Highly Recommended Family-Owned Business!!My young daughter, who lives alone 1,200 miles from home, went to Kraft's after her car was badly damaged in an accident. They not only repaired her car as-good-as-new, but they treated her with kindness & concern, they saved her money by researching best-priced parts, and even referred her to a Car Rental Company that would rent to someone under age-25.Thank You Bob & Tracy Kraft, you are fine people who run a fantastic Business!

Hands down the best in town.Bob did exceptional job to my vehicle after car accident.They work well with all insurance companies and go above and beyond.Fortunately he found issue with my car during his own pre inspection where most May have let it slip byGo to Krafts for all your vehicle needs.Car looks better now, than when I brought it at the dealership

I've never written a review, positive or negative, in my life. But if I could give this place 8/5 stars, I would!! They saved me $2500 another place quoted for totally unnecessary work.I scraped the side of my car pulling too close to the side of the garage. Got a quote for complete repainting of the affected panels and work reshaping the metal to restore a bevel that had been "destroyed". Eye-popping $2500 they said.Wanted to get another quote, so I came to Kraft's Autobody & Repair. They took one look at my car and were like, oh, that's nothing. What??? Apparently the paint scraped wasn't the car's! They take a rag to the "extensive paint damage" with some cleaning solution, and bam. Car is good as new. Nary a scratch! And that bevel that the last place said they would have to "reconstruct?" Just some slight deformation of the metal, but if you weren't comparing sides, you'd never know, since it was still intact!Go drive your car, he says. I still get a quote for the bulge, and he gives me one, but insists I just leave it alone. The man just saved me $2500 and wouldn't accept a dime! Even when I insisted on giving him something! I will never go anywhere else!

Little tucked away gem! I was looking for quotes for fixing the side view mirror on our Sienna and came across Kraft's on Google. I decided to give it a try since I really favor small business and family owned enterprises. I was very impressed from my first phone call to the in-person estimate. They lady at the front desk is really pleasant and Bob the main guy is very personable and astute. They fixed my mirror temporarily while the part is ordered. The estimate was reasonable and I will definitely use this business again.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The owner Bob is a genuine class act.Before I went to Bob, I took my vehicle to Service King for an estimate-Big mistake! They insisted my existing bumper couldn t be repaired and wanted to charge me $2,500 to replace it.Thank goodness I went to Bob for a second opinion. He was honest with me and couldn t have been more friendly. He repaired my existing bumper on the spot and it only took him a few minutes. Bob saved me a couple thousand dollars .I will forever be grateful and am customer of Bob s for life!Service: Body & Trim

Went here to check availability for them to repair one of my vehicles that was hit. Ended up dropping off same day and my vehicle was repaired in less than a week. They did a great job and I'm thankful that I went there. Will return in the future if needed.

The mechanic was super straightforward friendly and helpful when getting a pre purchase inspection. I even learned a bit while he was showing me various aspects of the car. Fair price for the inspection too. Would recommend and would take my car there for service if I lived closer. 5 stars. Probably the best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

They were great, went in to get an estimate. Bob came right out and looked at the situation. Got the price, went inside and she set me up with an appointment. It'll get the five stars when I see the paint job. They were great though.

Kraft's Auto Body is a fantastic shop, Bob the owner is a craftsman and worked on a 35 year old project truck for me. He did what needed to be done, was skilled in rust removal, welding, structural, body and paint work. He and Tracy kept me up to date with progress and the finished product couldn't be better. Given the work and craftsmanship he put into my classic truck I would not hesitate to trust him with standard body shop work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

My neighbor recommended this shop to me after an accident. I am so glad he did. The owners are extremely friendly and professional ; They did an amazing job on my car .If you are ever in an accident and your car needs repair, this is the shop to go.

After the door on my car mysteriously couldn t open fully, I looked up the nearest auto body shop and found Kraft Auto Body. I immediately drove there not knowing anything about them. I m so glad I did. Without hesitation, the guys at the shop looked at my door and began trying to figure out the problem. They even discovered another issue with my door handle. In no time at all the problem was fixed. It s nice to know there are still businesses that treat people right and do the right thing. If any issues with my cars come up again for me, I ll be sure to take it Kraft Auto Body. Thanks again.

Everyone there was very helpful and Rob made sure that we knew what the problem was and fixed it quickly. We were in and out in less than an hour!

Kraft s painted two cast iron heater radiators for me and they did an awesome job! Radiators look better than new and will last another 100 years. Quick turn around, reasonable price, very friendly to deal with.

I had come to this place directly after I got into a minor accident which forced my door to be lodged beneath my fender, not allowing me to open the door. It took no longer than 7 minutes of work for him to grab a couple of tools and pop the fender back out of the way. The old-fashioned way. I am glad I came here first! Kind people, nice family, and great service.

I was rear ended last month and heard about Krafts from a friend whose car nearly totalled. They made it look brand new so I gave it a shot. I was in shock doing business with Krafts. They are professional and very kind. I needed a rental while my truck was repaired and Tracy helped set it up and had the car brought to the shop! Both of the owners are onsite and explained everything that would be done to my truck and made sure I understood everything.When I got the call I was honestly a little bit nervous. I've seen some other body shops work and wasn't impressed. When I saw my truck i had to look it all over. You couldn't even tell. I didnt believe it was my truck! After assuring me it was indeed my truck i was excited, you couldn't tell that there was ever any damage. They informed me they even checked my hitch system to make sure not a single thing was bent or broken, I dont think any other shop will do that.From start to finish it was a painless and easy experience. I will always use Krafts from now on!

I'm not from the area and I needed to repair my mustang after a car accident and I am pleased with the results from Kraft's Body Shop. Both the repairs and paint job were amazing! They are super friendly and willing to work with you!
