My husband and I just purchased a pre-owned car from Paul Sevag Motors Inc. which is a family owned business. We bought our first car from them in 2010 and had a great experience. We returned because their customer service and professionalism is phenomenal! Phillip was extremely helpful with all aspects of the purchase.Paul, Jeff and Phillip are very easy to work with, fair and honest as well as very personable. Their attention to every detail is important to them and they will go the extra mile to help with the car buying process. Their selection of cars is excellent and they will even search for a specific car to suit your needs. They will also buy your old car as a trade-in. They only purchase cars that they can stand behind. Their website is vey informative and each car has photos of every aspect of the car.Phillip and Jeff were very patient answering all of our many questions about the car that we were interested in. If they didn t know the answer, which was rare, they would find out. We never felt rushed while viewing the car and we took it for a long test drive.Our new car was cleaned to perfection, in fantastic condition and looked like it just came from the factory! There is no hard sell or pressure to purchase like there is at car dealerships. It s all very casual which is such a relief. Our new car had to be registered in another state and Phillip took care of the transaction.We have stopped in over the years if we see an interesting car and Phillip spends time with us. He always remembers who we are which is so nice!We would highly recommend Paul Sevag Motors Inc. for your car purchasing needs. Thanks to everyone for making the process of our car buying experience stress free, so easy and seamless. We will certainly be back again when we need to buy another car!

I actually enjoyed my car buying experience with Paul Sevag Motors. The vehicle was spotless. The price was great. The customer service was better than I have received just about anywhere. I do not live in the area, so a lot of this was done over emails. Philip was always fast to reply and provided a detailed explanation to all of my questions. I felt they were kind, honest, and sincere. I would buy again from them without hesitation. I also sold them my previous vehicle and they made that easy as well. Highly recommend.

They know cars! And, they make sure you know their cars. I have purchased several cars from them Audi 4 and Audi 6 and Passat Sel and they made sure my purchases were my knowing choices. Sure, they made suggestions but they never pushed. Did I learn a lot? Yes. Was it worth my time? Yes. Were the choices good? They were excellent. I still have the Passat. (2013!) and it runs like new. Bravo Sevags. It s a family operation.

No doubt, this was the best experience I've had buying a car. After about six months of aggressively searching for a BMW E39 5 series, I came across a listing from Paul Sevag Motors for the model I had been looking for. It had the exact features I wanted with a few, unexpected options that just made the car even better.I read the description, looked at all of the photographs, which were quite a lot and checked the price. Being familiar with this model, I knew right away that the description was accurate and that the price was where it should be. With this information and the detailed photographs it didn t take very long in deciding to buy the car.I called Sunday to make sure the car was still available and then submitted a loan application. Jeff called me on Monday with an approval on financing, we spoke about the car, wired a deposit on Tuesday and flew from Tampa to the Philadelphia airport where Jeff picked up my son and me. We went to their showroom, I drove the car, did the paperwork and was on the road back to FL by noon. It could not have gone smoother.These guys are car guys, which becomes obvious looking through their inventory and for the first time in 25 years I feel like I bought a car from a dealer and not a monthly payment from a bank employee disguised as a car salesman. These guys do it right. The car is great and was exactly how they advertised it. Jeff and Phil were efficient, professional and super accommodating. Overall it was a fantastic experience. I ll buy my next car from them for sure and highly recommend Paul Sevag Motors.

My experience with Paul Sevag Motors has been nothing short of amazing. I stumbled upon this dealership after searching for a specific car. After visiting this dealership, I quickly realized that they were like no other. They were extremely friendly and very attentive to my buying experience. You could tell right away they enjoyed cars and enjoyed finding the right fit for their customers.Where this dealership really stood out was their post-sale assistance. After about 5 months of owning the vehicle, I incurred some mechanical issues. Paul did not stop until he found the right person to assist me and that I was still happy with my experience. Where most dealerships would smile and say they can't help, this dealership did not. I am truly grateful for their help.Because of my experience, I would recommend this dealership and will certainly be back again.

I had the BEST experience at Paul Sevag Motors. He and his sons were exceeding helpful and respectful while I was browsing the extensive inventory of cars. Paul himself joined me on a test drive and was responsive to my questions and concerns. He was up front about the history of the car and never made me feel pressured. Specifically as a female, I was completely comfortable negotiating the price and terms of the sale with Paul and his sons. I highly recommend Paul Sevagmotors to anyone looking for a high quality car at an incredibly competitive price.

This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. The service was exceptional from my first email inquiry until I drove off the lot. Jeff answered all of my questions thoroughly, honestly and most importantly without any pressure. The car was spotless and in perfect condition. Phillip took his time explaining all of the features, helped with programming the radio, phone, etc, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. I had never owned a used car before this, but I expect to buy all my cars in the future from Sevag Motors!

