Highly recommend! Brought my car in for a sensor change and was amazed at the level of service provided. They even texted me a brief video of the end result showing all sensors working. Shout out to George and Jessica as they were very helpful, personable, and professional. Price and time to completion for the service provided was fair and reasonable. Will definitely bring my vehicle back here for future servicing and maintenance!

I brought my Chevy Silverado in for service, which was purchased from another dealership, because of issues with the vehicle. The issues were substantial, and my view of the Chevy brand in totality was, and is still, not very high. The only thing that compels me to write this review is my experience with Ciocca Chevrolet, specifically my interaction with Rick Hart and their lead mechanic Chip. These two gentleman treated me as a friend and not just a client. They explained everything, and even showed me, which was amazing, what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it. Communication was impeccable throughout the process by Rick and Chip. When I speak to these two gentleman it really is as if I am talking to a friend and not a dealership rep. These two people provide a higher level a service than the brand (Chevrolet) they represent sadly. The Ciocca dealership is great and the overall experience with Ciocca Chevrolet is worthy of emulation. I run a small business in the area and this dealership exhibits the same integrity, accountability, and transparency that my clients expect from my business. Because of this I would highly recommend them. If the managers at Ciocca read this, and I am sure you will be notified when the review is posted, give these two guys increases. Keeping amazing people is much cheaper than hiring bad ones!

Rick Hart in the service department is the best around. He is very transparent and makes sure that you fully understand what is going on at all times. I have been coming here since 2022 when I purchased my Tahoe from them, and he has made every service easy and stress free! Would recommend him to anyone!

Can't trust the Ciocca name. They are like any dealer when you show up as a buyer, eager and chomping at the bit to make you a customer. (Well take your money that is.) If you don't have any problems with your vehicle they're a ok dealer, but if you have an issue that is their fault and they can't blame the manufacturer or the customer it's a horrible experience. This dealership group is untrustworthy. Honesty and integrity mean nothing at Ciocca.

I'd never bought a car before and was nervous about what to expect with the process. I was greeted warmly the moment I walked in the door (even offered pizza!) and our salesperson, Lenny, put me at ease immediately. He was attentive, thoughtful and answered all my questions. Other folks at the dealership came by to say hello and offer assistance throughout the process (shoutout to Mike and Brian). I left to test drive other cars at nearby dealerships and was blown away at the difference in customer service; at the other dealerships, I was rushed, dismissed and downright ignored.I realized how important feeling secure and taken care of was to me so I returned the same day to Ciocca. The team worked with me on the numbers, never pressured me and were sincere and honest in their responses. It was such a smooth process from start to finish! I'm delighted with my Trax and can't thank the team enough for making what could have been an extremely stressful situation into a joyful celebration of purchasing my first new car.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also needed a new battery on my remote and that was added to my service with no problem. Upon arrival I was greeted and told they were running a little behind but they would be with me soon, I was kept up to date with progress throughout my appointment.

Rick Hart was very professional had a awesome experience.He explained to me everything in details what needed to be done with my Chevy traverse. I also like the video that was sent from the technician that work on my truck in Explaining what needed to be fixed. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you for the good experience.

I originally scheduled my car for an oil change, but also added a state inspection as well.The service area and dealership are both clean and comfortable. The service area was well maintained with great seating and accomodations. Enjoyed the free coffee!. The service mgr/Tech Jason was professional, prompt and knowledgable. He kept me well informed with multiple status updates throughout my visit.

We got stuck in their computer system due to a third party site and Chris Dague reached out in email about selling our car. My response was asking him to remove me from their list. His response was confirming he will remove me from the list. Wouldn't you know, just over a week later Chris emailed me yet again. We blocked this sales rep over email, and I will continue to give 1 stars for the harassing lack of professionalism. Never have, and never ever would do business with this company.

Worst experience I ve ever had buying a car. The salesmen, JP, changed his demeanor as soon as money changed hands. My truck was delivered with a dent that was not there when inspected which they refused to fix. I never received my registration or title, and when I confronted the manager, Dave, about all this he barely looked up from his computer and was clearly some kind of high school friend of the salesmen who initiated this unprofessional and pathetic service attempt. The registration was found in his desk drawer and 2 years later I still haven t received my title. Awful business, bad people, terrible service. Stay away and go to Faulkner if you expect to be treated with a modicum of respect.

