Brought in my kia ev6 to service due to clunk noise from front axle when braking. Waited 2 hours then service manager told me they heard the noise but couldn't fix it. Told me they will send a message to corporate, told me I can leave the car there for undefinite times but offer no loaner or uber credit for me to get home. When I asked more questions, SM said I didn't bought my car there (in other word, I don't give f to fix your car even you're under warranty) left with my car, then call them couple days later, nobody picked up the phone left a voice mail but no return call. Owns 3 tesla, was going to give other ev a try but this will be last. First time over paid above msrp for a Kia or any other car. I will never buy another Kia. I had a great laugh when I saw them with 7 ev6 sitting on the lot with sticker asking 5k above msrp. If you looking to buy ev, get tesla. Mobile service and over the air update save you a lot of hassle.
