We were having problems with door locks and sometimes, even the distress horn going off on a 2017 Equinox. Thought a computer reboot would do the trick. Copeland knew what to check first - new battery in FOB installed upside down. Great service and dang nice people to boot.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I ve had to call on the expertise of Copeland s on two occasions in the past year where I needed a tire repair and fast! In both instances they were prompt in both service and delivery, as well as communicating in an efficient manner. Marci the receptionist, has gone above and beyond to coordinate communication on a future repair to an unfortunately bent rim from my recent tire blow out with a service that they don t offer in house themselves. Copeland Automotive was amazing! They were efficient, honest, and didn't charge an arm and a leg to do it. My car has never run better!! Won t take my vehicle anywhere else. Had and issue with my transmission that 2 other mechanics couldn t figure out. Took it to John and he figured it out quicker then a toupee in a hurricane!
