JJ at Baierl Honda got me set up with my new 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid in the exact color I wanted! He made the process super easy and made sure to go over everything with me. I was upgrading from a smaller suv and wanted something more reliable and comfortable. After lots of research I settled on the CRV and before I knew it I was driving it off the lot this past Tuesday! Thank you again to JJ and the Baierl Honda team for getting me in my first brand new car!

I recently had to replace the high beam bulbs in my 2014 Civic but didn't feel like working in an unheated garage so I took my vehicle to Baierl to have this simple job done. I showed up with my new bulbs at the express service center to have it done. John Kurta checked me in to have it done immediately - no charge to me. Less than an hour later it was done. When I got home, I found that the driver's side bulb had been installed incorrectly (see attached photo). The next day I took it back to the service center and brought it to John's attention. He immediately had the service center take the car back in and had the problem corrected - I was out within the hour. Props to John and the service center for their prompt attention to this. Great service

My wife and I just bought a used SUV at their used car lot. We ended up with a super nice 2021 Jeep Cherokee. Our salesman Matt was excellent. We asked to see about 5 vehicles total and Matt expertly showed us each one. He got us a great deal. This is the second vehicle we've purchased at Baierl Honda, we shop no where else

Stopped to look for a new vehicle as I just had one totaled in an accident. Was greeted by Tim McCormick on the lot who was by far the nicest and low pressure sales person I've ever met. I asked about a few vehicles and just couldn't decide what I wanted to do. I called him later that night and decided i wanted to look more into the new Civic Hatchback made an appointment and the rest is history. Purchase a new Civic the next day from Tim. Everyone from Tim to Mark the sales manager to Cissy in finance worked hard to get me a great deal with a great interest rate. Great place and do yourself a favor and go see Tim and Mark you wont be let down.

Updating my review and not for the better. Sales process for my new car went smoothly with JJ so no ill-regard towards him nor the 2024 Accord I bought - that's where the 2 stars comes from. Things go downhill from there, however. I implore you: DO NOT TRADE YOUR OLD VEHICLE TO THEM. They gave me 5 grand for my trade, a 2013 Accord, and absolutely would not budge on that total, citing cosmetic rear bumper damage and surface rust on the driver rear rocker panel. I did their trade estimator online and was given an estimate of around 9 grand for my trade. I knew that number would go down, but by almost half? I know trade ins aren't as high as they were a little over a year ago, but they have the gall to list my old car for 14 grand. I should note at the time of writing I only traded it in a day ago, so either they fixed the bumper and rust super quick, or they want 14 grand for a 10 year old car with these allegedly horrible flaws. Unfortunately my old car will probably sell for asking price before anyone reads this, but if you happen ti read this and you're interested in 2013 Accord with VIN 1HGCR2F81DA242311, just know you're paying 14 grand for a car that, from what I was told, wouldn't pass inspection with the rust it had, and it's over 1 grand more than I paid for the car 4 years ago when it was a newer, lower mileage vehicle. It's entirely my fault for not walking away upon getting my trade offer, but hopefully this review serves as a warning to NOT use Baierl Honda for anything other than new car purchases with no trades. I've had only positive experiences with Baierl Honda in the past, but this alone is enough to negate all of those and never patronize them again, not that they care.Update: After a few emails back and forth with the manager the listing was removed and was reassured that the car was sent to auction and gave a thorough explanation of their process of taking in trades and having to list them even if there's no intent to sell to a customer. Adding 2 stars onto my rating and only withholding the 5th star because I still believe Baierl is low for trades; had a family member offered 2 grand for a trade a couple years ago when nrighboring Shults Ford and Wright Hyundai offered 3 and 5 grand respectively

Very pleased with the dealerships professionalism and ability to work with us to get the Pilot we wanted, had to do a dealer trade. Salesman (Art) and financing (Cissy) personnel were great. I have bought vehicles at Baierl Honda for many years and will continue to do so!

