These guys are awful. Fail me on an inspection for a CV joint leaking grease first of all there are no CV joints on my Lincoln town car. There is no grease leaking anywhere, I took it down the road and got it inspected in 30 minutes. They cannot even legally fail you for that. So now I m out 40 dollars for a failed inspection over nothing. Also the guy behind the counter was in a horrible mood rolled his eyes and sighed after I asked him to print my insurance ID card for me. There was no one in the store. I was the only car there and he told me it would be 3 hours for them to do the inspection. I sat across the street drinking a coffee and watched the mechanic smoke 5 cigarettes outside the shop in a matter of 35 minutes not working on my car. HORRIBLE these guys do not know what they are doing do NOT bring your car here.

Go anywhere but here. Smell of oil after oil change and found it over full. Took it back and got told oh well. Took it elsewhere and was told very overfilled and oil filter didn't even appear to be new. 17 miles after goofs at Jiffy lube did the job. Hell they did not even vacuum like said they did.

Just tried to get service here. I entered over pile of snow that I guess had grass under it (I had no idea and there were previous tire tracks over it so I genuinely thought it was an entrance). An employee dressed in all black smoking a cigarette out front told me off. He said you can t drive over that I said how could I ever tell? Indicating the snow and tire marks. He shook his head and said wow there s nothing I can do for you. What? How incredibly disrespectful. I didn t even do anything and I m certainly not an idiot. Will never give this place my money.

Staff were quick, informative, friendly, and helpful. They offered a complimentary bottle of water during my wait which was nice, and the wait area was clean. They even had some reading material and coloring books to keep kids entertained. Nice personal touch. I would return to this Jiffy Lube again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I recently had the pleasure of getting my car's oil changed here, and I must say that Danielle, the service advisor who assisted me, was exceptional.From the moment I arrived, Danielle greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Danielle s and Nicholas s knowledge and professionalism were impressive, and I could tell that they were passionate about what they do.Throughout the process, Danielle kept me informed of the progress of my car and made sure that everything was running smoothly. She was patient and answered all of my questions, which I appreciated.When my car was ready, Danielle took the time to explain the work that had been done and provided recommendations for future maintenance.What stood out most to me about Danielle was her kindness and genuine concern for my satisfaction. She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one, and her positive attitude and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer.Overall, I was extremely impressed with Danielle's professionalism and customer service. Arrived shortly after they opened and was eagerly greeted by Noah. During check-in, I mentioned that the vehicle was a fleet vehicle and I could see Noah's enthusiasm change. He became apprehensive explaining that he was very new (and the district manager had just left minutes before), was the only one there, and was not trained well to process fleet vehicle transactions. I tried to instill some confidence in him and said it shouldn't be that difficult for us to figure out and that I would help him through the process of calling the government agency to get authorization and payment. That seemed to put him at ease, at least for the moment. Hecontinued to process the vehicle data and pulled the vehicle inside after escorting me to the waiting area. After a little while, his apprehension peaked again and he explained that he felt bad about wasting my time andthat he wasn't comfortable moving forward with the transaction because he didn't want to do anything wrong during the transaction process. I said I didn't think anyone should be mad at him for trying to help a customerdespite his lack of formal training regarding fleet transaction processing procedures. He agreed and began to scroll through multiple screens of their data/accounting software. Eventually, he received an authorization toperform the work and went about completing the services the vehicle needed. When the services were complete, I assisted, as promised, with calling the government agency to obtain credit card information for payment. When the card data was entered and payment was authorized/processed, I could see the look of relief and a huge smile spread across Noah's face - he had conquered that which he thought impossible. I want to personally thank Noah for hisperseverance and dedication to ensuring the best customer experience possible. A job very well done!

I've always gone to this Jiffy Lube and never had a problem until today. The manager (skinny bearded guy) was unbelievably rude! He mocked me to my face bc I called something the wrong term. He literally repeated what I said in his version of a high-pitched woman's voice and then just walked away!?. It was degrading and humiliating. I'm not a car expert. I'm a customer! Well, not anymore.

This was my first time ever getting my oil outside of going to my dad s house, so I was feeling awkward, but and, I wish I would ve caught his name, the employee working on todays date (3/15/23) was so nice and knowledgeable. He kindly explained what the different kinds of oil I could get and I decided to go with his professional opinion. The person at the front desk also was approachable and funny. The process was efficient and I will go back there for sure!Service: Oil change

Took my car for an oil change the lady there was very rude she was working on the vehicle she was trying to sell me the filter for the engine but I tricked them because I used the red STP and they showed me a dirty white one that wasn't even mine this is how they try to scam people

Josh was absolutely amazing! I came in last minute and he took me in to change my oil without any problem. He was friendly and explained everything that he looked at/needed done on my car. As a young girl, I did not feel pressured at all. Josh was so informative on what needed done. Prices were reasonable too! I will most definitely be coming back to this location for my oil changes, and asking for Josh specifically. Telling my friends and familyAbout the great service too!

