Great experience purchasing a car with my daughter. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Sales manager was professional and patient to win our business as I'm a tough negotiator. We were able to find a middle ground, and my daughter drove off extremely happy. Side note; We were prepared to purchase from Smith VW Saturday, but the sales manager was so sketchy and unprofessional that we decided to shop around.Glad we did. Daughter extremely pleased.Regards, Girl Dad

We had an amazing experience with the staff at Kia of West Chester. They were communicative,and authentic. Victor, was very calm and easy to work with. There was an upfront offer on my trade, that was generous and fair. I strongly recommend Kia, if your looking for a car. As a result, I have my dream car!

We bought a car with Victor a couple days ago. We were very interested with one model and Victor did an amazing job helping us out with that purchase. I got to test drive the car, he informed me about all the cool features the car has. He was patient and followed up with us as we needed to think about which exact trim we wanted. I recommend Victor without a doubt.

We wanta see ya in a Kia yeah I got one after years of saying no. Victor was a very good salesman in giving us options, and drove to us in a snow store when the office mixed up my info with another client went for my first oil change and while the staff was pleasant I got asked to pay for tire rotation service (which kinda threw me off when I look at my paperwork and it says I requested the service ). They're pretty good overall though courteous ppl

I had a very good experience at Kia of West Chester. Everyone in their office is very nice and helpful. I love my new car and Victor was great to work with. I think my favorite part was how quickly and seamless my car purchase was! In and out of there in less than 45 minutes! I would definitely recommend them and I ll use them in the future.

For a car-buying experience, it was very relaxed and we never felt any pressure. Everyone was very cordial and overall it was a great experience. We would definitely buy from Kia of West Chester again.Victor, the Salesman that we worked with was very knowledgeable about their vehicles and helped us so that we felt we made the best decision for us. Had an ongoing issue with my Kia Soul. I took it to my mechanic who can fix just about anything but he couldn't do electrical work so I brought it to Kia of West Chester. I tried to budget myself, knowing it was going to be an expensive fix but it came in $300 under my set budget. Car works great now! Very happy

I had an amazing experience with Dan. As a business owner, customer service is really important to me, and I really feel as though he went above and beyond. I went in for a basic oil change and was only a month out from needing my inspection done. He was able to get everything done and taken care of in the window of time that I had allotted in my workday. It s nice to see that good customer service still exists.

Great service, great communication. My only concern was trying to rush from work and leave early to pick up my car before the shop closed because they weren t at their regular spot where we could pick up at sales. Other than that, we are very happy with them overall!

I had, undoubtedly, the best automotive experience that I ve ever had at Kia Of West Chester. Dan treated me like gold. He kept in constant contact, explained everything thoroughly, and displayed over the top professionalism throughout my interaction with him. I was well taken care of. He even secured transport for me from my home to the service center, which was a major help. Kudos to Kia Of West Chester for making service of my car so easy.

Just purchased a Sportage Hybrid. from this dealer. I have to say that Chris H. and the rest of the staff treated us great. They were thorough and pleasant throughout the buying process. No pressure, very professional, we're happy with the outcome. They were never hesitant to go the extra half mile to keep us satisfied with the deal. Even though there were closer Kia dealerships to our home, I'm glad we took the ride out to West Chester to buy our car here.

Had a good experience with my daughter s purchase of a pre-owned Kia Telluride. Kyle our sales person was very friendly and Chris the finance manager was also friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to have our best interest (no-pun intended) in mind.

Just bought a 2024 KIA Telluride at Jim Sipala Kia of West Chester. Stephen Washington was my sales guy and Mike Platt was the finance guy. Both were great and they got me a great deal on a great car. Jim Sipala came over and talked to me while the paperwork was being prepared. Great Experience!!!I highly recommend this dealer if you are in the market for new car.

Quick and painless service. The staff (especially Dan) were amazing to work with. My car came back to me cleaner than when I brought it in! Even the pricing is competitive with other shops. Why would you settle for anything less?

Typical car dealership experience. You have to be willing to dedicate a lot of time to the process and negotiate with sales. I kept asking for the best deal they could offer and they could miraculously take a little more off each time. They did promise me an interest rate they actually couldn t get and that was annoying, but everyone was nice and the car is awesome!

I called @ 8 am and spoke with Pete regarding my situation with my 21 K5 and he was very much concerned!.Pete put everything together to get my car to the WC service area & had my vehicle serviced and ready by 3pm for me to pick up and get home safe! Even with the construction of the Kia service area, I was complete and on my way home to my family! Thank you so much for the great service!

I have been through the process of purchasing or leasing cars for over 20 yrs & this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Everyone- sales, management, finance, etc. was professional, knowledgeable, genuine, pleased and made the process as smooth as possible. They made me feel that I was not just another customer but an important customer. I will highly recommend this dealership to my friends & family.

Not great! We stopped by to take a test drive and get a trade estimate, and they said they would get back to us with inventory and trade-in info and never did. It took a month to get someone there to get back to us, and one sales guy told us they had the exact the model and color we wanted on the lot ("I just watched it come off the truck!") but got here the next day to learn that sales guy wasn't around and what told us was 100% not true. Once they found the car we wanted right nearby, they tried to charge us a transfer fee for a car that was less than an hour away and they had falsely told us was already on the lot in the first place.Once we finally got the car, it only had one set of keys. They assured us they'd get us the second pair within a few days, and then went dark and wouldn't give us any real info for weeks after that. Once we finally got a manager to agree to make a new set of keys, I had to take 2 hours out of the work day to go all the way out there and wait for the key guy to show up, only to learn he didn't actually have the right type of key. So again made another appointment to and took more time off work and go all the way out there again and waited around the office again waiting for the key guy to show up, just to learn that the guy wasn't actually coming and we wasted all that time yet again.Allegedly the key guy is going to come to our house to make the keys, but still haven't heard from him, and this rate I don't have much faith in what they say there.It's funny, I just tried to fill out the customer survey to express my frustration, but since this debacle is 2 months old now the survey is expired!

I was able to get in and out with a great deal. Most of the wait time was my own fault otherwise it would've been an even quicker process. Steph, Joel, Jim, Chris, Mike, and Greg were all awesome, friendly, and most importantly honest. I'm happy with my purchase.

Amazing experience here! Took my new to me (used) 2022 Kia Sorento to be serviced here after purchasing at a different dealership. My rotors and brake pads needed to be fixed and Dan and the team at the service center took care of me like I was family. They kept me in the loop throughout the day and were extremely helpful & answered all my questions. They went above and beyond and it s greatly appreciated! I ll definitely be back for future services!

Poor service all around. Went in to have an oil light looked at. The representative I spoke with told me I probably needed an oil change or they could do a process to see if the engine was consuming oil but it would take 24 hours and cost between 600 to $700. Representative then recommended the oil change, which cost $95 and was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half, it took over two hours to get finished, during which time the representative tried to sell me over $2,000 worth of products and services, all while shamelessly trying to flirt with female customers by repeatedly and uncomfortably asking the customers to buy them lunch. Would not recommend at all.

Great service. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be. I received timely updates during the process. The information about the condition of my vehicle and the costs of the recommended work was clearly stated. Very friendly staff checking you in and out.

Kia of West Chester has been my best car dealership experience yet! 3 years ago, Victor sold me my Sorrento, and he just upgraded me to my dream car, fully loaded, at a fair price! He does not play games and is genuinely for getting you into the car you want within your budget. Finance guys here are also super nice and make the process incredibly painless. I cannot see myself going anywhere else for my future car needs, and I d recommend anyone in the market definitely head there first!