Hit 3 area dealers searching for my new CRV. JJ was the best salesman I ever dealt with. He and everyone at Baierl were amazing. Found the perfect car at a great price.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give that! Bought my car in December and the check engine light immediately came on. ALMOST 2 MONTHS and they have not fixed my vehicle AND they will not answer or return any phone call. Multiple managers, salesmen and service department employees and no one will help me! I wish I would ve known they didn t care about their customers once that paperwork is signed. They just want to make a sale!

If I could give no stars I would. These people sold me a car and didn t disclose that it needed a transmission overhaul. I checked the code and it was in the history a week after I bought it. No way they checked it. If they did they lied about it. Now I m on the hook for a 2300$ repair job and they got away with it. Stay away. Go somewhere else for sure.

I trust Baierl Honda with all my car services and purchases. Dave, my Service Manager for my most recent service, explains everything clearly and makes sure my car service is on track. He also made sure my vehicle was ready when I needed it (it was actually done hours ahead of schedule.) I highly recommend Baierl Honda service department.

They sold a false advertisement car that probably was sitting in the back of the dealership some where to Driveway, and sadly I m the victim of this. The car had dents and a slide swipe that they never showed in the pictures or was transparent about in the paperwork or online. The dealership knew if they was honest it would have been much harder to sell online. I m almost certain no one walking the lot would even have considered buying that car with dents and a slide swipe. It was an easy money grab for the company and I am highly disappointed with my purchase. So buyer be aware if you are using any online service like driveway, or Carvana you can possibly be scammed.

easiest buying experience I've ever had. No gimmicks, no trying to upsell. I worked with JJ, told him what the car I was interested in. I placed a deposit returned a week later I walked in signed papers and was done in 45 min drove off the lot. I truly appreciated the transparency and respect I was shown. Overall a great experience

Our Honda broke down in the middle of a long trip home this week. Baierl Honda in Wexford was the closest dealer so I called them to see if they could squeeze us in to do a quick assessment. Shauna and John got me right in, addressed the problem and got us back on the road. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them taking such good care of us!

Tremendous communication throughout the entire buying and purchasing process. Finance officer was absolutely one of the best I ve ever worked with. Salesman, straight forward, no gimmicks, no surprises. Having been to 4 other Honda dealers through my purchase journey, I chose Baierl because they were by far the most straightforward easy to deal with dealer. Would give the maximum number of stars allowed in all areas.

Always a smooth transition with Baierl Honda service in Wexford. They manage my expectations for cost and timing, and if your service manager is John you get a little light hearted comedy too!

I had looked at about 9 or 10 used vehicles prior to going to baierl Honda in Wexford pa. I was going to trade in my 2012 expedition for something a little newer. I was prepared to pay off the entire $7800 I owed on my vehicle. I looked at a 2016 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo.Firstly, it did not have a current inspection. Secondly I had an idea what my car was worth in a trade because I had been to many dealerships looking for the right car. Earlier that day I went to south hills Subaru and looked at a 2019 Tahoe. It wasn't the right vehicle as it didn't have the right features but they were first class as far as customer service went. They offered $4500 on my vehicle. I still had in mind something specific so I shopped Diehl in moon Township. They again were professional but didn't have what I wanted. Similar trade offer. I then went to three rivers dodge/jeep on west liberty Avenue. Very professional but unfortunately their vehicles were more expensive than I was willing to pay. So back to baierl Honda. The manager offered $1200 for my vehicle. It's a 2012 expedition with a fully rebuild engine done by cochran ford,, new brakes,.rotors,.tires and freshly inspected until feb 2025Also the upgraded audio system in the vehicle which now includes apple carplay and android auto and jl audio speakers was done by team Nutz,Okay so when I asked why he offered so low, he got rude and said you don't like that, okay my new offer is zero. Terrible experience. I am buying something but never from Baierl. Shame is i would have been a repeat customer. I bought a Lincoln navigator from Baierl before. Do not go to baierl Honda. He also told me they didn't care about a negative review because they pay a company to have them removed.