The gentleman working was by himself. He was very professional and apologized multiple times for any inconvenience. A woman came in while I was sitting in the waiting room and asked if he remembered her. He did and she could not have been more thankful for his assistance he provided during a previous encounter. She even brought him cupcakes. Strong customer service should never go unrecognized.Service: Oil change

I was getting close to the mileage on my sticker and the last place didn't reset inside my car so I wasn't positive I needed an oil change but added it to my to do list. I started a Monday morning bright and early to arrive at the McKnight Road location and find out it was closed. I googled and saw there was one in Wexford so I drove another 6 miles and took a chance. What a good decision as this Monday started out GREAT! Thank you to NOAH who was a pure rock star. He was kind, informative, had the supplies on hand, reset my dashboard, worked promptly, honored a coupon and had me out and on my way within 20 minutes. In this day, it's been really tough to find good workers and good customer service and NOAH restored my faith. Thank you so much for starting my week out wonderfully. This place is great. I can always get my oil changed quicker and they re cheaper than other places. I ll often grab some food before I go and my truck is usually done right as I finish it at least close to when I finish. I highly recommend. I really feel like these guys are looking out for your best interest when you bring your vehicle to them. I don t really get the bad reviews I feel like people who rate one star either have no idea how long things are supposed to take and their expectations are way too high, or if maybe it was just a bad day, but I d bet on the former because I ve never had an issue.Service: Oil change

I pulled in to this location at about 5:40 last night and one of the employees came out to greet me. As he approached my car, his appearance and demeanor appeared to be less than enthusiastic. When he got to my window, I told him I'd like an oil change. His demeanor did not change and frankly he looked annoyed I was there. He then asked me how many miles since my last oil change. I told him between 6 and 7k. He then told me based on my mileage he'd "have" to sell me the synthetic at 100 dollars and 10 dollars for each additional quart. I don't know if he expected me to balk at the price, but I always use synthetic and as busy as I've been I didn't know when I'd be able to get the oil changed. I said that is fine. He seemed very annoyed at that and told me to pull my car up, leave the keys in and wait in the office. His body language told me he did not want to work on my car, and at that point, I didn't want him too either. I made a show of asking, "wait, how much did you say it was?" he told me again and I said "You know what, I'll try somewhere else." His whole demeanor changed as if relieved. "okay, have a nice night" When I got to my next appointment of the evening, I pulled up the website and saw that they close at 6. about 20 minutes after my arrival. Maybe the guy had a long day. I don't know, but based on this interaction, I will not be returning to this location, or really, any Jiffy Lube in the future.

It s probaby my fault I went just before lunch, but I went to get an oil change, and they refused on the grounds my check engine sensor was broken, didn t run a diagnostic or anything to see if it was legit, and just gave me my car back. I know and have done other jobs for mechanics and they just told me It must be their Friday, they wanted to sit and chill . Also talked about not lifting a car earlier in the day because they didn t feel like it.Very disappointed in professionalism and service. Yeah don t think I ll be going back to any location in the area if this is how employees work.Service: Oil change

Just got done getting an oil change. Brought in a chevy spark and the two guys there this morning were awesome. This location even offers a 20% military discount, so that was amazing of them to do as well. Thanks again, best oil change experience I ve had, I ll definitely come back. And a good part of that is because he didn t try and push the stores products on me.

The service was quick and they were friendly. What bothers me is that on the receipt it said "Floors Vacuumed....Completed" yet they didn't vacuum the floors. Not that's it a big deal they didn't vacuum them, but don't say you did it if you didn't do it at all. It makes me wonder if they did everything else it says they did on the receipt... Every other Jiffy Lube I've been to has vacuumed my floors, so maybe I'll keep going there instead

Service was efficient but thorough. Appreciated the extras of clean windows and floor mats . Manager was especially knowledgeable and friendly. I didn t feel that they tried to push extra services , but yet pointed out areas that would cause me problems. Car now running better. Highly recommend.

Staff took me in right before closing. They were knowledgeable and honest with me about my car. They did great service with my car and they not only gave me recommend services for my car, but when they should be completed, how much the services would cost, and where l could get the service completed. Highly recommend them.
