I love the convenience of a good shop when it comes to my cars and Kyle and Darren at Copperhead Refinishing of West Chester, PA always deliver. The shop was referred to me by a close friend and I've been taking my vehicle to them ever since. They do exceptional body work and detailing. Whatever the scope of work is they do it honestly and complete it promptly. They are knowledgeable about insurance claims. They keep an open line of communication to you about your car's progress and notify you of any delays and repairs. They even have given me a ride to work around the corner in the past.It's a top notch shop and I recommend anybody who needs any detailing or body work done that they go check it out!Thanks guys!!!

My wife had our 2020 4Runner painted to repair some mini damage. We picked it up April 13 and the white color wasn t even close. How someone could think this is reasonable is unbelievable. When my wife called to ask them to correct the color they agreed to do so but didn t even apologize. No apology when we returned or when she picked it up. The second time was still a terrible match. Please see the pictures below. They say it all. This is copperhead s quality. My recommendation stay clear. Save your money and your time.Service: Painting

I've brought several vehicles to Darren at Copperhead and he's always delivered an excellent experience. Honest, fair, quality work done promptly. Most recently I had someone hit my car in a parking lot and had to get it repaired within a week. Darren worked with me and the person that hit me to get it done for a fair price within a week! Detailing to match paint made it look even better than before! I won't take a vehicle anywhere else for body work.

I had my car repaired from an accident. I can't say enough good things about Copperhead. They were professional, very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance companies and kept me informed about my car and the progress. Everyone was pleasant and attention to detail was outstanding. My car looked amazing when I picked it up. They are efficient and I would recommend them to anyone needing service on their car. Absolutely fabulous business! When I had body damage from a hit and run over the holidays, a friend recommended that I go to Copperhead for the needed repairs. The customer service that I received was exceptional, and I was given advance notice of potential delays so that I could extend my rental car (they are also partners with Enterprise in town, so I was able to get dropped off at the repair shop when I returned the rental). When I got my car back it looked good as new, and even the parts that weren't damaged looked better than I left them! Overall I felt like the entire process was very transparent from start to finish and the initial assessment they gave was followed through to the letter. I would trust them for future repairs if needed in the future, but hopefully it will be a while before my next accident.

Copperhead was recommended by our local mechanic and I've had nothing but the best experiences with them. From a rear end collision to a neighbor's shutter hitting my car, Copperhead has been my go-to. So reliable, efficient, and great to work with. Higher quality work than what you'll pay for! These guys do a fantastic job whether they're fixing a fender bender on your Kia or getting your 68 E-Type ready to take best paint in the upcoming show season. A little hard to find without GPS or a historical knowledge of West Chester's finer alleys but, well worth the hunt.

I just had my car repaired at Cooperhead Refinishing and was extremely pleased with both the customer service and the work done to my car! The customer service was excellent - the people there are so kind and professional. When I went to pick up my car, I was not only thrilled with the work but was also pleasantly surprised to see how beautifully my car was detailed both inside and out! This is the difference between a good and GREAT experience. Thank you Copperhead for going the extra mile! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I got a quote and thought it was reasonable, but after a couple attempts at communication I found it to be very hard to get in contact over phone with with the actual technicians to ask specific questions. I was told to bring the car in and after getting it towed I was told that they actually don't work on older cars... I also was told to make a three-point turn with a car on a tow dolly before I talk to them and found out they weren't inclined to work on it as well as after the 1 hour till and a couple hours pulling it in and out of my storage unit. The parking lot doesn't have an easy turnaround so the exhaust ended up getting damage and all in all I felt very dissatisfied with the level of communication and general customer service although everyone was polite. I get that this industry has tight margins but they weren't able to make any extra accommodations and that's due to them using the top dollar paints. Maybe they should offer varying qualities so when they invite people into their shop they can service them at their level of necessary finish. There was damaged trim and they weren't even going to replace that within the quote even though part of the trim was damaged... I wasn't going to leave a bad review but after telling my friend all this he said definitely that's worth is one star review so here I am maybe I should have given two because they give out decent quotes for insurance claim damage because of their expensive paints?? Anyways again they were nice but I wasted a whole bunch of my time and money with the shop