Bad experience.Car battery is shorting out.1st time we took it in it was diagnosed as a blown fuse.Car still shorting out and battery died again less than 2 months later.2nd time we were told it was a faulty door harness, and the part was on back order. We asked to be placed on a list for the part.It turns out we were not put on a list.We had to open a case with Honda America.Baierl Honda would not provide the part # or the reference # for the faulty door harness.Baierl Honda asked us to bring the car in again for a second diagnosis.Baierl Honda did not offer a car to drive in the interim. They did not offer to cover the cost of a rental. The manager, Dave W., did not even give us a call back. His manager Shawna did, and he told her he tried to contact us.Why would we bring the car back in when it has either been incorrectly diagnosed twice? Or Baierl Honda refused to even order the part they technicians believe the car needed. We told Baierl Honda we would pay for the service to get the part in.I don t think we will ever go back to Baierl Honda.

I loved the shopping experience, as Tim, our seller, found Fianc and me the right SUV. The Sales Manager also took time to talk to me about what I was looking for in a vehicle. Overall I would. Recommend for anyone looking to get a new Vehicle. We love our 2022 Passport EX-L!

I am leaving one star because my sales person, Anna, was wonderful. The reason I am not giving more stars is because Baierl Honda sold me a vehicle with undisclosed accident damage that made my car unsafe to operate and could have caused a serious accident. Obviously, I find it difficult to give a five star review to a dealership that (in my opinion) committed fraud and violated Pennsylvania lawBaierl Honda states that they perform a "182 point inspection" on each used vehicle they sell. In my case, it appears that this inspection was either not performed or was performed sloppily. On my way home from Wexford back to Cleveland, Ohio, I began to hear a noise from under the car that sounded like a thumping. I was concerned it might be a tire problem and immediately pulled over. Instead, what I found was that the plastic splash shield that fits under the vehicle was not bolted into the bumper; had been tucked up into the bumper loosely, and had come down after the car had driven at highway speeds long enough; and was dragging on the highway. I also discovered clear evidence that the front bumper had taken multiple hits on the bottom over the years, likely leading to the loose and broken splash guard (see the photos). None of this was disclosed prior to my purchase, notwithstanding the claimed inspection that would have put the dealership on notice of this damage. This damage presented a significant danger as the splash guard, had it separated from car completely, could have taken out one or more tires or caused me to lose control of the vehicle.I assumed Baierl Honda would do the right thing once I contacted them; apologize; and fix or replace the broken splash guard. Instead, they have asserted without evidence that I "must have" hit something on my way home. In other words, without evidence, they called me a liar and refused to do anything about it.Given this treatment, I would seriously hesitate before buying any used vehicle from Baierl Honda without getting a second inspection by a third party. In my opinion, Baierl Honda cannot be trusted to be honest with their customers.**UPDATE**They have now abandoned their absurd "you must have hit something" defense and replaced it with an even more absurd "its your fault because you drove 90mph on the freeway" defense. As though my car (or any car) should be expected to start having parts fly off at that speed. Such blatant blame-shifting and gaslighting only further supports my opinion that this is a fundamentally dishonest dealership.

Baierl Honda has a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity and the experience somehow surpasses their reputation. We have been customers since 2013 and every time we come back, processes are improved and the experience is better than the last. Ryan and Lisa took great care of us and for anyone on a schedule, the efficiency of the whole process is amazing - you can get in and out in a 1/2 hour or less.

John Kurta at Baierl Honda is the best! Was able to get my new tires on same day without an appointment and very honest clear pricing. And just in time for the winter Pittsburgh weather!

Our van had a recall item that was taken care of by the Baierl service team. We were very pleased with their labor & we re satisfied with the turnaround. My only complaint would be the service center stopped answering my wife s phone call after she called back because she forgot to ask a question.

Service department is courteous and friendly. But be informed about your vehicle's service needs, they may offer extra services.

