What an incredible experience. Our salesman Paul has gone so far beyond any expectations. He created a comfortable, caring, and friendly environment that made us so confident about buying with him. I honestly, did not believe that the car buying experience could be so smooth, easy, and fun! Brandon in finance made sure that everything was in order, he was so much fun to spend some time with. And he was efficient in how our time was used. Zach was an incredible concierge. He made sure I knew my beautiful Mercedes in and out before we took her home. If anyone is looking for an incredibly impressive team with your best interests at heart that is willing to consistently go above and beyond anything you would ever get at any other dealership The entire team (especially Paul) at Bobby Rahal needs to be your first and only stop.

My experience with Bobby Rahal Motorcar Company, particularly with Sara Kiser, was nothing short of outstanding. The entire staff At Bobby Rahal Motorcar Company have been great to me and my family. We have either purchased or leased cars form this dealership for over 5 years. Always honest and fair. I purchased a used Volvo from this dealer a few months ago. The customer service is beyond something you would think still exists in today's sales world. I bought this car out of state and needed to do it quickly. They have not held back from investing in every bit of technology to assist in signing papers and getting things done quickly. Every person we talked to was also extremely friendly. They even sent me my out of state plates so I didn't have to go to the BMV and do it myself. They prepared everything ahead of time and even prewarned me that there was some paint scratches on the front bumper of the vehicle that they wanted to fix before it sold (mind you they were small and this was a used vehicle). I unfortunately needed to take the car immediately so they sent me home with my vehicle and scheduled the repair a few weeks later at their shop. When the appointment time came, they sent a driver to my house (it was a 2.5hr drive) to give me a rental car and take mine in, all free of charge. In between the time I got the car and when they came to pick it up, I noticed a small issue with the window trim. I told them about this and they also fixed this free of charge in the same appointment. I will be driving out of state to this dealership for every future purchase because this level of service is not easy to come by.

MARK JACOBS is the man !! He took care of me for several days during the buying process , with extreme patience and zero pressure. Even though I wasn t able to end up buying the car, he didn t get mad, like some other salesman do. He was patient and understanding of my circumstances that prevented me from buying. He is definitely a stand-up salesperson; I highly recommend Mark to anyone, he has a ton of experience.

I had some issues with my GLB 250 Mercedes being connected with Apple Car Play. I met Mr. Alex. This was the second time he was helping me with the same vehicle. Good service department. Scott is especially helpful and knowledgeable and I rely upon his assistance. I highly recommend him. I just returned from my annual check up and Pennsylvania vehicle inspection. As always, the folks at Rahal did a great job. Shawn Miller was my service advisor and he is as good as they get. He really knows his stuff and is a great ambassador to customers.

Understanding the issue of the soft trunk close on my SL55 AMG, I repaired the air leak without issue. A 2 pin connector snapped upon removing the unit and I purchased new ones from their parts department , the connector and 2 pins to repair it. My installation of these microscopic parts was the suspect cause of the trunk failing to open.Since I didn t have additional replacement pins and a connector ( cost of $9.30) I decided just to have Bobby Rahal do the repair. My assigned advisor Shawn was told in detail of what I had done and my suspicion of the 2 pin connector. Here s where they totally lost all my faith in this dealership and their integrity. I have 36 years of business experience in ownership of 2 automotive based companies and would never try to scam a customer as they did!Shawn phoned me explaining that my problem found from a quick test was a code from a short circuit of the trunk lock solenoid and was damaged from a subpar wiring repair.My repair would cost me approximately $1,050. I immediately interjected and asked if the connection was repaired? He did not answer my direct question and continued with the problem that I had! I told him just to button things up and asked what I owned? Just a hour of diagnostic labor of $142.36 I was told. After driving an hour to and from both ways with two vehicles I remained calm and retrieved my car.I and a local automotive shop inspected how they left the wiring. The fix cost in parts $5.00 and $30.00 in labor! No short existed, no solenoid was damaged!! A fuse wasn t even needed or was there 2 1/2 hours labor needed as Shawn stated.This dealership should be totally ashamed of this GOTCH YOU SCAMMING . THE RIGHT THING TO DO IS TO REFUND THE COST OF MY FRUAD EXPERIENCE and face the FACTS!!PICTURES ATTACHED 2nd photo shows completed repair.

