I purchased an "as is" 1986 Yamaha Radian 600 and could not be happier. Not only did the bike clean up nice, it turned out to be my old bike I sold when I was 24, now 48. They let me know all the background on the bike so troubleshooting was limited. Battery, turn signal fuse, and valve cover gasket and it's running nice. Super pleased and I highly recomend.

Can t say enough good things about this business! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed up a VERY run-down Polaris ranger for us. The list was endless with all the problems going on. They made sure it ran like new and were awesome at communicating to us through the whole process. They also built a Coleman go kart for my son, stored it and delivered it to us before Christmas. All the employees are awesome!

Can t say enough good things about Eric and the team at West Chester Cycles. Stopped in to take a look at a couple scooters and Eric was very helpful answering all my questions. I felt very comfortable and never pressured with my scooter purchase. I called Eric on a Saturday after seeing the bike on the Friday before. Bike and paperwork were all done and ready to take home the following Wednesday. Thank you Eric and West Chester Cycle for making my buying experience a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend seeing Eric if you re looking for a new scooter or need one serviced. 5 stars all day long for Eric and West Chester Cycle.

The owners of West Chester Cycle have given back to the community to help families in need. Mike has organized several charity rides for the families served by our homelessness prevention non-profit including a Backpack Run for school supplies and Toy Run to help with the holidays. West Chester Cycle has also helped us raise money through our annual fundraisers, providing a scooter for a silent auction which raised over $2,000! These efforts make a real impact in the community and should serve as a model for all business owners. Thank you to the whole crew at West Chester Cycle!

Just took advantage of the warm weather to get new tires, battery, etc. Under new ownership. John is still there as the more than capable mechanic. Mike handles the business. It looks like a good marriage. Mike was personable and attentive. Work was completed extremely fast. My powder coated rims survived the tire change to my relief. Communication was excellent. Everything was above board. It was a different experience than I had across town. I'm pulling for these guys and will definitely use them moving forward.

A++ Excellent technical expertise. Couldn't figure out my ATV issue, but WC cycle did! Super friendly and reasonable pricing too. Highly recommended!

Employees were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went looking for a possible first motorcycle to buy and they let me sit on them and helped me figure out what kind of riding I wanted to do. They did not try to pressure or push me into buying one that day. 10/10 will keep my eye on their website for my first motorcycle.

Eric and his guys helped me finish my bike project by putting new tires and replacing the brake lines on my 78 goldwing. Was able to go for a 200 mile cruise afterwards.

First time customer and certainly will not be my last. Excellent customer service! Came in for an inspection and tire replacement. Eric and his team had my bike finished up in less than 3 business days (dropped off Saturday afternoon and picked up Wednesday.) The turnaround time was amazing and I am indeed a happy customer. The location can be a bit hard to find since it's tucked back off of 322 a little bit, and the sign is a little small and hard to see, but do not let this deter you from letting them service your bike!Service: Tires

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mike was knowledgeable and very helpful during my process of choosing a scooter to purchase. He communicated well and kept me informed, which is my top priority, he was patient and very nice, we got along great. I felt very welcomed and comfortable here, and I know I'll be back. Most importantly you can tell that they're running their business the right way, trying to do right be their clients and their community.

Mike works the front desk, and from the moment I called, he came off as really personable, kind and professional. I came in for a simple oil change on a 2015 Yamaha R3. I left with a $90 bill (AFTER a... generous... 20% discount). I was charged an hour of labor because "the oil filter was on too tight". Perhaps that was the case, but needless to say, I was not expecting to pay 2-3x the cost of any other oil change I'd ever had before, on my car or bike.As I was leaving, I noticed my oil light continued to flash. When I mentioned it, the mechanic fixed it (with the assistance of a helpful YouTube video :/) and I went about my day. I have full confidence that these guys know their way around motorcycles... today's experience simply made me wonder if that knowledge extends to newer models.Let me be clear, in no way am I bashing this business or intentionally deterring anyone from going here for work. I am simply sharing my experience. Given an older model bike, I wouldn't hesitate to return for repeat business (hence why I rated them as average, all things considered).

Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Came in looking for a good bike to start riding and he got me exactly what I wanted and did whatever it took to stay in my price range. Looked at many other local shops and not one was as helpful and professional as West Chester Cycle. From the sales to the service department this is by far the best shop around. Mike went above and beyond what I expected. Absolute best shop around!

