Was recommended by a family member to go see Arthur for my car needs and get an inspection!!!!! He is AMAZING. All the fellas down there did a great job on my vehicle I needed a few things done I thought I would get my car back in a day or 2 I had my car back a few hours later my car runs just as smooth as the 1st day I got it!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CAR TO ARTHUR AT MEINEKE!!! He is honest knowledgeable and quick!!!! Sometimes being a female you think mechanics would rock your pockets but nope I m highly pleased and he gained a customer and I ll be recommending everyone I know to go here for all their car repair needs thanks again guys!!!!!

This was the 3rd time I ve brought my car to this location in the last few months (inspection, brakes and now tires) and I swear I ll never bring it anywhere else again! Art is very helpful and honest. He is very upfront with prices and will always tell you before starting any work! Each time I ve called the day before taking my car in and he always accommodates. I absolutely recommend for anyone who has any mechanic needs.

Great customer service. Very friendly and very accommodating took me in rather quickly and was able to wait for the work to be done instead of just dropping it off and trying to find a ride back and forth. Just rather pricey in my opinion

Best, quickest, and most reliable auto service by far. Arthur and Michael can diagnose all domestic and foreign auto issues and repair them at a very reasonable price.Either for a yearly inspection or an unexpected issue on your vehicle, try them first. You won t regret it.

Went to Meineke for state inspection. First come first serve. They were busy but I was in and out within 1 hours. Service was good. Service person was polite and kept me informed on progress.

Quick and honest service. I had an idea of what was wrong, and the Mechanic didn t waste any time diagnosing the problem and showing me. Having that understanding is very helpful as a customer. It was pricier than expected but the work was quick and quality. They won t keep your car hostage if it only needs a quick fix.

The last time I went here with my car making noise. I assumed it wasn t gonna make that loud noise again and it s louder than it was before I took it back here. I like to know what $150 I paid was for because it s louder and didn t fix nothing and he said I ll hear a little noise that s not a little noise. Up until now I was fine going here.

I called the day before about needing new brake pads and rotors for my Lexus. They got me in the very next morning for an 8 am drop-off. They called me with a quote before starting the service and had my car ready in just over 2 hours, despite being extremely busy. Mikey did a thorough check and a road test, where he also flagged an item to keep an eye on down the road. The communication was excellent & the cost for the service was half of what my Lexus dealer quoted me. Not to mention, the lot and garage were full of luxury vehicles, which is a clear testament to the trust this business has earned for its services.Service: Brakes

Meineke is the only place I ve took my care since I ve bought it. It s a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. No one else has ever touched it. I recommend them to everyone

I switched from another auto shop nearby after I was unhappy with their solutions to our car and I'm so glad I did! I dropped off my car in the morning (got there at 730 since Google maps said they open then but they actually open at 8 fyi) and they still took my car even though it was before working hours. Arthur was prompt, polite, quick and honest. My car needed lots done, but he was able to get it to me by the end of the day and he fixed everything I asked him to. I highly suggest visiting this shop! First and foremost HONEST! I knew I needed an I knew I needed a new starter. Car was dead and had to have it towed to his shop. Expected to pay for a new starter. However, after Arthur inspected the vehicle, he called me back and told me that I did not need a new starter, the bolts were loose and simply needed to be tightened. He could ve installed a new starter and I would not have known the difference. Serviced immediately and very upfront on pricing and repairs. Fast, fair and affordable. Would highly recommend this auto shop! Art is honest and up front about your repairs. We have older vehicles and they seem to always need something fixed. The guys at the shop do good work. I will keep taking my vehicles there and recommend the shop to others. I just moved to the area from California. These guys, especially Arthur at the desk, has really helped me out with trouble shooting some issues on my 4Runner. My Runner is coming up on 200k miles and after this shop working doing the preventive maintenance I'll see another 200k from this point forward..This truck is my baby and I travel cross country often..Thank you for be straight forward and truth full every step of the way.

He is honest, hard working and highly knowledgeable and I witnessed many loyal long time customers during my two visits. Art provides great service at fair prices. I recently had my radiator replaced at Meineke car care center on Kennywood Blvd. I've been taking my car here for a number of years. Overall I've had very good experiences at this place. I highly recommend this place for your repairs.

I have had to go here twice for situations with vehicles that were relatively emergent. That being said both times in spite of having a busy shop on a weekend I got my cars fixed quick and at a good price. The owner genuinely cares and understands what it is like when the misfortune of unanticipated car failure happens and makes you feel like a priority. Thanks! Adding to this I have now had to take my vehicle here 5 times and still very satisfied with the service, staff, and cost. Friendly and understanding which makes a big difference when you are dealing with car trouble that is already an aggravating issue. Thanks again!I update this review to reiterate what I said before. If I always had a choice where I could take my vehicle to be serviced it would be here. Fair prices. Straight honest work. That's hard to find these days. Ten stars if I could.

Arthur is the store manager and he is very professional and trustworthy. Everyone there gets things done quickly and efficiently. I will continue to go there for as much as I can for my car. I'm thankful that there is a place like this so close to where I live!
