The owner came and changed my tire within like an hour of calling! He was super friendly and did great work! The service was very quick and professionally done! I would 100% recommend them and will use them again in the future (hopefully there s no need to lol)

Towed my car from West Chester to Downingtown for a reasonable rate. The gentleman that provided the service was polite, professional, and down to earth. Helped me save money for the future as well. If I need a tow again in the future, I will 100% call them.

Sam, the tech who did my road service, was fantastic. He answered my frantic call, told me exactly how he was going to help me, and did what he said he would. He was reassuring and kind. 12/13 6:00 pm. Excellent customer service and prompt response. My front driver s side wheel came off while driving and my truck was completely immobile. The young man that came out knew exactly what to do in order to get it on the truck. His confidence and professionalism totally turned around a bad situation. After being stranded for close to 12 hrs and no support from AAA, it took 30mins for Sam to arrive at my location, pick up my car and drop it off at my mechanic. Sam was professional and friendly. He even sent me a picture afterwards confirming that the car was dropped at the correct location. Totally recommend his business.

Last Saturday, May 21st, my wife and I broke down in Morgantown about 50 miles from where we live in Chester County. I called On Time towing, spoke to Sam. He was not only pleasant and professional but said he could pick up my car within the next couple hours.I was not only surprised but shocked to get this quick of service especially on the weekend. I can t say enough about how pleasant this experience was in an unpleasant situation. We live in a time when it seems like customer service in almost every industry just doesn t care and no hurry to help people.It s never a good thing to have your car towed but Sam made the experience much less painful and even followed up showing the car was delivered to the repair shop in a timely and professional manner.I would definitely recommend On Time towing to everyone and would definitely use them again if I had to.Lastly, for the distance involved and the hi quality of towing technology provided, they were more than economical as well. There are not many people like Sam in this world.. My Jeep got taken in a flash flood. I almost got pulled into the current and I don t know if I would have lived if my friend hadn t pulled me out of the passenger window.Geico sent Sam out for road side assistance. Half way through winching my drowned Jeep out of a wet field, Geico called to say I wasn t covered, then said I was covered and to proceed. Sam put my Jeep in his flatbed only to have Geico call again and say they weren t covering the recovery and I would have to pay $1500 out of pocket, AFTER THEY HAD SAM TAKE MY JEEP.Now, at this point Sam could have taken my Jeep to his yard and kept it there, legally. But Sam knew Geico was in the wrong, knew what I had just been through, and did the right thing. Sam has proven himself to be a person of extreme integrity, and a good human with good intentions. My car wouldn t start, thinking I just needed a jump I called on-time towing. They were able to get to my garage in West Chester with an ETA of 1 hour, the gentleman showed up in 45 minutes. He was able to tell with a device that I needed a new battery (thinking I would have to wait even longer) and he was able to replace my battery on the spot. I was able to get on my way within 10 minutes of his arrival. I am extremely pleased with the friendliness and professionalism. He also communicated very well, updating me several times on his ETA.Service: Battery service

Our RV got hung up on a guard post at the pump of a gas station when we were trying to fill up. We weren't sure if AAA could extract us, so we called On-Time towing as a backup. Sam answered our texts promptly, quoted a fair price to bail us out, and was helpful in every way. AAA was eventually able to extract us, but our experience with Sam at On-Time was a very good one. He treated us with respect and kindness even after he found out he wasn't going to get the job.

Asked to bring me new tire for roadside assistance since my tire and rims got messed up from a pothole. They charged me before the guys got to me $300+ ~$350 with tip which I expected a whole new tire. All they did was switch my tire with the spare I had which I could ve asked anyone to do for $25. They won t even give refunds or discounts when their guy on the phone gave me wrong information. Ridiculously expensive.I was also told the driver will get to me in 30-45min, and if no problem on the road, then 20-25min. I waited 3hours (which made me think he was grabbing me a new tire). I kept calling their customer service and they just hung up on me twice after complaining.

Car broke down on my birthday on my way home. Tow truck was there within 20 minutes and the driver was quick, efficient, and so kind. His name is completely escaping me as breaking down on your birthday had me a bit down but he did his best to cheer me up on the unfortunate occasion. Thank you so much for making this process as seamless as possible.

On New Years Eve day, I lost my car fob while shopping and my fob backup, brought to me from home, no longer worked. I called Sam, the owner of On Time Towing, at 7am the next day to see how I might arrange to meet him at my car at 8:30am. Following his instruction, I called back at 8am, he answered, and confirmed the 8:30am tow time. On the phone he was friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with. Sure enough, at 8:30am, he arrived and towed my car to my dealer without incident. I was amazed and grateful for experiencing such integrity and accountability. Sam is amazing!! I was stranded with a dead battery with my two small children, waiting for AAA (who never showed up) Sam had come to the same parking lot to change a flat tire for another customer. I ran over and told him about my situation and he so kindly offered to jump my car. He completely saved the day! I cannot recommend him enough!!

My van wouldn't start and I was stranded with my 3 young daughters. Although it was after-hours, Sam came and jump-started my car in the pouring ran so that we could get home. He remembered us from a previous visit, and he once again recommended that we get a new battery. My wife needed the car early the next morning so I asked for the earliest available appointment the following morning. Sam went above and beyond and was able to get his colleague, David, to install a new battery for us that SAME NIGHT. Very grateful for the excellent work you guys do! I was stranded on the side of the road on Tuesday evening. I hit a pothole coming off of boot Road and immediately got a flat tire. I pulled to a safe location. It took my insurance company a while to find a company that would be willing to come out for a reasonable rate. Not only did you except the rate, but the driver came very quickly. His name was Sam. Sam was there within 15 minutes. Very important to me because I was on the side of the road in the dark in a very unfamiliar area. He was professional, polite and changed tire quickly. I cannot say enough about the service and thank you very much. I am a nurse at a local hospital. Rest assured in my eyes Sam and your drivers are the ones who are essential workers. The guys responded to my call in a reasonable amount of time. They used a jumper box to get the car started and were able to install a new battery, saving me time and a trip to the auto shop. They were very courteous and professional.
