Had a slow leak from a nail in my tire and needed a repair quickly. Drove in and they got me repaired and out of there in less that 30 min and it didn't cost much either. Wonderful service and hospitality! Thanks so much!

Great customer service and flexibility with scheduling. Chris has a fantastic attitude and their transparent system for your car s info and status is competitive. They include helpful photos that prompt further conversation and foster trust.

I had a very good experience at Meineke! I was greeted with a warm smile and left with a sincere car inspection and best part are the reasonable prices which helps out someone my age!

This is the best place to take your car for repairs. Dealerships have rip-off prices. This place has fair prices. The staff is very friendly, and easy going. Chriss is a great employee, and he is the gold standard. Service was done in a timely manner. Thorough list of repairs needed but no pressure. Prices are fair. Maybe slightly higher hourly labor rate than some other local shops but nothing crazy. All in all happy with the service provided.

Very bad experience with them. They were rude to my husband when he asked a question and refused to finish the work on his car. They are supposed to specialize in exhaust systems. They said the car had a California emissions and knowing that, they installed an after market catalytic convertor which is now clogged after only a few months and the car won't pass inspection. After taking it to a "real" mechanic, we were told that because the car had a California emissions the after market part would not work unless installed by a dealer. This guy at Meineke knew that and did it anyway. And he charged a lot of money to do it!! Do yourself a favor and do not to go Meineke in Avondale. Bad service and bad attitude and shotty work!! Never Again will I trust any Meineke Car Center.

The team at Meineke are great. I've been going there for almost three years and am very happy with the service. They are transparent about us wrong and what needs to be done or is recommended to be done. Very easy to make an appointment and get in very quickly. Customer service is outstanding and the time they took to talk with me about what repairs were necessary was excellent. Chris at the front desk was great!!!

Nice ppl, but unfortunately they'll extort you into buying wipers to pass inspection. Also, I was told my windshield tint would fail inspection unless I had a waiver, but no other auto shop enforces this. They're inconsistently allowing side window tint, which is below the legal limit, but not the windshield. The very first alternate auto shop I called agreed with the rest of the internet saying they don't check tint, only cops enforce that. There are other local shops that won't waste your time and money.

I've been going here for 3 years since moving out to Avondale and have been very happy with the work the team does. They are very thorough and take the time to answer any question you have on work that may need to be completed. The one star reviews are more accurate I didnt think I could find a mechanic that could charge more than than quick lane lol but here we are. I needed brake ONLY my front 2 and they charge $1500!!! I needed the work done fast so I paid it.but that is such an over charge literally the mechanic across the street wouldve done it for like 500 insane this business is only open because of the few rich idiots that are stupid enough to give them money. 1500 for something they literally did In 30 minutes tops these ppl are con artists do not go here there are more affordable mechanics around

Great overall experience. Very friendly service but I wasn t a fan of the parts cost for needed repairs. I was able to find the parts they were offering on my own for literally a quarter of the price.

Had a 1/24 PA inspection sticker on my car. Got the car inspected and now there is a 12/24 sticker on my car. Not sure if it's an honest mistake or not...should be 1/25. Makes me wonder.

I have been taking both my older car and now my Honda to Meineke for approximately 6 yrs. All of the work done on both cars was and is top notch! The mechanics do great work and the gentlemen at the front desk are wonderful to work with!!! I would highly recommend this Meineke if you are looking for fair prices, great work on your vehicle and staff that goes above and beyond to take care of your needs My check engine light came on Xmas night. Took my Honda to Meineke in West Grove. I needed a new thermostat, had it replaced 2 days later due to my schedule. The staff call me by my first name and are always proffesional and polite. They get the job done bottom line, I highly recommend them for all of your auto needs Took my Honda in last week for inspection and replacement of rear tire pressure mounted sensors. I love Chris and Pete who work the front desk, plus the mechanics. All work was done top notch, highly recommend Meineke!!! Had my oil changed last week, need new front brakes which will be done shortly spent maybe an hour just love going to the West Grove Meineke their service can't be beat Went to Meineke last week with an almost flat tire at the end of the day. They checked it out and put a new tire on. I was there for a little over an hour was squeezed in with other vehicles and everything is great! They take care of me and my car bottom line can't recommend them highly enough!!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

They've been servicing my vehicles for the last year. Very clear communicators, fair, and decently priced. They're highly attentive and I feel safe driving my cars knowing they've been looked after by these folks. Special shout-out for the manager Chris for always being kind, patient, and understanding.

Manager Chris and his team performed outstanding service, for a scheduled oil change, while we waited. The text service is great, letting us know the step by step process and what service concerns will need addressed. We will definitely be going back in the future. Always thought highly of this shop, but really their integrity and service is outstanding. Had them troubleshoot an AC that wasnt blowing cold. They quoted me a fair but not cheap price, i decided to go ahead with the work. Shortly after dropoff, they call back and say its all done, but the new compressor clutch is making more noise than they feel comfortable with, and they wanted to get another new one installed. Most other shops would have been "here ya go now git" but they went above and beyond. 6 mos later AC is still blowing ice cold (obviously). Highly reccommend.

Fantastic experience all around! Scheduling online was easy, and I was able to get a next-day oil change appointment. I chose to wait for my vehicle, and they had me out in under an hour. The digital inspection report was incredibly detailed and helpful. Prices were very reasonable and employees were friendly! The service light was on before the oil change and after I left.They said nothing! Don't expect anything except what your there for. Didn't bother to put a code reader on to see what it might need or reset the service light!

Pete and his team were very professional and kind. I had a flat tire away from home & was towed to this site. They were honest about repair time as it was a Saturday and they had appointments to serve first. They made me comfortable for a wait and made sure I had access to food & water.
