Bobby Rahal Volvo provided exceptional service to me today. I want to commend the individual who provided me extraordinary service.Returning from Cleveland, where we had watched the eclipse my 2018 Volvo was running low on gas. Unfortunately, the batteries in my key fobs had run out of power and I could not open the gas lever. Bobby Ray Hall is on the way home to PITTSBURGH. We stopped to have the batteries replaced. The individual who took care of us, took the key fobs replace the battery and then went outside to double check.He did this task perfectly well and then said we were free to go without having to pay for the two batteries. It was a pleasure to be so well treated as a customer.Thank you very much. I m very happy

We purchased a used vehicle at Bobby Rahal Volvo. We were treated as though we walked in a purchased the most expensive car in the showroom. Max, our sales person couldn t have been nicer to us. Max is a young man in this business and was very knowledgeable about all the cars. Such a refreshing experience for me. Everyone that participated in our purchase was extremely polite and experienced in their field. We will look forward to doing business with them and the Rahal group in the future. Thanks to you all.

2020 volvo xc90 may have a off road option. However, I do not recommend driving into the salt flats in utah.Utah. I almost screwed myself and got stuck for a few mins.

Max was quick, and efficient with getting me into a new vehicle. I highly recommend Volvo North Hills to anyone who is looking for buy a Volvo within the Pittsburgh area and to request Max. In addition to be quick and efficient, he quickly understood my needs and was / did everything to accommodate what I wanted and needed in my new Volvo. The dealership is amazing, everyone is friendly and I look forward to buying future vehicles from Volvo North Hills and continuing to have Max work with me in future car purchases. Oh, can I add also that it was really nice that Max was willing to drop the vehicle off and sign papers at the house after Karen got the paper work in order for me to sign. Max and the Dealership go above and beyond!!

What a great experience purchasing my Volvo at Bobby Rahal in Wexford! Kevin, Jessica and RJ were great. They made the whole transaction seamless. They were upfront, efficient and courteous. Would give 10 stars if I could! Bobby Rahal Volvo facilities were very nice. Caleb and Karen were particularly fantastic in working within our budget and exploring every option to make a deal work out. It felt like a family atmosphere and not a stuffy overbearing place. Would recommend this establishment to everyone!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience when we went through the process of selecting and leasing our new Volvo XC40 at Bobby Rahal. It was a delight working with Bob Guckert. He was very friendly, funny, patient, and kind. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and responded quickly to my texts and emails. He truly made the process easy. He wanted us to be pleased with our car. We left feeling comfortable with the choice we made. If you are looking at Volvos, I strongly recommend Rahal Volvo and ask to see Bob Guckert! He is a 10 out of 10!

We have purchased 3 S60's from Rahal. They are a good dealer HOWEVER where we thought Volvo was a good car that would go 150,000+ miles we were so wrong. Before buying an S60 look up or google oil problems with the Volvo cars. There are class action suits that have been filed against Volvo as at around 80,000 miles (not many miles for an expensive, quality vehicle) they develop oil issues and the pistons have to be replaced at a price tag of about $9000.00 - $10,000.00 - if the cylinders are scratched (as a result of the oil spewing out of the top) then it is a whole new engine at a price tag of about $20,000.00. Volvo does NOTHING to addressed this manufacturing flaw. We could not be more disappointed with Volvo as a company. I thought I would be buying a Volvo heading into retirement but our GMC vehicles have caused us less issues and are much easier to maintain. All you have to google is oil issues with Volvo S60's. Also, my daughter's S60 needed a whole new steering column at a price tag of $2000.00 - her car had less than 60,000 miles on it at the time. Just not a good investment where cars are concerned. I hope this saves you some money and frustration and may you never be stranded on the side of a busy highway with an undependable Volvo S60.

I love my Volvo and the staff make the experience very comfortable. This is a 5 star review with one disclaimer. There was one mistake that was made with the financing. After some back and forth, there was a resolution, however. The resolution did end up costing me more - but from my side, I believe it was a fair result (in my favor), and they accepted responsibility. Despite the unfortunate and innocent mistake they made, I will continue to be a customer. The mistake was not the result of deceptive practices.

