We had our vehicle stolen from in front of our home 3 days before Thanksgiving. After 60 days working with progressive and Tom at classic coachworks, I could write a book on how thorough, detailed, respectful, vigilant and determined Tom and his whole crew were in its restoration. Now in Perfect condition in look and drivability. IMO, 10 stars is not enough.Sincerest GratitudeAaron & Denise

Mike and Greg were very professional. My mercedes was in a bad shape when it got towed. The team at classic guided me through the process, worked with the insurance, and gave me timely updates all with utmost care and respect. When I got the car, it looked similar to when I bought new! I'm grateful I chose classic coach works to get my car fixed and I recommend this place to anyone else looking to get a body shop done (they don't just do luxury cars, but also Honda and other ones too).

This was my first time being a client with classic coach work. They worked on my alfa romeo Giulia from a minor hit and run accident. When I tell you the work came out better than it did coming in! (Even before the hit and run.. lol). They pay real good attention to detail. Easy to work with and VERY informative! They kept me updated through out the whole rebuilding process. They even did more than I expected by detailing the interior of the car. Car practically looks like I just bought it off the lot. If you re looking for a trustworthy body shop to make sure the job is done CORRECTLY and EFFICIENTLY this is your shop.Thank you again Michael and Greg!Attached are photos from before and after. The evening of Jan. 1st driving home I had a deer run into the passenger side of my suburban. The front and passenger door were dented along with fur left on the trim. Classic Coachwork made the repair and it looked like new. They were very helpful explaining things and great to work with. I would highly recommend their business. Very professional.

Unfortunately hit a deer Thanksgiving night in my new Mercedes GLC300. Decided to have my car repaired at Classic Coachwork in West Chester as they are a Certified Mercedes Collision Center and they lived up to their reputation! Classic Coachwork has a high focus on customer satisfaction and repairing your car to pristine condition. Greg and Tom at Classic Coachwork worked together with Progressive Insurance to make this whole process as smooth as possible for me. I am so thankful for Mike and his staff for transforming my car back into one piece. Classic Coachwork is the ONLY body shop to touch my car! They are very professional!! Mike went the extra mile to get my estimate done correctly and dealt with my insurance company. If I could give them more stars I would!! I am extremely happy with the overall experience and would recommend them to everyone!

Came here to fix my car since the alfa romeo dealership didn t do bodywork. Classic Coach work was wonderful! Very transparent and communicative! Always updated me every week or so. Left my car looking like new.

Living in PA it was just a matter of time before we experienced a close encounter with a deer. It damaged the whole driver side of our brand new 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid.The dealership got us in touch with Classic Coachworks in West Chester.We only have great things to say about them. Tom, Mike and the team went above and beyond to help us out and fix the car.They communicated with us through the process keeping us up to date on the progress.They were upfront and honest about absolutely everything.They advocated for us especially when it came to getting what we deserve from our car insurance. They personally phoned the insurance when it turned out the insurer omitted the whole rear door in the estimate. If it wasn t for Tom we would have probably faced weeks of battling for it and massive delays amongst other problems. We couldn t have done it without Tom s determination.They gave us the best deal possible and for high quality, brand new parts.The finished product looks amazing, exactly what it looked like the day we purchased it from the dealership.Massive thanks to Tom, Mike and the rest of the team at Classic Coachworks. Mike & Greg did an amazing job repairing my vehicle @ CCW after it was hit by a drunk driver. The repair was a major one but was completed pretty quickly and they called me frequently to give me updates. The process of dealing with insurance companies and rental cars is so annoying after an accident - but Mike and Greg made the repair process super easy. I would recommend them and use them again (but hopefully won't need to!).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Greg & everyone else that works here will make sure the job is done right, efficiently and will keep you updated every step of the way. Even with Covid-19, and reduced hours Greg got my car back to me in a timely manner. The work that was done was clean and seamless. I even had them install aftermarket parts, which look great. I would recommend anyone to come to this shop.

As an insurance professional, I can say Classic Coachwork is top notch! Finding the parts is very difficult right now but they got it done and the car looks like new. To say Classic Coachwork is awesome is an understatement.My wife's car was hit in her work parking lot, driver left no note, which meant having to go through our insurance, who tried to pressure us to use one of their preferred shops-so glad we ignored them and went to Classic Coachwork.From Tom Votta to Mike Olivieri who dealt with the estimate and our insurance company, to Greg Cellini who assisted me when I picked up the car, these guys are A++ to work with-and the craftsmanship is second to none. I hope I never have to use them again, but if one of my cars needs collision repair, there is only one place I would trust. Picked up our car today, looks like it did the day we bought it.

My car's bumper was already falling apart from multiple hit and runs while it had been parked in the city. I called Mike to have part of the bumper restored/painted from a more recent parking lot incident, not expecting that his team would immaculately fix the entire thing. They even smoothed over multiple dings and scratches all over the car that I hadn't pointed out initially. It looked brand new (and got detailed) within days. I couldn't have gotten a better deal or more professional service anywhere else. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I like to Express, my gratitude and appreciation to Classic Coachwork of West Chester for their workmanship and professionalism .It was my first accident ever in 52 years . Friend recommended to take my car to classic coachwork of West Chester who are certified and trained and only use genuine benz parts and tools .After my accident I thought my car will never be the same , On the contrary when I got my car back I couldn t believe my eyes of their workmanship and how they were able to make my car even look better than before my accident .I want to give a big shout out to mr. Mike and Greg and their team who went above and beyond for their amazing work and job well done !They re truly are amazing and I called them magician when it comes to fixing car. !They were professional and courteous and caring about me and all my concerns . I was so worried if my car ever be the same ?To my surprise when I saw my car I couldn t believe it what a wonderful job they had done.I highly recommend them , God forbid if you re ever in an accident !!