Buying a car just isn't as much fun as it used to be. Instead of going from showroom to showroom, comparing actual cars on the lots and playing one dealership against another to hammer out the best deal, we had resigned ourselves to accepting whatever was coming in on the allocation and waiting. After getting the runaround at another dealership we stopped by Bairel. After a zero pressure test drive, our salesman Greg let us know a gray Sport Touring would be coming in but couldn't be more definite than saying that it should be on the lot within the month and our experience with other stores had prepared us to wait twice that long or longer. The Meteorite Gray was actually one of the colors we decided we could live with. Although it is very nice, we started wondering if it was really what we wanted.Within just a few days of giving our deposit, Greg let us know that two other CR-Vs had become available. We took the evening to mull over the color choices and the next day we were driving home in our Urban Gray Sport Touring CR-V.We made the right choice with the color and also with Bairel.

Great low pressure salesmanship by Ryan Tessmer. Phoned last minute and he had the car waiting for us and I immediately test drove. Took it home and have already put 500 miles on her. She is a beauty with all the bells and whistles !

I brought my 2018 Honda Civic into Baierl Honda on Saturday, October 28, 2023 specifically for an oil change and an alignment. My appointment was at 9:30am and the service advisor was John Kurta. I waited at the dealership and then met my brother at another dealership while I was waiting. At 11:34am, I received a call from John Kurta stating that my car was ready. When I got to the dealership, I found out that they also performed the following WITHOUT ASKING FOR MY CONSENT: A Transmission Fluid Flush A Brake Fluid Flush An Air and Pollen Filter ReplacementInstead of paying the $159 (plus tax) for the alignment (I paid for free oil changes when I bought the car), I paid a total of $664.34. Other items of note included After the alignment, I still had to keep the steering wheel turned a little to the right to drive straight; and My tire tread went from 5 32nds to 7 32nds between my last visit (December 28, 2022) and this current visit (October 28, 2023). I did not get new tires. Then, I tried following up with Baierl Honda to see if they could explain why the all the extra work was done to my car without asking and nobody followed-up with me (and I followed-up multiple times). Please see below for a timeline of my follow-up attempts: Sunday, October 29, 2023 Responded to a text message survey about my horrible experience. I never received any kind of response. Saturday, November 11, 2023 Went to the dealership and spoke with a Sales Manager about my experience. He agreed that somebody should have notified me that my car needed all the extra work instead of just doing it and assuming I could pay for it. He said that somebody would reach out to me on Monday, November 13th. Monday, November 13th, 2023 Nobody called me. Tuesday, November 14th, 2023 Nobody called me. I drove the dealership after work that evening and spoke to a manager again who said that somebody would be contact me on Wednesday. Wednesday, November 15th, 2023 Nobody called me. I called the cell phone of the Sales Manager I spoke to on Saturday, November 11th (who was not working that day), but said that he would talk to the Service Manager and that I should hear back on Thursday. Thursday, November 16th, 2023 Nobody called me. Friday, November 17th, 2023 Nobody called me.In conclusion, I had a horrible service experience and when I brought it up to management, they never followed-up with me, even when I followed-up with them repeatedly. I would not recommend John Kurta as a Service Advisor and management needs to take better responsibility for following-up on customer complaints and addressing them.

Yet another doozy! Found a used 2023 crv at a good price. Setup a meeting then asked for the numbers. Salesman did his job adding 6K of markups, then when I asked for the quote, the numbers without all that, things of course changed. Knowing we were coming to look at it, I was texted that it d be pulled up and ready. He wasn t immediately available when we arrived, but when he did come out, I was not greeted, and there he was on his phone, barely offering a hello. He took us out to see a filthy vehicle. My wife questioned why it was so dirty and he retorted that it had been cleaned and detailed. It looked like they were eating lunch in this thing without napkins. Crumbs all over the seats, greasy fingerprints and smears on the steering wheel, door panel and windows. He continued his diminutive speak justifying it being dirty because it has been outside. I guess being outside gets the interior filthy. Zero patience for this chuff, we decided to leave. He acted like he was surprised we didn t want to test drive a car we didn t even want to touch. I called to talk to a sales manager, of course they were busy. No offer to clean or do anything to this vehicle for us. Its been there for a month. I guess they re not interested in selling unless you agree to their high markup add ons! Thanks for wasting our time Baierl.
