Let me tell you about my visit to this fine stealership today. I brought a customer car in to have a module programmed. We did the diag we even pull the module down so all they would have to do was unplug 3 connectors and replug it back in . I asked them program the module and the service manager came out said it would take 6 hrs to diag and program so around $1200. I said what diag we already figured out the problem , bought the part from your dealership . We just need the module programmed. She comes back and says it will take 3 hrs to do I responded by saying I have work in the auto industry for over 20 years including 15 years at a dealer and never seen a 3 hr program for a simple module. So I said give me the car back and have a nice day . I called a Honda tech I know he came out and programed the car in 10 mins with hds . So this dealer really tried to rob me of several hundred dollars for a job that takes 10 mins . I understand they have to make money and would have been glad to pay for 1hr of shop time ( the standard when I worked at a dealer ) to programedit but the service manager was greedy trying to sell the job at 3 hrs . I would definitely look at other dealers if you are looking to have work done . They live up to the name of a stealership and because of this treatment I will also no longer buy parts from them . Way to lose another customer from being greedy .

We purchased a CPO RDX car with Acura West Chester. They provided carfax report which showed no accidents. After few years we found that the carfax report had an accident reported. Either they cheated us or they are ignorant enough to not realize about the accident when they secured the car. Either way I suggest people to be cautious and avoid this kind of dealership when possible.

Great experience with Acura of West Chester. When my 2020 RDX rear windshield spontaneously shattered, I first contacted Acura of Limerick, who refused to provide any help whatsoever and called me a liar. I then contacted Acura of West Chester Service center, and they were able to provide me a loaner vehicle and get my rear windshield fixed. Great service all around! Thanks

One bad experience will make me think twice/thrice before sending my car there again:I have sent the car here too many times earlier and never had problem before. But today, I had to wait 2 hours and follow-up atleast 4 times to get a shuttle arranged. I was promised the shuttle will arrive by 3pm to pick me up. The work on my car was also done by 3pm. I started following up with them after 3pm and called them multiple times. Everytime I called, I was told the shuttle will arrive shortly. I had to finally raise my voice to get the shuttle arranged that arrived to pick me up at 5:30pm.Such a simple step that went wrong in the entire end-to-end process, but it ruined my entire evening plans.

I recently had a great experience with Piazza Acura. Although we encountered a minor hiccup with our RDX purchase, the team, particularly Tamer Wanas, was quick to address and resolve it efficiently. Their prompt and professional handling of the situation really stood out.It's reassuring to see a dealership that not only offers quality vehicles but also backs it up with excellent customer service. The swift action taken by Piazza Acura to ensure our satisfaction was impressive and greatly appreciated.I would recommend Piazza Acura for their commitment to customer care and their ability to swiftly resolve any issues. A well-deserved five stars for their service!

My old car was about to go at any moment. I went to several dealerships before choosing to buy at Piazza Acura of West Chester. The second I walked through their doors, the atmosphere was calm, pleasant and professional. The other dealers I went to were anxious, and trying to take me for a ride. I had no stress at Piazza Acura of West Chester. They were kind, respectful and professional. They truly are worth checking out. I rarely review anything, but my experience with them was way above and beyond in a purely positive fashion, that I feel it would be rude to not let others know that there are still places like this, that employee decent people who want to give customers a quality experience. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation from other dealerships into a positive experience. I love the car I bought from them, and am touched by the level of humanity they have at their dealership.

I am trying to schedule a service from the last 2months. No one answers the service number and no call back even after leaving a message.I don t know whats going on as I tried all the possible options by even leaving the message for a call back to schedule a service by reaching out to front desk. Still haven t got a call to schedule a service.I want to know if their service department is working?I would give a zero if possible.

James Gall was so great!! He was a wonderful salesman, really down to earth and not pushy at all. My sales man was Mark. He really knew all about my vehicle and was outstanding!!The paperwork was done quickly. My experience there was excellent. My experience with The Car Shop was awful. It took 7 hours to process the deal and the transmission went bad within the year after purchase. Acura service and sales are extraordinary. If your seeking a car, go to Piazza Acura first and ask for Mark!

The service I receive at Piazza Acura of West Chester is excellent. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They tell me what looks good, what will need service soon and what they recommend I do now. I never feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. If there is a safety concern they let me know. From sales to service this is the best dealer I ve worked with.

Brought in for scheduled oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. Good service from temporary location. I was in and out in about an hour.Customer volume was higher than expected but I guess that s a factor of the current state of the auto industry.Recommended some maintenance services a little sooner than due but no hard sell.Service staff was pleasant and courteous and handled the high traffic volume commendably.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would! This dealership is the absolute worst. Service and sales. I ve had a 2023 MDX for 4 months now and I ve had to bring it in for the audio system to be fixed three times. The level of service and responsive is absolutely awful - all I get are excuses for why there are issues. I will never purchase another Acura again.I find it confusing that I get a new survey request every week from Acura when they ve done absolutely nothing to rectify my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with my brand new vehicle.

