I had a 5 star experience today at this location and had to share. I came into the store needing an item as I was heading out of town. I didn t have a lot of time to try a different location, so the amazing DAWN came to my aid and offered up an amazing solution. Her ability to get creative saved my day and a whole lot of time. 5 star service is hard to come by; well unless you make a stop to see DAWN. AutoZone 4696, you have a gem at that store!

We've shopped here several times and the folks have always been friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Tonight was no different and when Greg helped me out yet again I knew it was time to finally leave a review. Thanks to this store staff for always delivering a great experience!

I needed a headlight and wanted to get it purchased and installed quickly. The representative with the last name Eckhart (sp?) helped me right away and was able to get me on my way. Due to the angle I think it was tough to take the old one off/ add new one on, etc., but he was able to get it done. It was 35-40 degrees out and dark so I appreciated that he helped me with the installation that night ~1.5 weeks ago. Thanks!

Mike and Matt were awesome! My headlights burned out as I was traveling home on the interstate. Matt got me all set up with the headlights and Mike was nice enough to put them in for me, as difficult of a process that it was. It was very much appreciated, thank you guys so much!

We're very helpful after my incident with the Hyundai dealership in providing me with a battery test, the worker who helped me was very nice and she complimented me on using my gut and coming to them for help

I was able to get what I needed for a good price, the item was in stock. I've been here several times previously and always had good service.I also love their free services, like checking if you have a "check engine" light on, I've used this several times and it's been very helpful.Update: very helpful with installing my tail light that I bought there, I've never had to replace them in this car so now I know how. Great service and good price for what I needed.

I cannot recommend this store highly enough!Both of our cars' batteries died within a day of each other. We were lucky that the first car died across the street from this AutoZone. The manager there, Dawn, is a rock star. She made sure we had the right model at the right quality and the right tools to replace our battery. She also ran diagnostics on the new battery once we put it in our car to make sure we had installed it right and that the problem was the battery.The next day, our other car's battery died. We were able to jump it and get it to AutoZone. Dawn was there again and, even though she was there on her own, did an amazing job of helping customers while still walking us through replacing a very stubborn and ill-designed battery. She really made a stressful situation not only tolerable, but actually enjoyable! I learned so much from her and had a great time interacting with her.Again, I cannot recommend this store highly enough!

I spoke with John about an issue my car was having. He is so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I recently got swindled by a mechanic who recommended a whole bunch of work that I did not need. So it makes such a difference to talk to someone who is not trying to take advantage of my relative ignorance. Thank you so much! I will be back.

I came in to take advantage of the Fix Finder as my Check Engine was on. John H. helped me diagnose and fix the problem. I am leaving tomorrow for a long trip and he saved the day. Great customer service!

So polite and helpful! Our car got the wrong gas put in it and we needed a tow from Triple AAA but everywhere was busy. The other garages were so rude and brought us down but one Midas employee sent us there as he couldn t drain the gas They ran the code, got us an answer AND helped us get into a garage. We are three hours from home and these people were amazing!!! Thank you all so so much!!! The one girl especially she was amazing as well as Matt!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!

I had a battery problem, and after 4 hours of AAA dodging sending someone out to take a look at the battery, Jim helped out and gave me the 5 star treatment. He even gave a great recommendation on where to take it, and said he'd call on Monday to tell the place about what the issue I was having is.

I was at Getgo having trouble filling air in my tires a few day ago, but the pump ended up flattening my tire instead of filling it. I had no idea what to do cuz I had to be at work in a few minutes and my car was not drivable, but luckily Michael from Auto Zone was pulling in to fill his tires. Michael offered to help and was able to fix the malfunctioning air pump and fill my tire, saving my day. I am so grateful for his kindness. Thank you so much!!!!

They have most everything you need To fix your car. Staff is very helpful. Prices are very cheap compared to dealers. Great knowledgeable staff.

I stopped in with my son on a bitterly cold snowy night for help with wiper installation. The sales & service folks were extremely helpful and kind: we got assistance right away even though we had bought the wipers somewhere else. They were professionally installed for us and it was service with a smile. What an awesome way to run a business.This store is highly recommended!

Matt and Chris are lifesavers! They went above the bar to help figure out the lighting in my mom's car! They were super awesome, and why I love this AutoZone! The whole staff helps from finding the right part (Chris) to figuring out where I goofed up! These guys deserve all the shoutouts!

I cannot say enough for the staff in this store. We broke down 10 hours away from home and 2.5 hours from our destination. They went out of their way to make it as easy as possible for us to get back on the road. Three different staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful and we are forever grateful!

Brendon from Autozone replaced the battery for me on my Honda Pilot. It was considered a more complex battery replacement but he was knowledgeable and very efficient. Highly recommend.

The overall customer service that I received in my time of need was amazing. I called the store 20 minutes before they were set to close and let them know that I was having issues with my car battery. They told me to come by and they would see what they can do to help me get a new battery installed. I arrived at the store with ten minutes left before they were set to close. The rep Jessica came out to look at my car and informed me that with my battery setup it would be difficult to remove the old battery. I informed her that it was ok and that I would buy the battery and do the install at home. Well on my way out from the store with battery in hand my car shut off. I walked back into the store and asked if they could give me a jump. Jessica came out with the jump pack but unfortunately, the battery was beyond dead. Jessica then tried to jump my car with her vehicle but still no luck. I told Jessica that it was ok and that I could just come back the next day and figure it out. Jessica took action and decided that she would help me get the old battery out and the new battery installed. After about 45 minutes of working around the insanely hard removal of the battery, she was able to get it out and install the new battery for me. Jessica and her co-worker went above and beyond for me and wouldn't leave until they were able to help me out of the bind I got myself into. The effort that was provided is very rare nowadays and they could have simply left when their shift was over but decided to go the extra mile. I am truly thankful for their assistance especially Jessica.

Mark was extremely professional and helpful advising me on replacing the headlight on my Jeep - I will continue to refer the Wexford store to all of my friends and colleagues - the service is beyond expectations- always courteous and very knowledgeable technically - thanks Mark!
