Rick the manager provides superb customer service experience. There haven t been any issue with my tires he didnt address and I have been dealing with him for 10 years. He is really prime example of how best customer experience should be.

NO STARS !!! I ve been calling for 2 hours to see why my appointment for my new delivered tires to be put on, was canceled ! They NEVER answer the phone and when they do it s to stop the phone from ringing and to put you on hold for hours. They just opened at 7 and I ve been calling since about 7:30am there s no way they re that busy within 30 minutes of opening! THEYRE JUST LAZY!!!!!!!

Limited services available. The West Mifflin location is much better than most other Wal-Mart Auto Centers. I have gotten oil changes, tires, and headlights replaced here. They do not do inspections.

They really need more people. Waited 4.5 hours for service two days ago. For one tire still waiting and have been here for 3 hour and my car has not left the parking spot outside.

I came in here after two prior visits where there was no staff. I see an employee, and ask for two new tires. He tells me it will be a 3hr wait, but I had that time to spare, so I agreed. He then changed his response and said I actually needed an appointment, and the closest one was the following Saturday. He looks up my tires and tells me to come in at 3:00. I even saw him write my name down.On Saturday at 3:00, I come in and wait 15 minutes before speaking to an employee. He gives me a funny look when I told him my name, and says that's not the right name. He tries looking me up on the computer, and cannot find my car, or my information, in spite of the fact I'd been there less than a year before to get tires replaced, and he directed me to another employee. She looks me up the same ways, and once again, can't find me. She opened up the book my name was written in by the employee days prior, and I glance at the time and the name to see that Saturday at 3:00 had the name they told me, but it was written over white-out. Someone replaced my appointment with someone else, and when I asked the lady about it, she yelled at me, claiming it was another customer who made an appointment and canceled. I asked if that was the case, then couldn't she prove it by shining light beneath the paper to look at the name (she had a monitor next to her). She just yelled, "I don't know!" And told me I would need to wait until Wednesday at the earliest. I refused to make another appointment, having no incentive after what happened.Service: Tires

Went in for an oil change, sure it took an hour, but on a Saturday morning, that's better than expected. Prices were much better than a quick change location. Would recommend.

My pregnant daughter and 2 yo granddaughter got a flat tire in the parking lot. She pulled into the auto care center at 1:13 pm and was told by the young lady at the desk that she was getting off her shift soon and wasn't taking any walk in's. I call the store and asked to speak with a manager, after a 10 min or so wait the manager told me they didn't have any time to put a tire on her car because they had a full schedule. It would of taken them 20 mins to put a new tire on her little Honda. I know this isn't going to change anything and is just a further waste of my time!!!!

They showed no respect today, I was in the auto care center making an appointment just making an appointment for a service and all of the sudden the sales associate left me after her other associate called her and left me completely standing with my children for 15 minutes while she was serving a customer who was behind me in line until she finished the customer who was behind me in line and then she was still away until I had to call her to come back again and finish setting up the appointment for me which took just one minute so, I waited 15 minutes just for 1 minute to make an appointment, next time the sales associate must tell her other sales associate or even her manager, I have to finish serving my current customer before moving to serve another customer especially if that other customer came later. Show respects to your customers please

Horrible lackadaisical service. With no drive its taken 3 hours for them to put on 4 tires. Seriously deserves no stars. Horrible business plan. Pull the car in and let sit in the bay for 30 plus mins then take forever to do your specialty. Nonsense

Although they have perfect manager workers are not really taking care of anything. I went there couple times to get new tires or oil change whenever i go they said 2 or 3 hours but always it took more than 4 hours. Last time i had to wait 5 hours. I feel like i have to give them 1 star, only because of their service manager i added 1 more star. He deserves better place to work.

I had my tire replaced pretty quickly. The staff at this particular location are always very friendly. I bought tires here with the road hazard warranty . Well worth it. Only spent the cost to replace the road hazard. If you get tires at Walmart, the road hazard is essential

I got my oil and tires changed. And had my headlights changed because nissan is annoying, can't just go under the hood. Prices were really fair for Goodyear and Pennzoil full synthetic. They got it done in just a couple hours without an appointment. If you're getting tires, call to see if they have the ones you want in stock. Had to order the tires online but it only took a couple days. Friendly service. Overall good experience.

This place, and the workers, are AMAZING! While driving to work today, my front passenger tire blew. Fortunately, I was only 12 miles from this Walmart Auto Center and they were able to get me in and install four new tires (I needed new tires anyway) with a balance, the same day, and for only $300! Service was efficient, prompt, and very well done. Will definitely be back!

