We started using Welsh a few years ago and have been extremely satisfied with the experience. Our main pain points with our prior mechanic were jobs not done right the first time, and uncertainty about whether the pricing was fair.At Welsh, I don t know how they pull it off but with John and team you immediately feel a sense of trust in their integrity. Even when an huge repair hits, knowing that we re not getting ripped off in addition takes some of the sting away. Additionally, over time our experience has been that every job is done right the first time.The additional conveniences they offer, and the nice customer service touch of complementary scratch-off tickets at pickup, are a plus as well. We highly recommend Welsh!

I cannot recommend Welsh highly enough. Every repair is done thoroughly the first time, and just these past two weeks we ve had two major (and unrelated) repairs - John and the team there are so understanding of how this affects people s budgets, and they will always tell you the order of importance for things that need fixing (must be repaired now, this can wait, or hey just a heads up this is going to probably need attention in the next year or so.) The work is top notch and their customer service is even better.

Great local business. I bring all three cars there. Very honest with accurate estimates. Very hard to find auto repair shops you can trust so when you find someone like Welsh it is great.Many times they have saved me money with suggestions or finding something was not needed that I thought was. Many other places would do it anyways and charge you.Would highly recommend to try and you will always go back.

I have been bringing my car to Welsh since 2020 for maintenance and repair. Always have great experiences with them. They are honest and reliable. Today I had low oil pressure issue, walked in and John helped me checking my oil level and added the oil for me. Also he patiently answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them!

John and Shawn and the team at Welsh Automotive were very professional, friendly, fast and dependable. I had a great experience taking my truck in for its annual inspection and getting all of the work done the same day. I highly recommend Welsh Automotive if you re looking for an honest, reliable, hard-working team to take care of you when you need work done on your vehicles.

Have been going to Welsh since we moved to West Chester in 2020. They ve been fair, honest and thorough any time I bring our vehicles in. I recommend them to anyone looking for a garage/mechanic, just wish they could do body/cosmetic work also so they become a true one stop shop! That being said, they ve made great recommendations to shops that can support our needs and have been nothing pleased with their work as well.

My son-in-law recommended your garage to do my yearly car inspection. I was able to make an appointment easily, great service and reasonable prices. This shop is very close to where I live, which is convenient! I will be bringing my car back for inspection again next year!

Got a new Tesla and realized I needed inspection - brought it over to West Chester Automotive as I read online they have the proper tools to deal with electric vehicles. Everyone was friendly and they got me in and out in about an hour. Will be coming each year for my annual inspection.

I got fast, friendly service on the inspections for my car at their new location. I used them for the routine inspection because earlier they had done a great job diagnosing and fixing a weird noise my car was making (bent wheel rim).

Friendly and attentive service. They look to go above and beyond for the customer. They even give out a little lottery scratch-off with the receipt when paying. Nice little touch. Would recommend.

Everyone at Welsh is always very nice and personable, even first thing in the morning. I never feel like I m being misled into unnecessary repairs or forced to fix everything all at once if it s not safety concerned. They are efficient with repairs and always professional

This was the second time I took my car to Welsh Automotive and I was very pleased with the level of service I received. I had state inspection done and a few minor repairs made. I was given a loaner car for the duration of the service. I will surely be using Welsh Automotive again.

I have used Welsh Automotive to service my vehicle for several years now. I continue to be very impressed with the ease of scheduling and the email reminder of my service appointment. The automotive service technician kept in contact with me on what repairs my vehicle required. And the cost was very reasonable. And finally, there is an on-line vehicle history available that will help me ensure I keep my vehicle maintained properly. I will definitely be back again.
