My 2019 Mercedes had a driver side rear door hing that needed replaced. The diagnosis, appointment, car loan, and repair experience was as good as anyone could expect. The only glitch was West Chester Mercedes ordered the correct part but the wrong part was sent and that caused a one day delay. All that was handled smoothly without any inconvenience to me.

It was a very messy experience. I felt like I and my best friend were being "handled", the whole time. I had to do price checking and research because I was being told price for items that was way above the normal price. It was just bad. In the end it was a case of them not really knowing how to work on the car, but just not having the integrity to say we aren't sure what to do. That caused us money,time, frustration and trust. I would never advise someone to go there to have their car serviced. It was just a bad experience.

Olivia is the ( her mom) is the reason I came to buy a car. Olivia hooked my daughter (Paige) and I, up with our salesman (Mark) he was great at his job! Then we met Jeff (the money guy) he was patient ( even with it around 5 pm).Thank you all for a enjoyable experience ( my wife Patrice love's the Mercedes!

Leah was the person that I worked with when I dropped my car off. She was very personal and professional. She answered all my questions and always return phone call when needed to inform me what s going on and also how much the repair was going to be and I was very pleased and happy, and she went out of her way. Friendly, clean and efficient. They were able to flush my tank after I mistakenly pumped ethanol into my diesel tank. MB Roadside Assistance towed the van 11 miles to the service center in West Chester and they had me ready to go within a couple of hours.

I was distraught as I had burst a tire on the highway. I got put through to Alex who was extremely helpful, checked if they had the tire and told me to come over. The service was quick and efficient and Alex couldn't have been more helpful and polite. I was extremely grateful that he was so helpful with my crisis

Great service on my car repair. Staff are very courteous; Kim Kalo is always helpful and knowledgeable and Seaver Rothwell gave great assistance with the estimate/claim and work completed - both are outstanding. My repair was beautiful. I highly recommend this facility.

I brought in a 2008 R320 with a coolant leak.MB of west Chester Repaired it successfully and had it ready a couple days ahead of their initial estimate.The only less than satisfactory aspect was the left rear passenger door had been left unlatched (not fully closed) for about 24 hits by the time I picked up the vehicle. This send to have caused a low battery indication on the dash.Other than that, my first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Westchester, Ohio was very very positive

Had an internal water leak from firewall area on my 2023 sprinter. AJ in service kept me informed via phone calls with the diagnosis and repair. I greatly appreciated the great,quick,diagnosis and repair time.

Very dissatisfied with my experience at Mercedes Benz of West Chester. I asked for services to be completed. They were not. They lied to me. I asked for my engine to be checked for an issue. They kept my car for a week. When I went to get it, I was told it would take over two weeks to get an appointment. Clearly they forgot. I went into the service department and they were able to make and appointment for two days later. I asked for them to inspect a ding in my hood and give me an estimate. The inspector said they could pound it out for $200. He said he would send me an estimate. He sent me an estimate for over $3000 claiming damage to the inside of the hood. After he lied about the service, I took it to a body shop and asked them to show me the damage under the hood. They said there was no damage. Poor customer service is one thing but to lie to your customers is unacceptable.

Third Mercedes from this dealership. Ed is the best. Easy to get a loaner when getting service thru the enterprise car rental here. Purchased a new 2022 Black GLC300 for $55k with lots of bells and whistles! Financing right now not the best but still very good. Had lots of stock and lots of options!

Recently had a warranty service performed, oil change and inspection on my Sprinter. My service Advisor was A.J. in the Van Center. A.J. kept me updated in a timely manner during the repair. Definitely placed customer service as his top priority. They also had a loaner vehicle available for our use. I had a very positive experience with Mercedes Benz of West Chester Van Service.will be using them more in the future.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto emissions testing, Oil change

Service, albeit expensive, is always first class at Mercedes-Benz. They get to the problem quickly with no surprises and very little wait. If your car will be there for more than a day they provide you a courtesy car so you are not sitting around the waiting room.

We were trying to do the logistics of getting a friend to take my husband to and from the dealership. Finally we thought this was a Mercedes, they have to have some kind of valet service. So my husband called yesterday and they said they do offer a valet service. So my husband took the car there. Someone drove him home immediately. Then it was returned to our driveway. They kept him informed all day, and payment was taken over the phone. It was seamless.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change
