Brought our countryman into Otto s mini for an oil change and extremely happy with the service. They do an inspection and even include a video of the areas that will need attention the next time it comes in. And to top it off, they washed the car and our floor mats! Efficient dropoff at 7:40 AM. Car ride home and back arranged. Video of mechanic going over the car received. Approved recommendations. Update on the car sent. Invoice paid and car pickup before 5:00 PM. Car had been vacuumed. It was too cold to wash it that day. I appreciated the efficiency and workmanship. Otto s Mini Service, specifically our Service Advisor Preston, is just amazing! We ve had some issues lately with the Turbo. We had the Turbo replaced in August of 2022 and by November, the Turbo went bad. This part was not a genuine part, as my warranty company wanted to force us to use an aftermarket part. Preston went above and beyond to make sure our extended warranty company was held liable to cover what our contract stated it should. Also, ensured we had the car back within a reasonable time, so my son could return to school in time. Preston provided updates, answered questions and empathized with what we were dealing with. It s such a great feeling knowing that people genuinely care. If you have a Mini, do not take your vehicle to any other service place. Go to Otto s! Seriously, we took our Mini to a place that specialized in Mini s and ended up with constant oil leaks, bad turbo s and other issues. I promise Preston and team will not disappoint!Lastly, the Service Manager Joe was also very helpful. He escalated the concerns to the warranty to support Preston. I am generally happy to pay the upcharge at this dealership because the service is so good. Customers get drive out with a loaner Mini, communication is impeccable, they make it seamless and easy. Not. This. Time. No loaners were available they told me to tow the car in and it would probably be ready in about two days. It took twice as long. I had to rent a car. Sounds as if their fleet has been cut so this may be the future and not a one off too.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto maintenance

I had Several check engine lights on after a DIY Clutch replacement. Mini Otto got me in there fast, had my vehicle repaired within 5 days and completed a 33 point vehicle inspection. I feel the rates were reasonable and they didn't try to add additional expenses or repairs that I didn't need. Great annual service + inspection, plus free loaner for the day. Service advisor Preston is fantastic - very responsive and generally helpful, which he has been since I bought the car at Otto s in 2013. Only downside to this dealership is cost!! They have gotten too expensive for me for routine things. $200+ to replace 4 spark plugs!?Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

In a time where technology is at its most impressive I was not able to be given a definitive cue off my brake problems. Overcharged by a significant amount! When one thing didn t fix the issue it was recommended to replace a control unit that would be $3000 and I could not get assurance that this would solve the issue. I picked up the vehicle and took it to another shop. Will never take my vehicle there againService: Brakes

Otto s MINI service is always amazing. Their check in is streamlined, they keep you updated every step of the way, they send great little videos showing exactly what they re seeing and why they suggest a repair or replacement, and they never try and up sell you something you don t need. Terrible experience. The service people have NO idea how to deal with an EV. Said they would do an emissions test on it. Really??? AND they charged me for the inspection - I have NEVER been charged for an inspection at the dealership where I bought the vehicle. Their excuse? Because I didn t have an emissions test done!!! They also said they had to update the telemetrics - something they couldn t define - could I bring the vehicle in the night before to allow sufficient time. When contacted at 11 am the next day they hadn t started on it!!!? Terrible experience - going elsewhere next time. Oh, and despite promises to clean the car that was definitely not the case. And why, why, why do they have to change the seat settings? Ugh!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I have a 2017 mini clubman and it needed some maintenance and it was going to be an expensive bill. Preston and the entire team at Ottos mini worked together to get the car fixed at a reasonable price. They treat me as family there. I highly recommend Ottos mini/bmw for purchasing and maintenance needs. When I made the appointment I received an email stating my Mini had a recall. I called the dealership and left 3 messages over two days, no one ever called me back? This place is is very detailed oriented from the moment the garage doors automatically open until the time your car newly washed and vacuumed awaits you. we had striping put on my 2018 john cooper works countryman. it looks fantastic. your service did exceptional job. it's perfect. your service dept. employees are the bomb. Preston was right on with the application process, kept in touch with us & with pictures thru the process. I am sooo very happy with the new look of my countryman. Thank you all so very much. will highly recommend ottos mini.

Did a great job! Both my wife and I noticed that the car seemed zippier after the work. Didn't expect that.
