My visit was a Google search. They took care of my Chevy Traverse, I could tell I left my vehicle in caring hands, this is a high end Dealership so I was expecting high end service, and they did and pass the test.They have years of experience, DO NOT HESITATE TO LET THEM CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE NEEDS.

Actually I lost my brakes and took it to the closest place. They repaired the brakes but felt something else was wrong and didn't want to go any further in the repair. We took it to Century 3 and I was very impressed that they told us everything was good. No other work was needed. I find it refreshing that they didn't take advantage of the situation and were very honest. Of course we were charged for the time they put in, but it could have been much worse. I have been to this service department before and always felt they were fair with me. I feel comfortable using this business and if it wasn't for the fact that I lost my breaks I would have taken it there to begin with.Service: Auto brake repair

From the moment I pulled in till I left the staff was excellent. The young lady who was at the service desk was the best. Super friendly and she got me checked in and out super quick. The service at Century 3 Chevy is really excellent! I called the day before for a problem I had with a sensor and I thought I d have to wait at least a week before it was repaired. Another auto shop told me a few days before it would be repaired. I took it to my dealership instead. The next day my vehicle was fixed! They called my warranty for me and sent me a convenient text message directly to my phone. I highly recommend!! 5 stars!! Services: Electrical, Engine repair

When I overheated, I had my car towed to service department & they quickly determined the issue and expedited the repairs. I had an 8:30am appointment to have my air bag fixed. They took my truck in when I arrived. The staff gave me an estimate for the repair, completed it in about 2 hours, and the cost was in the ballpark of what my mechanic would have charged. My check engine light came on and it was quite distressing not knowing what the problem was. A part had to be ordered but I was reassured that my Trax was still operable and not to worry. When she told me that the part was on back order and was not sure when it would be in I was nervous about driving but it wasn't long, maybe a week or so, before I was contacted and the part was installed and my warranty covered it! I came in for an inspection and emissions. At the last minute I asked for an oil change. The employees were willing to do this service, reassuring me it was no problem. The wait didn t seem too long considering all the work they had to do for me. The girls in the office were pleasant. I will be back at the end of the month for a change of snow tires, check on defrost, heater and air conditioner.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Drove to Century 3 Chevy with my Sonic s check engine light on apparently not using a car much can cause problems too? The warning was just from a bad thermostat, but they also pointed out that the compressor was bad, and an axle was leaking. I went pale at the bill but, they did patiently explain why I needed to fix both. Was also given a lift back home and back to the dealer when the car was ready. I m technical, but not car savvy at all, but I think the experience was as good as it could have been. The bill also turned out to be a couple hundred cheaper than the initial quote, so that was nice.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto A/C replacement

I ve been using this business for a few years now and I m always satisfied. I ve gotten my oil changed, brakes, rooters, transmission fluid changed and used their collision center. They have been fair, honest, and reliable to do a good job. I would refer anyone to Century 3 Cheverlot.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the estimate to the final repair. My car looks brand new. No one would know the car had any damage. Sybil was great! Although she was supposed to be finished at 4:30, she was willing to stay later so that I could come after work. I would highly recommend the body shop at Century 3 Chevrolet.Service: Painting

Brought it in to fix an oil leak and found out it was too expensive to fix. Mechanics were really reassuring, told me there was no pressure to buy and gave me tips on how to get by fine without the pricey part. When checking out, the mechanic was kind enough to take the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Pleasant place with pleasant people!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a flat tire Friday night and they were able to get me in and replace the tire Saturday morning as soon as I called. Other tire places (ie NTB) did not carry my tire and would have to order it, which would take several days. Century III Chevrolet service took me in right away and had me back on the road in less than an hour! Thank you so much!!Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Since resolving an issue with getting a part for repair, service has been good I made sure to get the best warranty because unfortunately the quality of Chevy vehicles in general are not good. Was able to drive into a dry comfortable service garage , exited my vehicle to an awaiting service support person who greeted me and was aware of my appointment shared with me how long it would take and in a minute I was in my wife s car heading home. I receive a call within the timeframe given drove back picked up my vehicle no muss no fuss. Can t get any better than thatService: General repairs & maintenance

We broke down during a family vacation. Everyone at Century went the extra mile to not only help us complete our journey to our planned vacation, but then got us back on the road and delivered our vehicle to us so that we could get home. The driver's door had to be replaced, as well as the fender and bumper due to being hit by a school bus while parked. I took it to the shop, they did EVERYTHING! My vehicle looks brand new! They had detailed my truck right before I picked it up. Awesome service. I work a hectic schedule, and they were able to get me an appointment the same day I called in. They had me in and out in no time, and didn't try to get me to do all kinds of unnecessary repairs, like other dealerships tend to do. I don't normally leave reviews, but the staff at century 3 Chevy definitely deserved a 5 star rating for this appointment.

Repaired damage caused by downed power line. My car wasn't finished and I was going on vacation. They got me an upgraded rental vehicle because the one I had was to small to take on my trip. Took away the stress of dealing with rental place. Priceless.

Bumper cover and headlight cover were replaced as requested. Body work was done very well. Color of painted part matched the surrounding parts nicely. Service is always Amazin Natasha is such a great asset for Century III Chevrolet. She is very knowledgeable about what is needed for your car and always gives you the best advice. I see her give great customer service not just to myself but every person she deals with.
