Purchased a Jaguar F-Type a few years ago, and had a very quick and easy experience. If you do not like the theatrics of purchasing a vehicle, this place is excellent, because they are efficient and professional. If you want, they are happy to thoroughly discuss your vehicle, however if you want to be quick, they are very accommodating. This was especially helpful, because the dealer location was hours from home and I did not want to linger. Great place.

Great service yet again. This is the only location I take my F-Pace to for any sort of work. They are knowledgeable, professional and transparent. The service advisor and technicians are top notch, explain everything and answer all questions.

Made an appointment a day in advance to see a car. While they were evaluating my trade-in and pulling out the new car for me to test drive, the salesperson came to me and said that they just sold it 5 minutes ago.I assumed since this was a "premium" Jaguar dealership, they would at least hold the car for my appointment.Don't be fooled by the positive reviews here. This dealership is like all others, looking to make a quick buck even at the cost of customer relationships.A complete waste of time. I will never return to this dealership.

Excellent experience. I dealt with Alex Mousa for trading in my XK for an F-Type. He was awesome all throughout the transaction.I drove all the way from North Jersey and Alex had everything ready to go. All I had to do was a quick test drive and sign and I was on my way.Unfortunately Alex wasn t in for me to thank him, but Steve stepped in and handled the transaction and was awesome as well.Thanks guys for one of the easiest buying experiences I ve ever had!

Had a check engine light pop on during a trip cross country. The service department worked hard to get us in on short notice, and had the part on hand to resolve our problem. The service manager was amazing and super helpful, and the rest of the staff we interacted with went out of their way for us. Super positive experience and I wish they were my local Jaguar dealer. Thanks!

Once again I wanted to thank Tony, Larry, and Jim for making this another perfect buying experience. Tony went out of his way to get me into a better equipped vehicle than the one I ordered for a similar price, and I got it over a month sooner than I should have .

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. We had such a great experience with the Bobby Rahal BMW dealership that we decided our next purchase would absolutely be with the Bobby Rahal Automotive group. I am so glad we did.The process was simple, Stephanie was so knowledgeable about the vehicles and process I had zero concerns whatsoever. When making a major purchase like this it is crucial to be comfortable with the salesperson, you have to trust their expertise and guidance and she was exceptional. She answered my ten thousand stupid questions with ease and made me feel confident in my purchase decision.We are so excited to have found a great dealership to work with. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic service! I recently purchased a car from this dealership. Steve was assisting me and made sure I had all the information I needed to make my decision before I got to the dealership as I was driving up from DC. When I got there, the car was ready and all my loan paperwork had been finished and was just waiting for my signature. All and all the financing portion took only 15 minutes. In 1.5 hours I had test drove the car, done the financing, and got my tech tutorial and was on my way. It was all done with the highest level of professionalism and service. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I recently purchased my first Range Rover, working with Alex from Rahal Land Rover. Living in CT, I had to work with Alex remotely and I can honestly say that the experience was as good or better than any car buying experience I ve had in person. Alex was transparent about the pricing and very accommodating throughout the entire process. No gimmicks or high pressure sales tactics were used which I appreciated. Alex assured me the car was in great condition and it was even better in person.A great car buying experience. Something you would expect from a high-end car dealer, and they over delivered.

I had a great experience here. I came shopping for an F Type or a Velar. I worked with Madison and she was very patient and accommodating as I asked questions and drove each vehicle. She was even kind enough to stay a few minutes past closing to help me.She made the buying process very enjoyable and painless. I ended up going with the F Type S and couldn't be happier.I'd absolutely recommend making this dealership one of your first stops of you're on the market for a new car.

Madison was an excellent representative of your establishment. Not only knowledgeable, but kind, courteous and a very professional young lady. I've purchased more vehicles in my life than I can recall, but my recent purchase of a new Jaguar from Bobby Rahal Jaguar North Hills was by far the most pleasant, honest and collaborative car buying experience I've ever had. From my initial inquiry with my sales representative, Stephanie Bestwick, and dealership the sales manager Keeley Dellibovi through turning the new car over to me, it could not have gone better. Their knowledge of both the new F-Pace SVR as well as my vehicle trade-in was excellent and made what I normally expect as difficult and unpleasant process an exceptionally easy and positive experience. I can't thank the Rahal Jaguar team enough and especially Stephanie and Keeley for working with me to get a great deal on an awesome car.Thank you Team Rahal!

I can t say enough about the wonderful experiences we have had at Bobby Rahal Land Rover working with Alex Mousa. My husband and I live in Maryland, and have access to multiple Land Rover/ Jaguar Dealerships closer to us. We continue to, after purchasing 3 vehicles in a short time, buy our cars from Alex at Rahal. His knowledge and honesty are the best in the business, but the ease of the transaction is immeasurable. First class service well worth the extra miles. You won t be disappointed.

I'm from another State and wanted a Jaguar F-Pace. Madison gave me all information I needed via email and organized everything for me. She is so professional !!! I know that an Individual has many options as they are choosing their vehicle. Tyler Sheets was so welcoming from the first time that I spoke to him on the phone. It gave me a reason to go in meet Tyler and see what my options were. He is a top notch salesman with a personality that is warm and trustworthy. His manager Pete , was accommodating to all our needs! There was no back and forth dealing! I will definitely recommend Bobby Rahal to friends and family!

We were 500 miles from home and our car broke down on the PA Turnpike. It was a late Saturday afternoon and had the car towed to Bobby Rahal Jaguar on a recommendation from the tow truck driver -Glad we did!The attention and service we received were second to none. The Jaguar has always been my dream car. Once they made an SUV I knew I had to have it. My experience with Alex at Bobby Rahal Jaguar in Wexford was absolutely phenomenal. Two of the most awesome sales people I ever dealt with! When I think of a car salesman or the process that goes into buying car, I am automatically annoyed. However, it was the complete opposite experience with Alex Mousa and Steve Schoettker! From start to finish they made the whole ordeal awesome and super exciting for me and I couldn't be happier with my new car or the service they provided!!
