August 3rd of this year has still has no current owners card. Their finance department only turned in the needed info until October 11th. I called their dealership and was told someone will call me. They never did. I now called a second time and am waiting for a response. I was told by DOT, I need a new temporary permit. I will be driving illegally as my permit expired tomorrow. Not good business in my estimation!!!

They didn t update the oil sticker on the windshield and didn t update when the next service due in the cars computer. Now I m not quite sure if the oil was changed at all. Same thing with tires rotation :( They just being annoying with feedbacks every time when you go over there.

They told us they would hold a Jeep and promised that they would have the vehicle detailed and ready for the following day and turned around and sold that vehicle after the Manager said they would put a sold sign on vehicle and LIED!!!

I normally never have a problem here However, this particular Saturday My six month old brand new car has been making a ticking noise that s supposedly been fixed once I was told because I was only here for an oil they didn t even have a technician who could look at the potential problem underneath on a Saturday The Young service person who I have never seen in the 6+ years of me when I said, the lady service person told me I when I called three weeks ago Said that can t be, we do not have a female service person- a bunch of Service people were fired because they were stealing money .. so after purchasing a $38,000 vehicle lesson six months ago I still have a ticking time bomb underneath my car. That s already been fixed once back in October And the only way apparently I can get it fixed again just to come during the week Which I feel that is unacceptable.Services: Tires, Oil change

A couple of weeks ago we purchased a vehicle from this shop and it has had various problems that required service since. Including an unknown leak that causes the passenger side floor to flood when it rains and broken tire sensors that need replaced. They also said they would detail the car, but the detailing job was very poorly done.It appears that the sales staff either know nothing about the cars or just believe buyers are ignorant and do not know how cars should work coming off the lot.

Andrew Gammich was a great salesman! He helped get me into a new 2024 Kia Seltos with ease today without all the typical salesperson hassles, highly recommend for people looking to purchase a vehicle!

Not helpful, not going back.I scheduled an appointment online to have my Kia serviced. I had an issue with my forte's check engine light. I made an appointment for 8am this morning so I dropped my car off yesterday afternoon. To accommodate this maintenance I worked from home today completely changing my schedule around this service.When I dropped off the car I was asked when I want the car back. I was a little confused by this question. Don't we all want our car back asap? So I told the clerk by the afternoon. She said nothing about this time frame.The next day I called at 11:30 for an update. This was 3.5 hours after my scheduled service. I was told they would check and call me back. At 1 no one had called me back so I call them...again.This time the person on the phone says he will check and put me on hold until he gets an update. I am then told they haven't even looked at it. Apparently only one person can read the tool that tells you the error code. Ironic since you can buy those readers anywhere and read them yourself.At approximately 5 pm I arrive there to ask for my car back or a courtesy vehicle. Only then am I told what the error means. Only then do they offer to clear the code and give me back the car. Ultimately they wanted to keep my car another day so they can see why the code occured. Why they didn't do that during the whole day they had it, or during my service appointment I don't know.I will not be going back. I was not impressed and they were not helpful.

Just like Shorkey sales, these people are crooks. $500 for two new tires and partial alignment. And then they filled the two new tires to 48 psi when they should be filled between 30-32. And then when you question their workmanship they make you feel like you're making it up.

Intake people such as Abbey were professional and polite. She arranged someone to take me to a restaurant while I was waiting for my car, showed me where the rest and waiting rooms were located and gave me an update on the progress of my car.

Worst experience buying a vehicle. Sales people did not know where vehicle was at, knew a day ahead we were coming and sales person was horrible at returning calls!

Drove a friend to pickup his 2015 Optima. Another seized Kia engine. Service very friendly. Cars are junk.Replaced engine.