Great experience at West Chester Cycles. Took my bike there a couple weeks ago to be inspected. Eric told me my bike needed a couple things to pass inspection. He did not push me to leave it there for the repairs. He did not even charge me for the failed inspection (he absolutely could have). Eric just told me what I needed, gave me some options and I was on my way. I made the repairs on my own and took the bike back today for the inspection. The bike passed and I was in and out in under 30 mins.I had a great experience and will continue to bring my bike here for yearly inspections as well as any repairs that I can t handle on my own. Thank you, Eric and West Chester Cycles.

These folks do a great job at a reasonable price. And they do the work on time without a hassle. Very different from other shops.Give them a try. I am very happy I did.

Brought in a bike i had just bought (for inspection & a couple minor fixes). As far as service, Lillian at the front desk could not have been more polite. Mike (worked on my bike), was done by the day they said it would be, and priced fairly. Not only that, but he went over everything he had done (and some dumb stuff previous owner had done) with me for about 30 min after they closed, and gave me a lot of good suggestions on what i should and should not do to my bike. Overall i would not go anywhere else in the West Chester area to have work done.

Just got a battery and spark plugs from here. Great prices too. Fantastic group of guys. Very fast parts ordering and courteous service. This was my first time there and I'm looking forward to getting all my parts from them for my new bike build. 1977 CB750F Super sport

While suppliers and manufacturers are delayed with production and labor shortages these guys still know how to sift through the madness. Communication, service, and execution were all on point and helped set my expectations for timing and solutions. We will continue to bring all of our bikes to the shop and kudos to Eric, Zack and the whole team!

Shame to see such a ONCE GREAT PLACE become a Scrap yard! They use to be Professional and Friendly, now they seem like they have no clue what they are doing unless it is scrapping a bike for parts. Very Disappointed!Good try but as your diagnosis of Bikes - WRONG again. The shop maybe more diverse, however it seems to have taken on the shape of a CHOP SHOP more so then a Bike Shop. So Sad to see. All the Community support is gone as well as the good advice and assistance.

I met with the General Manager, Mike to look at a couple of new bikes. I was impressed with his presentation of his bikes, explanations of what to look for, and what seemed like a genuine concern for making sure I got the right sized bike after at least 6 years of not riding.Not sure if I'm buying a bike from Mike or not, but based on our interaction, I would go there for service, accessories or to consider a used bike.

West Chester Cycle is the best bike shop around. Would never take my bike anywhere else. They take their time to help me look for parts to upgrade my bike!! Awesome service, awesome employees and awesome prices. Service is excellent!! If I need my bike inspected or looked at, I just go there and they get it done if they are not too busy. Great customer service!!! Thanks guys for the hard work you do!!!

I recently had some work done to both of my Harleys. These guys took great care of me, reasonable prices, timely work and excellent service. I also had a problem that was diagnosed over the phone and I was able to fix the issue without a trip to the shop and associated service fees. I would highly recommend West Chester Cycles to anyone!

Another AWSOME experience at a local small business. Scheduled an inspection on their web site o and met Mike at the door. What a great guy and equal service. He was a wealth of information and I quickly knew he had a honest business. I have no further need for internet shopping as far as my bike goes. His prices and service are great. I will certainly be back.

I have been going here for years prior to the new management. Mike and his team are a class act! They are friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always looking out for their fellow riders. I would recommend these guys and gals to anyone! Best luck with the new endeavor Mike!

Everyone who works here is extremely nice and helpful. They did my inspection today and a few other things while I waited. They also have gear available to buy. I got a new helmet! Overall a wonderful shop.

John is the man! High quality work, reasonable prices, timely service. He recently did some upgrades on my bike and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. He is super easy to deal with on top of that. I won't be taking my bike anywhere else.

Brought my son's newly purchased used motorcycle in for an inspection on a Saturday. Got it done, and he adjusted the clutch as well. He also noticed a couple of other things to keep an eye on since it was from 2006.Great place!

West Chester now has a GR8 place to get their cycles and scooters serviced. This is an example of small business at its finest. First Class service by the owner. Nice to see a small business like this shine brightly and deliver. These folks are great.
