Dominic H. (Salesman) & Mike D (sales manager) were (& still are) both amazing!!! Best sales team yet! After a bad accident and not having a car for almost two months... these two guys went above and beyond to make a deal that I felt comfortable with. I am absolutely loving my new Mazda CX-50 premium!! Excited for more Mazda adventures. Also, shout out to Kristen (finance) for her kindness and positive personality! :) Thanks Cochran Mazda!

The whole process was flawless. I Absolutely recommend to stop into this dealership. This was the best experience and 2nd new car from the Cochran family of dealers. I got a great lease deal on a new CX-50. Shout out to our sales guy Jamie.

Awesome car buying experience - not a suffocating or pushy sales environment like some other dealerships. Josh was super helpful with comparing the two models I was interested in, and went above and beyond to help get me in the car i chose as soon as he could. Everyone there seemed knowledgeable and relaxed - this really is the way car shopping and buying should be!

The folks a Cochran Mazda North Hills were great. They made the process of selecting and leasing my new car very smooth and easy. John is an excellent salesman...knowledgeable but low pressure. I guess that's why my last 3 vehicles have come from this dealership.

My experience with the dealership was a few days process and wonderful. The people I worked with took very good care of me, they were very much understanding, considerate, and helpful throughout the whole process. They worked to get me the best deal with the vehicle I wanted. While everything was processing, they were very kind.! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new vehicle and I for sure will be going back myself when I'm in the market for a new car.

I just purchased from #1 Cochran Mazda and I will tell you it was the best experience. From Mike D the manager and Krissy in the finance department. To the guys in the back helping me get mats. But especially Alex Stickler, he was the best sales rep I have dealt with. Honest, nice and not pushy at all! I recommend everything about this dealer!

Amazing dealership! I went to get an oil change for my Mazda. Super affordable price and it even came with a complementary car wash. Service was very fast (even while busy!) and the employees were wonderful. They truly are #1!

The service department has been top notch ever since having my 2018 Mazda 6 Signature serviced here. They do a fantastic job! This past service I needed tires to pass inspection. The tires I wanted were not in stock. They took the time to order the tires I wanted and even took the extra step of price matching another provider s price. Great service at a fair price!

Sales Person Dominic Hussion was wonderful. Such a helpful pleasant young man. He really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. He did his best to show me vehicles with the features that I was looking for.He also took his time to explain all of the features of my new car. It truly was a pleasant experience.

Had a great experience with our last vehicle purchase. Staff is always friendly and easy to work with. Does not provide that "typical" car deal experience, which is welcomed. Would recommend checking out this dealer to anyone interested in a vehicle purchase.

If you're ever looking for a new car, I could not recommend Jamie at Cochran Mazda more. This is my third vehicle I ve purchased from him at Cochran and he always goes above and beyond to get me exactly what I m looking for for the best price. Everyone inside the store is helpful and efficient during the signing process. Can t wait for my car to get here to California (they also do shipping as well :))

I had the greatest experience at Cochran Mazda. Our salesman, Josh was so easy to work with! He took into considering all of my 'vehicle must haves' and really took the time to find me the perfect fit ! The whole process was quick, easy and enjoyable! The new 2023 Mazda3 Hatchback just upped my curb appeal big time!! The whole process here was a breeze. I'm usually not a fan of salesman but Thomas was a gem, no pressure, no harassing, just pure help. Honestly was in a dozen lots over the past month and I knew it was going to be Cochran Mazda the whole time. You're in good hands here and I have no qualms with calling this place home for all my Mazda needs. Big big thanks to them. Love the new ride!!

Friendly staff, car priced as advertised on their website. Bought a CPO Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring and I love it. Very nicely cleaned up and I was able to drive out with it the same day. They also patiently took care of my unique paperwork situation.

This is my second purchase from Cochran Mazda North Hills. Jamie was really helpful and knowledgeable and offered us a great deal. The showroom and waiting area is clean and comfortable. I also bring my Mazda there for maintenance and they are friendly and service is quick. Love that I can make my appointments online. Highly recommend Cochran Mazda North Hills.

Miranda, our sales associate, was very through in her review of all the options found on the Mazda CX50. She rode with us on the initial test drive, and when we returned the next day for my wife s test drive the car was licensed and ready to go. Upon delivery of this vehicle she once again spent a lot of time familiarizing us with the various options used most frequently. Deginitely a very caring sales professional.

Ben Schuster was wonderful to work with. He was straight forward and helpful from the start, and he personally drove to get us the car we wanted at a different Cochran location. A couple days later, we drove it home. I highly recommend working with this dealership and Ben!

Experience was just OK. The wait time for Service appointments is on the order of 7-10 days which might be fine for routine service, but in my case I had a check engine light on.The shop is competent but I cannot recommend as there is no accommodation for urgent needs such as a warning stating Engine Malfunction etc.

WOW, I had the most amazing car buying experience. Thomas went above and beyond with me. Buying a car is my most anxiety experience typically. This was easy peasy for me. My only need was white car with tan interior. It just so happens . The car I want was not available. It was Kristen the finance managers car. She had just pick out. Sorry Kristen, you have great taste I owned my last car for three years. They were features on the car. I still don t know how to work. That was never going to be Thomas made sure I knew how to operate every single thing on my new car. Thank you Thomas your knowledge and customer experience goes far above the rest.

I love the service here. You can always request a loaner if you need and if it s available, normally it is if you book ahead of time.Service advisors are very very nice. Shout out to Tanna and Kristin and they re all willing to help rather than trying to charge you. They also provide a video and letting you know the diagnostic of your car and let you make your own decide if you d like to move forward or wait.I ll keep going back there for sure.

Overall, this dealership provides nice buying experience. Salesperson to service rep are all friendly and emphasizes the value of buyer experience. Taking the delivery of vehicle was a breeze with most of the available options are covered including while completing the paperwork.

Very friendly sales staff and finance department. They made me feel like part of the #1 Cochran family right away. There was a little mix up finding the vehicle I was trying to purchase but issue was resolved in a timely manner and I'm very happy with my purchase. I have already recommend them to friends and family.