When you think of honesty and integrity, a used car dealer is not what comes to mind. However, that's exactly what I think of now after recently buying a used car from Paul Sevag Motors. I was looking for a specific vehicle for my wife, and even though the vehicle was 40 miles from my residence, after speaking with Jeff Sevag, I felt confident that the vehicle was, in fact, as nice as was presented online. Upon arriving at the dealership, they treated my wife and I with great courtesy. The vehicle was ready for test ride and impeccably detailed. I ended up meeting the entire Sevag family, all of which were extremely courteous. We bought the vehicle and are extremely happy with it. The next time I'm ready to buy another vehicle, these guys will be first on my list. I highly recommend that you give them a call.

My husband surprised me for my birthday with a 2015 Audi 5 from Paul Sevag Motors. I absolutely love it. This family owned business understands the importance of customer service. During an age when bad customer service is a now the norm, this dealership experience was quite refreshing. They stayed more then hour after closing to explain all the features of the car. Their customer service continued even after the sell was complete. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!

I recently purchased 2 cars from Paul Sevag motors and the experience was outstanding in both cases. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the entire operation. I worked directly with Jeff Sevag to find my dream car - a gently used Porsche 911. Jeff was amazing! He gave me great advice on being patient when I started to get antsy. Sure enough, a gorgeous 2006 convertible came along with lots of extras. I couldn't be happier. Jeff had the car serviced and detailed including removing the faded bra on the front. The car looked like it came directly off the showroom floor. I've had the car for a couple of months and it's exceeding all of my expectations. Thank you to the entire Sevag family for making this purchase a truly memorable experience!

I recently bought a car from the Sevag family and I was blown away by the showroom and condition of all the cars. Every step from first viewing the car down to going through the paperwork was very easy. Everyone was very nice and didn't try to pressure anything on me. They make sure that you're happy with your purchase and that's something you don't expect when it comes to buying a car. I've already told my family and friends the quality of the cars and service. I would definitely buy another car from the Sevag family again.

After searching for months for a specific luxury car, I spotted a rare bird (Jaguar) at this dealership. My husband bought me a beautiful Mercedes last year and for my anniversary, I wanted to return the favor. The ENTIRE staff at Paul Sevag motors were PROFESSIONAL, GENUINE, THOROUGH AND CONFIDENT in their products. Every car in the showroom was well taken care of and the staff knew the history of each car verbatim. I drove up from the Baltimore area to buy my car and it was so worth it. We SINCERELY appreciate your courteous service and will be back in the future for another purchase!

In 2002, we bought a 2000 Subaru Outback from Paul. It served our family faithfully for 14 years. Last weekend, we returned to Paul (from the NYC area) to get a replacement - a one-owner 2009 Honda CR-V, which was in superb shape. I expect to get many miles and years out of this car as well.We returned to Paul 14 years later because of the outstanding experience we had in 2002. I can't emphasize enough how helpful and accommodating Paul and his son, Philip, were in making the entire car-purchasing experience easy and understandable.They are all over every aspect of the vehicle, the paperwork, and financing. They attended to every detail of our transaction, providing advice/suggestions, but never pressuring us. I can't recommend Paul and his sons, Philip and Jeffrey, highly enough.

I recently purchased a 2016 Audi S3 from Paul Sevag Motors and I can say it was definitely a unique buying experience. As it was my first time at their location, I was a bit confused when I did not see any cars outside the building, only to find all of the inventory was stored indoors. On my way to see the Audi I walked by a BMW M5 and Porsche Cayenne, so my first impressions were that these folks were car enthusiasts, and that turned out to be the case. The Audi was in absolutely impeccable shape, as were the other cars in the building. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and their knowledge of the Audi and cars in general was outstanding. I highly recommend Paul Sevag Motors to anyone looking for an alternative to the typical car dealership.

Highly recommend. Philip Sevag was our salesman. One of the nicest, most professional, detail oriented individuals I have had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from. Nothing hidden, cars are meticulous. The financing was excellent. Paul Sevag and Jeff Sevag were extremely nice as well. I am returning in December for a 2nd vehicle.

I purchased a used Toyota Scion from Jeff at Paul Sevag Motors just a month ago. After driving the car for a month I can't say how much I'm pleased with this car. I recommend that if you are looking for a QUALITY used car, stop in and talk to Jeff, Philip, or Paul. Their prices are fair, so easy to check now with the internet, etc.. Check out the website, very good photos which is what initially caught my attention. A first rate family owned business. I was instantly reminded why I like dealing with family owned businesses. Nice people. Their attention to detail and standard of quality are outstanding at EVERY level. Wait to you see the cars. They are like new! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. As a first time car buyer I expected the process to be drawn out and painful, but received just the opposite. Based on price and needs I found an amazing car and didn't have to budge at all on what I wanted to spend. Not only did the process turn out to be rather easy, but the staff at Paul Sevag Motors made it enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them and will be sure to use them for my next vehicle.