Had a minor mess up on the driver s side pulling out of the garage that needed fixing. As is our custom we get a few estimates so we got one from a highly rated body shop in the area that was obscene for a little mess up. I decided to stop in at Cooperhead after talking to the wonderful office manager on the phone who shared the story of the brothers who work there and how they got their name. I was blown away by the good people I met, their professionalism and the no bs approach to doing the job right the first time (as well as 1/28th the cost). Job done in one day as promised. Perfect as described in their approach. And, I did tell you at 1/28th the cost, right? They now have a new customer for life, although hope we don t need the service too often.Service: Body & Trim

I could not be any happier with the professional bodywork, dent removal and paint work Copperhead Refinishing did on my car. I am so grateful to have been referred to such a quality business. The price was reasonable, the timing was as promised and service exceptional. I've received compliments on the car on how good it looks since I've gotten it back. Copperhead Refinishing worked on my MR2. They did a great job communicating with me on the status of my car. Overall work was great, bumper was replaced and trunk was repaired. During the repair process, the battery was low and they replaced it for me. Also helped make sure the car was able to be delivered to me. Fantastic customer service!Copperhead Refinishing was recommended to me by a friend & I couldn t be happier with my experience. They made everything easy from the quote, to dealing with my insurance company, & helping me pickup & return my rental. They were great about answering my questions. I had to have the car back in time for a trip & they made sure to get it done with plenty of time to spare. My car looks like new, & it s super clean.

I was recently in a car accident and needed some auto-body work done. I couldn't have been happier with choosing Copperhead Refinishing to do the work I needed. They were very pleasant and professional to work with. They took the time to look over my car with men, and anytime I called to check in on the status of my car, they were happy to give me an update, and were very quick to return my call, if they weren't available at the moment. When I picked up my car it washed and looking cleaner than ever! I would highly recommend this family owned and operated business to anyone who is in need of a great auto body shop.

Copperhead finishing is a great place to bring your car for repairs. I had a little bit of rust on my car and they were able to weld in a new panel and painted the area perfectly. I got exactly what I asked for at a very competitive price. I was quoted 400-500 dollars for my repair which was significantly lower than the other quotes I ve gotten in West Chester at about 800-1000 dollars. They were very accommodating to my requests. I asked that they took pictures of the progress which they emailed me after I picked my car up. They even brought me back in the shop mid repair to look at the car. Very polite staff and they treated my car with respect. Copperhead made sure my car was clean, vaccumed, and tires shined before I picked the car up! I will be returning for anything I need in the future! Highly recommend this shop.

I had a wonderful experience at Copperhead Refinishing after coming to them to get a dent in my car repaired. I had gotten estimates from a number of other places, each which quoted me a repair price in the high $2,000s range. When I went to Copperhead, they actually examined the dent and determine that it could be fixed through cheaper means, saving me more than $1,000. The repairs looked fantastic and I was incredibly happy with their customer service. Hopefully I won't have to deal with any more unexpected body repairs on my car but if I do, I'll definitely be returning to them. Would highly reccomend!

As a small business we need our trucks to look good and be on the road. When one of our trucks was in an accident, Copperhead Refinishing was able to repair the door quickly and get it back on the road for us right away. In addition to that their customer service was top notch. We highly recommend them.

Chris and everyone else at Copperhead Refinishing were great to work with every step of the way. They did very good work on my car, handled communications with my insurance company, and finished everything up just in time for my family vacation. If you need work on your car, this is the place to go.

You need to go here! The guys at copperhead refinishing are awesome! I went there on two different occasions both for damage from fender benders and the first time they gave me a fair and honest price for fixing my rear bumper which would've been hundreds of dollars more expensive at other shops when I compared prices. They had my car in and out in a few hours and saved me so much money! The second time I had some scuff marks after being side swiped and the guy was able to take them off for me free of charge in less than 5 minutes. My car looked like it wasn't even in an accident by the end! I will never go anywhere else and love this place. So thankful I found copperhead refinishing and am grateful for the work they do!

I would recommend Copperhead Refinishing to anyone needing body work done. All of the guys are very nice, and they did an awesome job on my car! I had damage to the passenger side of my 2016 Subaru and they repaired it in a very timely manor and it looks like nothing ever happened!!!! Super impressed!!! They even cleaned the inside of it!!! I can't express enough how wonderful of an experience I had with them!!!

Darren is awesome. The price is quite reasonable. He even vacuumed the smashed pieces of the glass inside the car. He was patient enough looking at any other problems of my car and make sure we were on the same page. We were 100% satisfied with all the work he's done to my civic and would definitely go back if I need anything for my car.
