Hands down, worst customer service experience in my life. I had a simple request for a stereo installation that would give me Android auto and work with my back up camera on my grand Cherokee. After the owner installed the second head unit, that was incorrect, he proceeded to scream at me in his shop in front of his front desk worker, I did not entertain this.He gave me an option to buy the stereo he installed and wait for the correct one or he would install the stock stereo. I took the aftermarket stereo, attempted to contact months later about the correct head unit but to no avail.On top of all of this I have multiple interior panels that are broken because of his hap hazard installation, on the dash and in the trunk area.I have many years of experience in retail and I've never felt the need to leave a bad review anywhere except here.

I have come to Honeywell numerous occasions I have had automatic starters for cars that were basically impossible. Amazing stereo in my business. And surveillance for my business. For my pool, the stereo system and surroundsound for our home. Always professional an amazing results done right the first time five stars all the way !!!!!

wish we could give him 0. my husband and i came in to look at a stereo but after a short time, we saw the manager being VERY RUDE to another customer. screaming in his face. using profanities. i don't know how this man runs a business. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY STAY FAR AWAY from this angry, TINY, person. i was going to say man, but he is far from that.

Very unprofessional management team That ed is the manager. Be rated a customer while I was there using the F word so many times and very unprofessional. Very sloppy place be careful ed has a grudge against people that smart start sends there.
