Over charged for towing it s a rip off. They work with the state police. My sisters car slipped off the road near avondale and they charged $475. When we already had a tow truck coming. The state trooper was insisting on calling this place. Prices are ridiculous.

Tow Estimate was perfect, they got to me fast, and Lonnie made it go smooth in 2 tight parking lots . Will recommend and use again.

Unbelievably excellent service from the owner Rivera.Towed my 53' semi trailer from NJ to PA right on time as requested.Was very careful and patient with my needed drop off location that was not at all tractor trailer friendly. Trailer was three point turned several times in a few tight back road areas and then backed down my narrow winding driveway. Super skillful driver overall who knows what he's doing. Besides the great service, price was best around.

Very pricy for repairs. One time I got ripped off big time (my mistake for trusting them). Another time they tried to rip me off with another high cost quote for fixing my old car at the time, luckily my sister told me to to ask them about a temporary fix, they did have one which was a third of what they trying to charge me. Yet, they never provided me with all my options. Got the temporary fix and went to my sister's mechanic. Never returned here again.They seem nice enough as far as talking to you but there is nothing nice about ripping people offService: General repairs & maintenance

So honest and helpful great old fashioned service!!! ***please read all reviews and think about them, bad reviews from people who've been towed away.. have nothing to so with how wonderful of a mechanic Carlos is. Tow company's are always hated by people who get towed because it cost alot when your vehicle is in the way. We've also had Carlos tow our cars when they've broken down and his prices were cheap. ... if he picks it up because it was parked somewhere it shouldn't be I cannot say what those prices are but you will pay for his trouble, the storage the tickets and the fines. Of course, thats life!We've use them for years for our whole family and extended family and they are the most reasonable and honest we found! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! THEY ALWAYS CALL YOU BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING THERE ARE NO SURPRISE PRICES. We love them!

Most honest people around. Please read through the reviews there s somebody from Canada trying to slander this company. It s obvious if you look at their profile they don t even live near here. They say they are suing and this and that and then they made other names to leave Different bad reviews.And yes if the police have your car towed things cost a lot.But if your just a average LAW ABIDING person who needs a tow or help getting in your car or work done to it. Carlos and his family are the most honest hardest working. Cheapest prices around!!

I have been a loyal customer of Rivera's Auto for the past 10 years. They have always steered me right, been honest in their diagnosis, and charged a fair price for the services performed. They are also great supporters of the community. The bad reviews are obvious attempts to smear a good business by a disgruntled customer. Check them out and see for yourself.

Great customer service. Needed my car door unlocked in a emergency situation they showed up within 5 mintues and did not even charge me. Stated simply have a good day. Was very impressed and will use them again!!! Honest good people!

Rivera's is the only garage I use as my family's go-to shop for service. I'm always impressed with the quality of the work and the friendliness of the entire staff. If you live in southern Chester County, you need to visit this shop. Great service and great people.

Great towing.called early on a Saturday morning to tow my 26000 lb truck . he came promptly and his prices was very reasonable.will use him again when I need another tow and will recommend him to everyone. Thanks Rivera' s

Absoltely a dream of an experience they accommodated with little notice to make an easy in an out trip. Pricing was fair & the people were kind & professional. I am looking forward to continued business with all of my vehicles.

My son was in an accident 4 miles from home, State police called them and they charged over $500 to take the car home. Call nulls towing much better business practices.

Do Not Recommend!!! Car got towed there Sunday night. I picked it up Monday afternoon and they charged me for 2 days when the car wasn t even there 24 hours and it wasn t like I could pick it up Sunday... then the guy told me I should of told him where to tow the car, but him or the cop never gave that option!

Very fair and honest. A friend from out of town broke down and it was fixed very reasonably and back on the road the next day. Carlos was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it right. Highly recommend! Thanks

Update: the two employees at the front desk like to threaten to sue you for writing factual reviews. I went to pay the outrageous bill they charged for towing my car. As soon as I walk in the door the male starts jumping down my throat about the review I wrote blaming me for the situation I was in. Got very nasty with me threatened to sue me and have charges filed on me for my review. After arguing with me for 20 minutes and bombarding me with nasty comments they refused to give me the receipt so that I can get my car from PSP. I demanded my money back and then had to call PSP to assist with making payment and getting the receipt. These two at the front desk should be ashamed of themselves and how they conduct themselves.Company is the most inconsiderate company you can deal with. They upcharge when state police have a car towed then flip the bill on the victim of a very violent crime, or legally steal the victims car by impounding it when the police are done getting their evidence from the vehicle.They wanna cry about their employees getting paid but there's there's contract with state police for them to tow vehicles. It's a kick back system that is doubt dipping and sickening for victims of violent crimes.