This place is a joke. For 2 weeks I called them to come in and get a tire replaced. Every time I call no matter how early it is they can't take me because they're short staffed that day. Instead of just saying we're short staffed in general, they're short staffed that day. I think it's a bunch of B.S they need to hire more help or change their hours cuz every time I call I hear that excuse.Service: Tire rotations

Decent prices for tires. But the costume service is bad, they don t even look at you in the eyes, they don t suggest you different kind of tires; they give you what they think is better or (what they have to sell that day) , only one guy was happy to help (shaufiq). The manager was talking rude to a lady who was waiting for hours. It took then 4 hours to do my tires. They told me 1 hour and a half!! The technicians look for confrontation if you ask them something about the service. Very bad experience

Asked for a time estimate to change my one tire I bought from them that's under warranty. "Not long" is what I got.2 hours later, I'm still waiting, with lame excuses.Update: they pulled off my tire and left me on the jackstand for about 45 minutes now. 2.5 hours for 1 tire. "We only have 2 techs in today" when there are 3 back there. This is beyond pathetic.Update: 3 hours and they've finally changed 1 tire.

I have been here a few times for car services. They are very busy so expect a long wait! I bought a new tire here and waiting time for installment was three hours!! They do have a waiting room but it's small though. Better if you drop your car and have someone bring you home or somewhere else to wait and come back. Also, one time they tightened my tire bolts too tightly, I had a lot of trouble loosening the bolts to take my tire off, and it's bad to have them too tight.

ALL TIRE SERVICES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AS OF AUGUST 2, 2019. Oil change by walk-ins. Due to complaints of waiting 3-4 hours or more for tire service (see other reviews), the wait time has been extended by 1.5 weeks for an appointment.Awesome staff, helpful, good prices on tires, mounting, balancing, and a road hazard plan / pro-rating with free rotations and rebalancing with plan. I'm a happy return customer. I haven't had an oil change here yet, maybe someday when I get tired of doing my own. With an appointment plan to stay about 1-1.5 hours.

Tried to setup a time to come in but due to being walk in only I was told they can't predict the future and go else where. I asked what the shops hours were and he said the same thing again and they leave sometimes up to 5 hours early. So you basically can't schedule around it you gotta just show up and hope they are open in the afternoon. Don't waste your time unless your coming to shop and if then I was told the general wait is 2 hours so you spend what 3 to 4 hours in Walmart? Better off just getting what you need and going somewhere else.Would have been better if the employee on the phone had a care for customer service but guess in the auto shop it's non-existent.

Decent price for four new tires. Quick service but no appointments so get there early and be prepared to wait. Small waiting room provided but the in store McDonald's is more comfortable.

If I could give less than one star I would. First of all, whatever walmart employee I talked to on the phone, said that they were open until 9PM, which they aren't. It's 8PM. Anyway, I needed two tires placed the day before my inspection. Yes it is my fault that I waited so long and late in the day, but work and other 9-5 duties called. I got there with more than an hour and a half until closing at about 6:20pm), and before I could even ask for service, two very rude mechanics came out and said "NO more orders!" The lady behind the front desk was a little nicer, but the men wouldn't even let me explain the situation and no apologies whatsoever. They repeated "no more orders!" then all but slammed the auto shop door in my face. I left and gladly took my couple hundred dollars of business down the street, to someone who was willing to stay after hours to help me out. So long story short: beware.

We ordered a rim and 2 tires. Online tracking shows it was delivered by FedEx 3 days ago. We have made multiple calls and get a different story every time. Friday they said it was there and would be ready Saturday. Sunday morning calling online customer service says nothing was delivered. Sunday afternoon says nothing is there, takes info and calls back saying rim is there, no tires. Not sure how every story is different, we thought it would be easier to have it all in one place. Had we known this would be such an issue we would have shipped to our home.

The 2 stars is generous. I guess this is what u should expect from walmart tire center. Zero...and i mean zero customer service....none of the staff cared about the job and none sem to even understand basic customer service. Tires were supposed to be in next day...they werent. They were supposed to call me...they didnt. Zero cars in service bays but was told 3 plus hours to install 2 tires. Staff works at 2 speeds...slow and stopped. Manager non-existent....other manager in othr department useless...i mean i set the bar low....very low because its walmart...and they couldnt even reach that low standard. I will say the installer did a nice job...well, except incorrect tire inflation and not removing the adhesive from the wheel weights.

The customer service lady serving today was a rude, person. All I wanted was information on ,"Are you guys able to accept me for tire replacement." No, she just decided to say that is none of her business, call again, and goodbye. I'm not a customer service operator, but you just dont do that kind if stuff. Dont recommend this service either.

This used to be a good spot for oil changes! Though after 4 experiences recently, 1 of which went smoothly and the latest was just another add on of a time consuming, frustrating endeavor... I've decided to move on from this location at West Mifflin Walmart!