Thanks to the team at Bobby Rahal for a smooth transaction on our first Volvo. Ray Passieu was great to work with and streamlined the whole process. Kevin and Jess made the entire experience seamless! From the moment I submitted an inquiry for a car, Kevin s communication was immediate. He was so knowledgeable about options, the process, etc. They brought each other in at the right times to truly work as a team and answer every question I had along the way. Hats off to Ryan Gorka who helped us from understanding our needs to finding and acquiring a vehicle for us! He did an outstanding job of answering all of our questions and not being pushy in the process. He was patient in showing us all the new tech in the vehicle and was very articulate and thorough. We really appreciated that!Karen helped us with the closing and she's like an "old friend" in that this is our 5th car purchased with her assistance. Hello everyone. I wanted to create a new review, but I already had done one previously. I will leave all of that content below, but I wanted to share another experience with you.Yesterday afternoon (October 13, 2020), we picked up our third Volvo from Josh Grove at Bobby Rahal Volvo in Wexford, Pennsylvania. As it has been on our previous purchases, everything went really well and our daughter was thrilled. Josh always pays attention to the details and they continue to impress me with how they do business. We ultimately ordered the most recent car and Josh kept me updated throughout the entire process. If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor and ask for Josh. I can tell you that I am particular and firm, but Josh works with me to make sure everything works out. His manager, Mike Degnan is a direct and fair person too. He doesn't play the usual car sales manager game. Also, Sam Porco (she is female which my daughters and wife love), Aaron Jones (Service advisor), Jim Guerry (the GM), Brenda Ainsworth (F & I), and Keith Wieczorek (Operations Manager) are all super people too. Again, I am a particular person and they always take constructive feedback while trying really hard to exceed expectations. Do yourself a favor and get to meet the people I mentioned.Here is my review on the last car from earlier this year. I wanted to take a moment to comment on an experience we had last evening at your dealership. At 3:30 we came in to pick up a new 2020 Volvo XC 40 Inscription that we had ordered with Josh back almost three months ago. I had done the entire transaction via text and email and had never met Josh. When we arrived he had attended to every detail and made us feel very welcome. The entire delivery experience was very pleasant and my daughter was VERY happy with her new car. After Josh was sure we were all set, we left the dealership to go have dinner.At dinner, my wife and I got to talking and we decided we were going to come back and purchase another car for our family. We texted Josh what we wanted and he and Michael immediately began looking for what we wanted. They were able to find a close match and we made another deal on a 2020 XC 90 Inscription. When we arrived earlier in the day, we were not in the market for a new car, but because of the experience we ended up with two.Michael and Josh are outstanding representatives of your dealership and we are very pleased.

Looking for a specific pre owned vehicle I came up to this dealerships ad on carfax , having a bad experience with some other dealerships recently , I decided to take the 8 hour drive to see the car.I m glad I did , sales manager Kabby communicated with me very well through emails , when I arrived I was greeted nicely at the dealership, met Kabby ,he passed me on to his sales associate Jared which he also made the purchase very pleasant, we went through the car ,test drove it and three hours after they washed and filled the tank I was on my way back to New York , I was sure I purchased a quality pre owned, it drove excellent all the way back .Shout out to the sales team and the dealership, some others in the business should take training courses with them

We honestly had an AMAZING buying and financing experience with Caleb Reynolds! Prior to buying we already had 2 cars, we needed to buy 2 more ... we bought one from Caleb and the other one from a different dealership in another state. Both transactions were happening at the same time... boy do I feel bad for the other dealership because Caleb did an GREAT job and he kept out performing and doing above an beyond! We wish we were able to buy all of our Volvo's through Caleb. If you get Caleb as your sales representative you are in wonderful hands, he's great!

I had such a great experience working with Ryan Gorka at Bobby Rahal. He made everything easy. We were able to pretty much do everything over email and text before I even got there so my visit could focus on the fun stuff- learning all the awesome features of my new SUV! He really took the stress out of buying a new car for me! Highly recommend. And the Volvo wow. Can t say enough good things. I love it.
