As a top Google Maps contributor for the entire northeast with more than 141 Million views the customer service I got here is the worst I ve ever received from any kind of business. I ve had repeated issues getting vehicles repaired for anything beyond the basics and in one unique circumstance I feel like they didn t stand by their work and then bullied me. I expressed my concerns to management, it took weeks for them to decided to not fix my vehicle (total estimated cost was $250), and ultimately I had to order the parts and repair the vehicle myself after I begged them to cut off a bolt they cemented during a prior repair . It was a humiliating experience, a nightmare to get my vehicle operational again, and I m shocked how I was treated as a 5+ year customer. Special shoutout to manager John Rooney - We may not see eye to eye about the decisions that were made and as humans that s absolutely ok, but bullying should never take place at any business. If you tell me the only thing you ll do is to cut off the cemented bolt and then I show up hours later to get it cut off I shouldn t have been told No when the service agent consulted you for guidance and I certainly should not have needed to beg for what was literally 1 minute of work you promised to do. Second special shoutout to the Parts department for being absolutely incredible and nothing at all like Service. This review deserves some kind of positivity and with Parts help I was able to order what I needed to do the work myself and for that I m forever thankful.

I recently completed the purchase of a 2024 Honda Pilot from Scott Honda. I could not be more impressed with the entire staff. It was a top notch buying experience from start to finish. Scott is not my local dealership but I was instantly impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail from my very first phone call with salesmen Spiros Papanickolaou. I made the 30 minute drive to meet with the team and find a vehicle that suited my needs and budget. Spiros was available and extremely responsive to my frequent requests throughout the process. He was kind, smart, funny and most importantly knowledgeable and flexible. He went the extra mile to deliver a world class customer experience. We had the best, most seamless experience at Scott! This is our second purchase with them. A great deal on a last minute find, meant dragging our 6 year old and 20 month old to the dealership, which was not ideal. Not only was the whole staff welcoming to our whole family, staff that weren t busy played with our kids, talked with them, and were not bothered by their noise. We felt at ease with the whole upfront, QUICK, and relaxed process in buying a used car. I don t like dealerships normally, but I ll go back to Scott for my car purchases always. We are so grateful for their knowledge and kindness to the four us. We look forward to enjoying our new ride! Thank you!

The service was exceptionally amazing here! They repaired what we brought the car in for, which was a recall. They gave us a loaner car because they had to do a diagnostic test on it free of charge! They also did the inspection on it because that was coming up. They kept in touch about what the car needed, and got consent before doing any work to it. The people we worked with were so kind. Best customer service we have received in a long time. Thank you so much Scott Honda!

My timeline is probably off but I believe in the spring or summer of 2022 we had our name on a 2022 Odyssey sport that was allotted to Scott Honda. The salesman was professional and did not ask for a deposit. From what I remember we did not go over pricing. When the van came in I asked for a OTD price. The price quoted was $3000.00 over sticker. Of course I would not pay over list price regardless of the times. The salesman was understanding and agreed he would not either. I would not do business with a dealership that price gouges. This was my experience with Scott Honda in West Chester PA.We did end up buying a new Odyssey at the Honda dealership in state college for just under sticker.

I found the car we really wanted on Scott Honda's website and left a late night chat message that was responded to quickly. Aaron called me the next day confirming the car would be ready for us to see and that we will love it! He was right! The 2022 hybrid Accord Sport was a sleek, beauty! Aaron was a pleasure to meet and speak with - felt like a friend! We worked out the details of the deal and drove the car home the same day! Melissa and Aaron at Scott Honda were so helpful. Overall, an impressive dealership.

My son and I found ourselves in need of a new car at the same time this October, we both wanted something newer with a warranty however I was looking at brand new and my son was looking for a nice used car. I was lucky enough to have Manny Maro give me his business card the first day I went to Scott s (I was on my lunch and just had a few mins to look around but definitely wanted to come back with my son) and I m glad he did! He was hands down the best salesman to work with. My son is very laid back, like he didn t care at all what type of car he got into just that it worked and he wouldn t have to take it to a shop every other month. So in one sitting Manny had to deal with a 23 year old just needing any kind of car and myself an eccentric middle aged woman trying to get a brand new car for dirt cheap lol and guys/gals let me tell you he was able to deal with us both quite eloquently. He was patient, he was knowledgeable about all Honda s and though it s not his job specifically (he tech is a salesman at Honda not Honda Select so we threw him a curve by needing a car from each spot) even with this Manny didn t falter. He was able to get my son into a 2015 Nissan Altima and I was able to get the Civic I knew I wanted prior to even going to the lot. He was on point with the whole process and my son and I are extremely happy with our new cars! The only thing I will say and this has nothing to do with Manny also it s a very minor detail but what s up with the green valve caps on my tires??? I noticed all the new Honda s had them and I feel maybe they are used for transport but are meant to be traded out for any other color prior to someone leaving the lot with their brand new Honda. So I did go out the next day and buy some that matched my rims bc it looks so much better to have black on black! Like I said a very minor detail! Everyone else we dealt with (Melissa in finance and the manager that helped count my cash down payment) were great as well so and I highly recommend to anyone in need of a new Honda to get to Scott Honda West Chester and talk to my guy Manny Maro! You won t be disappointed!!

I ve been here a several times and the service is great. They are easy to work with and have an excellent customer service and a great waiting area. Doug who helped me was very friendly and went over everything and gave me pricing and everything that was being done before hand so that made it easier and no surprises. They have a great set up for quick service like oil changes and tire rotations that no appointment needed just drive in as well as a separate area for longer service and repairs. One thing I like about them, the first time I called Scott Honda I wanted to add a trailer hitch, roof rack and cargo box. I called two dealers that were a lot closer to my house but they told me because so many people got vehicle inspections that time of year they couldn t do it for a month. When I called Scott Honda, they told me they have different people that do the installations so they do the work right away. It made it easier for me so I have been going there ever since. Definitely friendly and customer focused.