I bought a 2016 Lexus NX200t from these guys in September and had a great experience. The reason to buy from Paul Sevag is their carefully selected inventory. With the cars stored indoors, it limits how much inventory they can hold. The few cars that make the cut are all like new with low mileage. I would recommend shoppers buy from Paul Sevag who are looking for exceptional quality at a fair price.

Got a 2008 Ford Focus here and loved the service they provided. Friendly, respectful, and fast. They helped us with the paperwork as well, and even went out of their way to accommodate our crazy work schedules (offering to meet us outside the dealership someplace geographically close to our work to finish paperwork, offering to stay open past business hours, etc.) The car is exactly as advertised and runs beautifully, and we were thoroughly reassured of fast and prompt assistance if we had any issues. Would absolutely buy here again!

From the first contact via Autotrader to the follow ups and their incredibly detailed Web site, full of images, they made this out of state purchase incredibly easy! They were friendly, knowledgable and easy to negotiate with while never being pushy or rude. The car was actually even better in person than the highly detailed images and videos they provided. They were very hospitably and friendly when we arrived and through out the entire transaction. I have purchased a lot of cars, and many out of state and this has been one the easiest, most pleasant transactions I've ever had!The car itself was in immaculate shape, every who has seen it assumes it's brand new because it's in such perfect shape, even though it's a few years old!We had negotiated everything online prior to me arriving, and unlike many other dealers I've dealt with there were zero surprises and zero hidden fees, they simply delivered a fantastic car at a great price!I will definitely consider them for any future vehicle purchases, they have great vehicles, great prices and great service! I wanted to share my experience with a recent purchase from Paul Sevag Motors. I found a vehicle that I was looking for (2011 BMW 328i xDrive) listed on their website. Although the dealer is located 1.5 hrs away from where I live, they provided me numerous photos and history of the vehicle including a clean CarFax report. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle from my initial contact with them through vehicle delivery. The dealership is focused more towards quality cars and trucks rather than the quantity of vehicles in inventory. Philip was my main point of contact but I did meet his father Paul who showed us around the indoor showroom where all of the vehicles are stored. All in all it was the most relaxing and straightforward purchase of a preowned vehicle. I would give them 5 stars and I would purchase again from them. Highly recommend this trustworthy company.

I found the Porsche Cayman with the options I had been looking for at Paul Sevag Motors. They were great to work with from my first phone call. We drove in from out of town to purchase the car. It was in excellent condition just as described, and I am really enjoying the car. It is evident they take pride in the vehicles they sell and how they treat their customers.

It is clear that Paul Sevag Motors considers the cars in their inventory to be more than just commodities to sell. They really put a lot of time and attention into their cars, paying attention to every detail and making sure that the cars are well maintained. Buying a car from them and having it transported to me was a straightforward, no-hassle experience. And Paul, Jeff, and Philip Sevag are all very pleasant and helpful.

My family has bought 3 cars from Paul Sevag Motors over the last 6 years. We have had nothing but the best experience. Their cars are all in excellent condition, but most of all their customer service is amazing. I couldn't image going anywhere else to buy a car.

I found just the fun car I was searching for: a 2005 Red Corvette with only 36,000 miles on it. The Corvette was pristine, showroom clean. I was able to test drive the car with Paul and Phil answering all of my questions, including recommending the DelRan Battery Tender to keep the battery fully charged. It was the most low key, relaxed, car buying experience of my life. Age 63. Phil was great working with my finance company and provided my car insurance agent with all needed documentation. I most highly recommend Paul Sevag Motors and I will do business with them again for future vehicle purchases. Larry Coppock

You will not be disapointed when you visit Paul Sevag Motors. They are very selective with the cars that they sell. They are car enthusiasts! They don't sell junk. They house ALL of their cars inside the showroom. Every car is visually in excellent condition! On their website, you can tell that they care about what they sell. They go out of their way to tell you things about the car that no one else normally would and they provide lots of pictures because they have nothing to hide. The whole process was painless without sales tactics. Paul and his sons provided friendly, professional, and personalized service. These guys are "Honest" used car salesman. I will be back for my next car!

Great experience from start to finish. It's readily apparent from the second you step into their showroom the level of care and quality they put into all their cars. I was there to look at a '15 VW GTI and it looked brand new inside and out and they were very friendly in answering all my questions and during the test drive. This was hands-down the easiest friendliest and seamless call purchase that I have ever done. I bought a car from Paul a couple of months ago. The interior of the car was unbelievably detailed. It looked absolutely like a brand-new car inside and outside. I am 100% satisfied and looking forward to purchase my next vehicle from Paul.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Lexus GX-460 from Paul. We were totally blown away by their attention to detail! The vehicle was pristine pre and post delivery. Jeffrey Sevag spent all the time my wife needed showing her how to operate the many functions of the car. They were pleasant, professional and great to work with. These guys know their stuff! I would recommend them to anyone!
