Jeff at the front desk was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to get me in and get my breaks done asap.I would highly recommend these guys for thier outstanding service. Really quite expensive. The receptionist was also a bit rude, talked down to myself and my mother but seemed just fine when talking to my dad.

I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled. When I brought the car in he asked me how much time I had? I had an appointment time. He said he couldn t get my car up yet. It would be about 1-1/2 hours. He said are you leaving the car? I told him no that I was waiting. (Which I told him when I made the appointment) I was very gracious and rescheduled the appointment. This time he went out to the garage and came back and asked me how much time I had? I said how long he said they were way behind today and it would be at least 1-1/2 hours again. I told him he shouldn t have scheduled so many people. He said that s why we like to do repairs for people waiting in the morning. I told him he never told me that. I told him I wouldn t need his services after all!!!

I have gone here for services and inspection for many years. They are always able to give me an appointment in a timely manner. They are very trustworthy and never make up things that are wrong.