Bobby Rahal Motor Car in Wexford, PA provided the BEST experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.As context, I have purchased vehicles over 20 vehicles in many states, on both coasts and throughout the midwest, from luxury European manufacturers (Audi and BMW) as well as American/Japanese makes (Ford, Mazda, Subaru). The experience at Rahal through my 18 month selection, order, and delivery process was flawless. This was important as I was purchasing the vehicle out of my home state and everything was done remotely.I am a stickler for both service as well as being a car guy. I am every car dealers nightmare, a shrewd negotiator, a technical specification geek, a perfectionist, and someone with little tolerance for incompetence and poor service.The folks at Rahal, particularly John Johnson, walked me through the order process, ensuring I understood every single option selected, took me through the order process and kept me up to date as to the status of the vehicle as it was being built, shipped, and finally, after 18 months, delivered.My vehicle was not the typical off the lot purchase. I shopped many dealers to find an allocation for the exceedingly rare AMG-Mercedes E63S WAGON. Many of these dealers did not want to go through the ordering process for something they couldn t flip to a run of the mill customer. Others did not want to discount what is veritably a limited production vehicle (300 units per year in the US), some even marked them up.When I approached Rahal, they were not just receptive and friendly. The folks at Rahal, particularly John Johnson, went above and beyond to ensure my first Mercedes purchase was impeccable.1. Secured an impossible dealer allocation for a vehicle that isn t commonly produced2. Walked me through the order process, including a detailed overview of the factory process, what status changes represent in the tracking system, and how the vehicle configuration could influence timelines3. As an out of state purchaser, the Rahal staff responded with a smile to my many phone calls and emails about options, pricing, and even suggested specifications while providing pictures of examples for my review4. Kept me informed throughout the build process, alerting me to status changes, delivery dates, tracking my car as it crossed the ocean and finally, when my car arrived at the dealership5. Coordinated with my travel plans to pick me up, take me from the hotel to the dealership, provided refreshments and a tour.6. Provided a TRUE Concierge service, walking through the details of my car for both myself and again for my wife, ensuring we understood all the ins and outs, luxury features, and technology in the vehicle7. Expedited the paperwork process, no gotcha moments, no additional upsells, no pushiness in the finance office.8. Coordinated shipping to my home state in a hard sided covered carrier.9. Thoughtful and thorough follow up to ensure I understood all elements of my vehicle, and even putting the car on a battery tender until picked up (as requested).I will only go to Rahal from now on, there is no better price, no better service, and frankly, these folks are just good people to work with. Buy here with confidence!

Excellent service each time I go. I ve had multiple services, details, inspections and even my wheels refinished and have always been satisfied. They are relatively expensive but it s worth having MB experts doing the work as opposed to going elsewhere. Sarah and Doug are great. The facility is very clean and the people are conscientious and thoughtful.

We left our E-350 for some warranty work as well as other repairs for inspection. They did additional repairs without notifying us or seeking approval. Don t trust them!

Over the years I have purchased three vehicles from Bobby Rahal - 2 Volvo's (S60 and S90) and most recently a MB S450. Every purchase topped the previous encounter and this was no different. Mark met with me on 3 different occasions while I considered two different cars. This including him driving the MB S450 out to my house so my family and I could personally inspect the vehicle. He kept me up to date on the transaction (phone and text), answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all its features(which are a lot!). He researched interest rates to get me the best deal and made me very comfortable making the decision independent of any pressure. Without reservation, I can say if you're in the market for a new or used MB, go to Bobby Rahal and ask for Mark. You won't be disappointed!

I had my car in for service and this was the best experience I ve ever had. Kelly in scheduling was phenomenal and even remembered it was my birthday on the day I dropped off my vehicle (2 weeks later). Sara my adviser was so fantastic in keeping me updated and was so personable. I was greeted with a happy birthday immediately upon my arrival at 7:30am and even received the sweetest card and gift. Totally made my day and I can t thank them enough! 10 star customer service.

It was very easy to deal with the people who work here. The service technicians truly know the vehicles. They were able to get me in earlier than predicted and got my car back on the road with very little down time. They also have a great loaner program. Best service department in the area! I will literally always own a Mercedes due to the service I receive at this service department! Everyone from scheduling to the advisors are so friendly! Just called and spoke with Mary about needing to bump up a service appointment and she was so friendly and understanding! They make drop off and loaner pick up incredibly easy! A++++ service!!

I purchased my car last year from this dealership and I wouldn t recommend it. Bob Gee was nice to work with but the overall cleanliness of the car was a disappointment. The day I picked my car up the only thing they did was wash it. The inside had drink stains in the cup holders, an inch thick of dust in the rear air vents and they didnt even vacuum the car! I had to go to the car wash on my way home just to clean the interior. And if that wasn t bad enough the windshield wipers were stripped, which i didnt find out until it rained. When you buy a new car you expect it to be clean for you upon pickup and mine was the furthest from it. I wouldn t recommend this place.