I asked for an estimate for my windshield replacement so I can file a claim at my auto insurance. But they gave me a piece of paper with only one line written on, saying windshield repair and the cost of it. No breakdown for parks, labor and taxes, etc. Just one description and one price, that's it. Even if I wasn't going to go through my insurance, don't you think your clients would expect more formal estimate than that? And I called SEVERAL TIMES for few weeks to get the formal or detail estimate and left messages everytime I called, but NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. So I had to drive my vehicle with long crack on the windshield. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I even waited for more than a month on my previous repair when they we're holding my vehicle for a repair due to the supply issues. I used them many times but i am very disappointed with how they handle my inquiry. I would never thought of a dealership provide you poor customer service like this. I can't even imagine a business doesn't response to their customers for weeks when their customers call several times for same issues. I am thinking of writing to the Acura headquarter or corporation about this.

I ve always been pleased with the courtesy of the staff and service I receive at Piazza Acura West Chester. Of course, it s hard to get away without hearing about recommended service. Since I have an upcoming road trip, I had the services done. I m certainly glad I did because I could feel the difference when I got my vehicle back. Thanks!

I was scheduled for routine service. I was greeted promptly by both the Valet and the Service advisor. I had scheduled to wait for my service so the advisor gave me a time frame for completion which was met while I sat in their Comfortable waiting area. Darren and his team always do a great job !

Simple experience at this dealership. Joe Gilmore was a very nice salesman and made me feel welcome. The test drive process was simple, and I was kept informed where my vehicle was in the delivery process. Setting up financing was relatively simple, and the various protections were laid out for me and I didn't felt overly pressured to purchase anything extra despite adding a number of them for peace of mind. So far, I only have good things to say about the dealership.

Very knowledgeable staff and eager to help with whatever you need. David Greaves knew everything there was to know about my RDX and gave me an extensive tour of the cars mechanisms at the time of purchase. The paperwork process took roughly 30minutes and everything was explained to me in detail. I personally love my new RDX.

I was less than impressed with a sale associate who was showing us the car at the end of August. We had to pull the information out of her. She was polite but less than enthusiastic to tell us about the car. After we left, I emailed other dealership for a quote and we've bought the car in 2 days from Reading Piazza. We just did not feel like giving business to that sale associate. She needs to work on her customer service skills.Now the review on service. One thing about the Piazza Acura they lack a good leadership. Some people are friendly but in general their service is underwhelming. I tried to have some repair of my car after an accident and initial estimate was done at Reading. I am short on time and its further away from me. I called West Chester asking if it could be done there. Yes was the answer and I was asked to email an estimate and i would be called back. I did. No call back. My husband called and emailed, no response. I had an oil change and asked to speak to the manager. i was told he was on the phone and will speak with me after finished. never happened. I gave up and repaired it in Reading. On Friday I went for oil change. Had 508 $ worth of things suggested to be done... it would think they will let me know that I am due for a state inspection (which is expired in September). No, it didn't happen. Today I got a call to find out how service went. Ok, I said but I wish they would let me know that my inspection expired. The answer was not sorry, we missed it... but "it is something that you should know". All right Piazza of WC, I give up to bring my car to you and your subpar service and I am going to write about my multiple experience with this particular location.( Transferred my original review on their FB page after which I had to bring it a few more times to WC and continued to have problems with them ( unless it s just oil change)). Thankful now that I don t ever have to deal with them again as an owner of Volvo. Part of why I never even consider ACURA anymore it s the idea I have to drive to Reading Acura to have anything done without issues.

Had a great experience with the service department at Piazza Acura of West Chester. They gave me a loaner car and kept me informed as they investigated the issue (an electronic problem) and waited for the part to be delivered. I was contacted pretty every day and the people were very friendly. Their fix worked perfectly

2 days I've been trying to call just to schedule service. First time, service department doesn't answer. Second time, service department doesn't answer. Third time, main automated system doesn't even answer. Fourth time, service department doesn't answer, left a message for callback. Fifth time I'll be going elsewhere

I just drove my new Acura MDX home today and I must say the experience was the easiest car buying I ve ever done! Sarah Fuller was awesome and super attentive and helpful throughout the process. She kept me informed, asked all the right questions, and was super knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process. She took time to walk me through the features of the MDX and even connected my phone for me! The trade and finance process was great too - I was out in about half an hour! The car is beautiful and drives so smoothly. Can t say enough about how positive this experience was!

I had a fabulous experience with this dealership. I found them to be incredibly professional, punctual and delivered on everything they promised. I love my new RDX and would highly recommend doing business with this dealership.I recently had this RDX serviced and feel I must comment on the quality of service I received in light of the pandemic, shortage of staff and shortage of product throughout the United States. The people at this dealership are incredibly professional to deal with and serviced my car in a timely manner. I would like to thank both Matt and Megan for making my experience seamless and enjoyable. I will again give 5 stars!

The guy who took the service initially, was told not to do tire rotation, change your filters, but he decided to do it anyway and cost me close to $150 more. When I asked him why he did it he said you got a discount already, so that washes it out, I just left the place without saying anything. I feel Acura of West Chester took advantage of me.