I used Classic Coachworks for repairs on my Yukon. It had front end damage due to an accident. Thankfully I did not use the 'recommended' body shop from the insurance and used Classic Coachworks based on their reviews. They were able to get me in before any other body shop and did an amazing job on my 7 year old Yukon. It's like a new car now. I can't say enough about the service and workmanship. Took my car to Classic Coachwork after an Amazon van backed into my car. They worked with the insurance company to get the appropriate repair work covered and did an outstanding job. They were able to get me in to start work much faster than other shops in the area and gave the car back to me better than it was before the damage. Great body shop! I highly recommend for 1st class service. Mike Olivieri provided excellent service and is very knowledgeable. My car looks amazing, the results are beautiful; you'd never know it was in a fender bender. A++ for these guys. Had dropped off my car earlier this week for a dent on the bumper and just picked it up today. Car looked brand new.. and based on my experience with these guys, I felt the need to write a review. Not only was their job top notch, but their level of professionalism was impressive. I had no idea what to expect with my very first sort of fender bender. Everyone from Classic Coach Work were super nice and easy to work with you and kept honest to you. If you re looking for a trustworthy body shop to make sure the job is done right, no doubt this is the place to be.

Classic Coachwork is the best place to get your car repaired. They work with you and the insurance company seamlessly. They did an outstanding job repairing the car. It looks brand new. They are professional, give updates along the way, and are very transparent. I have used a few body shops before, but hands down this is the best experience I had. These guys have done a great job for me time and time again. They do brilliant work! I have been there 4 times and it s the only place I will take my vehicles. They repaired massive hail damage to a Honda Pilot (there wasn t a dimple anywhere when they were done), the front end of a Frontier from a side swipe, the side of a Nissan Titan, and most impressively fixed the damage my teenager did to our Jeep. Jeep vs Tahoe ouch! This team does it the right way from the office dealing with the insurance claims to the actual repairs! Let me start by stating I have worked with other auto body shops, but Classic Coachwork on E Market St., in West Chester, PA, surpasses them all in terms of professionalism, quality of work and service, and honesty in all their dealings. I have had two automobiles repaired by Classic Coachwork, and the quality of their work was exceptional, and the repairs were done in a timely fashion. They even detailed each car, so they looked brand new when I picked them up. I recently had a third car towed to them, but my insurance company totaled the car. Each person at Classic Coachwork kept me informed about the process in dealing with the insurance company, and they supported me every step of the way. Everything worked out to my advantage, and I could not have been more pleased with the way they helped me. If ever I m in need of auto body repair work, Classic Coachwork will be the company for me. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

All the staff at Classic Coachwork were EXCELLENT to deal with thank you so much Tom and Mike for facilitating with my insurance company making it effortless for me to get the repairs I needed approved! And done in a timely manner! The quality of work is exceptional my car looks better and newer even more so than the day I bought it! I have no brush marks or lines anywhere my window frames are beautiful! They were great about informing me of any updates regarding insurance approvals and the stages when the work was complete! They also returned my car detailed inside and out I couldn t be happier with the end result before you go to a different auto body shop you should definitely check out Classic Coachwork of West Chester! Classic Coachwork exceeded our expectations!!! Mike and Greg were so helpful with explaining the process when using an out of network repair shop. Tommy was very diligent on following up on the repairs. Our car was ready when he said it would be. Our Ford explore looks like it just came off a dealers lot, maybe even better! Not only were the repairs top-notch, but the car was completely detailed!!! The team really cares and takes pride in their work, and it shows! My Truck was recently in an accident and I decided to take it to Classic Coach Works. The guys at classic went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. From helping me get my vehicle towed to assisting me with insurance issues everyone here went above and beyond to make sure I was receiving all the help I needed. They were kind, knowledgeable and genuine in their interactions. My family unfortunately has had to utilize Classic Coachwork twice. Both times we were very happy with the work they did on our cars. It may seem like they only work on luxury cars (since that s mostly what s parked outside their building) but we have a Toyota and Subaru and they took excellent care of them. Throughout the process Mike was great with updating us on the status of our cars. I hope we don t have to use them again, but if we needed any additional bodywork we d come back to them in an instant. Just an FYI, they have a max amount allowed for charging credit cards, so be aware you will need to pay cash or check for anything over a certain amount (I think it was $500).

Mike, Tom, Greg and the team at Classic Coachwork displayed the highest levels of professionalism, customer care, and service to me and my wife when we had an auto accident. The process of dealing with insurance, car rentals, etc. is always stressful, but the team at Classic Coachwork did everything they could to alleviate that stress. They were constantly communicative and always delivered when they said they would deliver. They were up front about timing, costs, etc. and I always felt like I was in the best hands possible.