I was referred to come here, and was quite disappointed. I took the day off work, and came early on Thursday. Upon arrival, the technician was unfriendly, and acted like my appointment was annoying him. Chris, refused to provide any service to my car- claiming it was from Canada! Wasted hours driving back and forth, only to call Honda and find out my car is not at all Canadian, and there was no reason for my denied service.But of course, I show up for my new appointment where Chris continues to be rude, dismissive and not own up to his error that created additional problems. It would have been simply fine, if he just said sorry. Mistakes happen you should own up to that.I suggest any women assigned to work with Chris request another technician as Chris clearly has some difficulty.Luckily, I spoke with Jeff, who was beyond understanding and helpful and helped me get a new appointment. And the supervisor, whose name I didn t get, was extremely helpful as well. The supervisor was able to provide the needed service and kindly explain and answer all my questions.

We had the pleasure of working with Andrew for the purchase of a new 2024 CR-V. Understanding our urgency due to an insurance claim, Andrew was exceptionally proactive in keeping us informed about the CR-V's availability. His timely updates ensured we secured the vehicle without delay, despite its limited supply. This is the third CR-V we've bought at Scott Honda over the years, with the first two still running great. I went to a local tire repair shop to plug a tire only to find that I was missing a lug lock key. After a very poor experience with a different dealership, a friend recommended Scott Honda. I spoke with John who told me to come in and he would replace the lug lock set and plug the tires. After only 30 minutes or so, they plugged two tires (found a staple in another tire) and let me know how much life I had left on my tires. John, Nick and everyone a dealt with were extremely friendly, charged a fair price and didn't try to sell me anything. I am already making an appointment to go back to Scott for my state inspection.

My husband Jay and I were treated wonderfully by Paul Vanderwoude at Scott Select. Paul was very knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot we purchased he made sure it was detailed and ready when we arrived to pick it up. Jason was the gentleman that did all the paperwork he offered extended warranty and other things but excepted no for an answer we really appreciated that. Jason also had a really cool sense of humor. I absolutely love our Honda Pilot and I would do business with Scott select again even if it means driving 1 hour to get there !

Jessica at Express Service was phenomenal. I was in West Chester needing an oil change and had limited time as I was waiting for a relative having a medical test nearby. I pulled right in - Jessica was incredibly lovely and patient and processed my visit with care. She provided invaluable recommendations at the end of the visit, too. She even had my car washed! I bought a car from this dealer in the past - but Jessica is the key to me returning even though I live a distance.

We bought a used vehicle here late last year. I am happy with the vehicle but I did not feel that the sales team treated us very well.We had to wait for hours as the final paperwork was finished (it was not busy) and then there were a few minor price discrepancies (of course higher) than the price agreed upon.I was told that the mandatory 6 month vehicle theft warranty would be reduced but on the final sale it was listed as a higher price.We also live in Delaware and the process of registration was difficult and confusing - of course I was told this would be simple.

Service service at Scott is always very professional. They explain everything that s going on with the car, and never push extras . They tell you what s important to do now and what you can wait for. Quality of the work is always top-notch. The dealership might cost a little more than some of the independent guys, but I ve never had to go back two or three times to get the work done right. I m willing to pay to avoid that Inconvenience.

Terrible service on sales side. We had an appointment to look at/purchase a vehicle. Our trip to Scott Select was an hour. I called to let them know that we were going to be 10 minutes late and during that phone call they informed us that the car was already sold. It was sold prior to our appointment even being scheduled. We were already on our way and when speaking with Paul the sales manager he informed us that he had a comparable car that had what we were looking for, within price range, and NO ACCIDENTS. When we got to the dealership, the car had obvious signs of body damage. When my husband questioned Paul about the history of the vehicle Paul stated that there were no reportable accidents. However, that was a blatant lie. My husband had the car fax pulled up and the vehicle had been in an accident where the air bags deployed. Far from a little fender bender. Obviously, we will not be doing business here and I suggest everyone do their own research before purchasing from this dealership because clearly they will lie in order to make a sale.

Chris in the service department was amazing and helped make my experience this past week so easy. My 2022 civic had a recall on it that would take a couple hours to complete. My work is very busy at the moment due to the holidays and he set it up so I had a loaner car and was quickly in and out so I could get to work on time. He was very informative about every service that was being completed. I would recommend Scott Honda for any of your Honda needs.

My service today was excellent. While I was waiting for the work on my car to be completed, I was comfortable in the waiting area, which provided free, good coffee.In the past I was annoyed with Scott Honda for charging a 3% fee to use a credit card. I understand this practice with small businesses, but not with a major car dealership. I m happy to see the company has stopped this practice.

Scott Honda squeezed me in at the last minute because I was leaving for a trip. It was the first time I had been there, and I was truly amazed great service, they took the time to explain, offered suggestions and even said that, for one part, I could probably get a better price from my local mechanic! Reasonable prices, great coffee, and a blueberry muffins weren t bad either. then to top it all off, they washed my car!!

I own 2 Hondas and I have been a customer of Scott Honda of West Chester for over 13 years. I have always been extremely satisfied with all levels of service and I highly recommend them. The Sales Staff and Service Advisors are extremely knowledgeable and the Technicians do an excellent job and I know that I can trust them with my cars.I recently had my Honda Pilot in for service and I picked up the car at the end of the day only a few minutes before the shop was closing. I felt bad about showing up that late, but I never felt rushed and the Service Advisor, Jon, was extremely friendly and he took his time explaining all of the services that were performed.
