Can't think of a better place to take your Genesis. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They are busy for a good reason so make sure to schedule ahead for service.Had no issue getting parts and service completed under warranty.

I tried to get Maintenance a Factory Recall and Warranty work done and had some questions and concerns with no help from the Service Manager. I also contacted the Father and Son Manager Duo and never heard back from them. I wanted to purchase another Genesis but don t feel comfortable with this dealership however they are the closest to me in my area.

Great service for my car!!! Everyone was friendly but special shout out for John! He was incredibly attentive and kept me updated often. Definitely went the extra mile for me!

Last Genesis I buy impossible to get parts shipped out in a timely manner if you don't live close by Wexford. Incredible for a luxury brand.Its all wine and roses when you go in to buy but turns into an outrageous expensive hell after the fact.

I will NEVER come to location for ANY SERVICES WHATSOEVER! The sales manager removed me from my own Genesis connected account and put my spiteful ex partner's name in replace of mines. I did not give authorization to remove myself from the account being that I was not present. Prior to this happening I spoke with Scott who assured me that no one can be added or removed from the account unless both owners are present. Then after this occurred, I was told that I have to get an attorney to rectify the situation. This is absolutely insane!!!

I took my car in for service on 10/15/2022 for state/emissions inspections, an oil & filter change. They turned the service around in 4 1/2 hours. My only complaint is that I used to get a free car wash at a local car wash from my former dealer in NJ every time I came in for service. I wish they offered this same level of service

I just called for routine service and the gentleman whom I talked with asked me what I needed. I said oil change and tire rotation. I was then informed that I might be able to be placed 4 weeks out. My experience has been atrocious. They can't even perform service on what is supposed to be a premium car. If I can't even get basic service then what. I will tell you not a Genesis. Never again

One of the worst experiences ever. Waited months for my car, was told just a few weeks. I understand there are delays, that's not the issue. The sales guy and the manager would not call me back or provide any update on the car I reserved. Probably sold it to someone else. At the end of the day just be nice to your customers. Ended up going to Bowser and Mike Kelly. Avoid this dealership if you can. They don't really care about you.

Nice Sales people; Buying a Genesis was set by the nrand not the dealer. The delaer was selling $80K cars.....no coffee, no snack, no welcome drink NOT EVEN a bottle of water!!! they wouldnot offer even pop corn to our child

I bought a GV80 a year and half ago and this location's service is horrendous. Not even close to what was promised by our sales person.

My partner and I went to check out the GV70. It s great that the SUV sells itself but our overall experience with staff was very disappointing. It was like we walked into the dealer and reviewed and test drove the SUV ourselves, no engagement or enthusiasm from staff. They were unwilling to work with us on our potential trade in vehicle, the offer we received was insulting. We went .4 miles down to Acura and received 3500 more for the vehicle. We didn t even buy an Acura, we just sold them our leased vehicle. If you want a Genesis go to Pleasant Hills.

Got there at 8:30 am. Waited for 90 minutes then asked if the oil change was done. The paperwork & key were sitting right there on the desk. Dan, the service writer was standing there with a "deer in the headlights" look. Why were they waiting so long to get me out of there? Customers were steadily coming and going. I expressed my disappointment and left.

STAY AWAY!!! When I first dealt with Wright Genesis they seemed like a great dealer who was customer focused. When I went back to trade my G90 for a newer G70 things went terribly wrong!! Even though I paid for tag & title processing, I still had to go to DMV and do all the work myself. 7 hours at the DMV to be told that the even calculated the sales tax wrong and I had to pay more $$ out of pocket or they couldn t register the car. THEN IT GOT WORSE!! They never paid off my trade as promised and now that I m getting a bill from the previous finance company - everyone at the dealer seemed to have forgotten about the deal or refuses to do anything about it! STAY AWAY!!!FOLLOW UP....actually Rick the dealer did not fulfill its obligation. My car was part of the Pull-Ahead Program and your dealer told me that since it was that the last 3 months payments would be paid and a certain allocation for overage on mileage would be applied. THE DEALER PAID NOTHING TO GENESIS AND IS NOW EXPECTING ME TO PAY FOR A CAR THAT I TURNED IN EARLY BASED ON PROMISED THE DEALER MADE.

The salesperson I dealt with was very nice. Unfortunately, the sales manager never got back to me with a lease quote. I gave up after contacting the salesperson twice over three days.

Bought a Genesis and Cory Swanberg was the salesman. Hands down the best car salesman I've ever worked with. Extremely knowledgeable, not pushy or sales-ey. I'd highly recommend him and the Wright Genesis/ Hyundai team.
