United Tire is the best place I've gone to for car maintenance. They are all so friendly, especially Bill. They are also very honest and don't take advantage of those who aren't knowledgeable about cars. Only going here from now on!

Online appointment setting system is broken. Also a little distressing that I was called later in the day to inform me that my inspection was done and would I like an oil change since I m a quart low when I clearly requested an oil change at dropoff. You guys do good work and are pleasant to work with but your systems and processes are a little unglued.

I had an appointment for oil change and state inspection, waiting for the work to be done. Work was done in an hour and fifteen minutes, and while waiting I noticed Bill processing and advising several customers. He was very professional and advised what needed to be done and what else he thought would be a good idea to get done. I was impressed that he gave the customer the option to do the extra work, with no pressure whatsoever.

Excellent experience. Clean, efficient, and organized operation. Patched a tire (nail removal) for half of what my dealer wanted to just look at the tire. This will be my go to place for service and inspections.

Bill, Service Manager, was very helpful and straight to the point. Not sure if prices are reasonable or not, I do all my own work, just can't write stickers for my own vehicles! Service was great and done in a timely matter! Would highly recommend this place of business again! Looks like franchised own, not corporate owned which is nice!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing

Talk about dependable!!!!!We've trusted this place for 7 years for fair and honest inspections and repairs. Bill is the greatest, the way he answers the phone so consistently makes it feel like it's an answering machine, but no, it's just him providing the best service possible!I often feel out of my comfort zone when it comes to car maintenance, but over the years I've grown to trust Bill & his team 100% to provide truthful, quality service with reasonable prices. The most honest and easy shop I ve ever been to. I ve interacted mostly with Bill, and he s straight forward, explains everything that s needed, has provided tips on how to keep everything running smooth, and I never feel like I m being talked down to or tricked.If you re in the West Chester area and need somewhere to take your car, stop looking and go here.

Our car was in for inspection and to check on the noise in the back. Long story short, the car needed new rotors, which were actually replaced last year so Bill sent those back as defective and put the new rotors on for us. Only had routine maintenance, but the service was timely and everyone was very professional. Waiting area is very clean and bright. I asked for my brakes to be checked because the dealer s service told me one year ago that they needed changing. United was very honest and said that the brakes were absolutely fine. I really appreciate their honesty versus the dishonest dealer s service.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I've been coming to West Chester United Tire & Service for over 10 years, and the staff has always been extremely courteous and helpful. What am I saying, Bill is fantastic!! You always need a Mechanic you can trust, and Bill is that man. He has built a professional team of service technicians that are great at diagnosing and solving customer problems. The team makes this service station a respected local community staple.

So thankful for the staff here they were very helpful, our family cars serpentine belt went while on the by pass and they were right off the exit so we quickly pulled in they ordered our part for us and they had them to us in 10mins they even offered to help put it on, also bought our 3 year old snacks while we waited. Thank you so much for being so amazing!! Forever thankful for your kindness