My old truck broke down Saturday morning and it came time finally to upgrade. I had been eyeing up a Chevy that Ciocca had on the lot. Got there around 12-1pm and left with a brand new truck around 5. Lenny was our product specialist. Very polite, professional and most importantly easy to talk to. Went for a test drive, discussed pricing and down payment. Lenny and his team were able to work out a deal within my budget and didn t just try to upsell me whenever they could. Great experience. Great team all around. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend the Ciocca West Chester dealership. Recently purchased a new vehicle from CWC and the process was easy and stress-free. Not like the typical dealer experience. I worked with sales rep CJ McGrogan and he was very helpful. I recommend working with him and the team at CWC.

I came in at 11:50 for what I thought was a "wait" service appointment. However I didn't realize that lunch was at noon and I had it scheduled for drop off. The man who checked me in took a later lunch as well as the technician to accommodate me. I was so thankful!

Excellent experience. I bought the vehicle online sight unseen and they were true to their word in my trade in price and the final price. They got me in and out in quick order. I appreciated the sales managers tone and help along with the sales staff to make this happen.

I took my 16 Camaro there to get serviced back in December the whole team and including sales were very nice and accommodating and went above and beyond my standards this definitely a A-1 dealership and I definitely recommend coming here rather it s service or sales my service advisor was jason garrison

Will be the last time I go there. Only thing that was good about it was it was easy to schedule a time and day, and was done same day as I asked. Beyond that I feel as if it was a complete rip off. Not once have I ever heard wipers can fail an inspection for streaking and I just used them prior that week and saw no streaking before showing up. There s no way wipers ONLY cause we don t charge for installation that s just the cost of the wipers is 71$ cause I can get rainx ones for that truck for 33$ I also have no idea how a complete fluids change out would be 2k or just doing the trans fluid is 400$. Fluid doesn t cost that much and I didn t ask for any ring to be taken apart or filters to be done so that makes no sense. Then my truck starts slipping in my own driveway the next morning . I was told my total would be about 600$ yet somehow payed727$ somehow. Couldn t pick up my truck earlier cause the mechanic was at lunch but just had stickers left to do. And then I get a report that doesn t tell me what level my brakes are at but does say needs attention soon but was never mentioned to me during any of the recommendations. I m an hvac mechanic and if this is how we did business or gave reports to customers and such we wouldn t have business which is why I fully intend to not return or recommend any dealership from now on.

Went to buy a car last night and had a horrible experience the salesman was great and easy to deal with I knew exactly what I wanted and the payment I wanted but when I went to finalize and sign the paperwork the finance guy kept pushing extends warranties and service packages I told him no several times but he just ignored me and continued to go on and on how I must get the package so I finally got up and left it was brutal listening to someone talk down to me and tell me what I need after telling him repeatedly no never again will I ever go to this dealership or recommend anyone else to buy a car from them

After visiting 4 other dealerships, the sales team at Ciocca Chevy were so nice! There were no haggle, no adjusted fees. They were short, sweet, and to the point!Matt, my salesman spoke to me instead of my father, recognizing that I was the one buying the car. I did not get this respect at other places.The only frustration that I had was that the entire process still took 4 hrs to buy the car...mostly due the contract signing. Listening to even more attempts to sell extended warranty packages after dealing with such a long and arduous process is a bit much, and I'd wish that would go away.

I would not even give them 1 star. Service stinks cars suck two cars not even two years old blew up on me.the trailblazer I had was in the shop the first week I had they had it for almost half the summer and 3 rental cars. Never again would not recommend

I purchased a used suburban last week the salesman said im taking it to the detail shop right now well when i picked it up it was late the next morning i noticed how dirty the interior was it was never touched and the dirt was coming off easily telling me it was not detailed. My wife picked up the car and only received one key the salesman says another key costs $300 i look on amazon i can get 2 keys and fobs for 50 it takes 5 minutes to program a key thats $600 for two because it takes hours to program a key i was told thats a lie. I dont trust this dealership after my experience.

This is not an ideal dealership. Three times I've been here, and every single time I was taken advantage of or insulted. (1) After purcashing my Chevy in DE, I came for some work and was spoken to in a very condescending manner because PA requires paperwork that DE did not provide. (2) I came in for an oil change and it took longer than 90 minutes to complete, despite the fact that I (a) had an appointment, and (b) was there first thing in the morning! I also witnessed the two desk attendants doom scrolling for the entire time instead of maybe inquiring as to the status of my vehicle while I wasted away in the waiting area. (3) I made an appointment on a Friday morning for an oil change and state inspection, but upon arriving there were at least 5-6 other people with their cars waiting to check in with 2 desk associates. I waited a few minutes then decided I would fare better by going on Youtube to change my own oil and get an inspection done somewhere more local.

The service manager, Rick, was friendly and helpful. The technician took and sent me a video of my truck while it was on the lift to show me that everything was good with the truck. The oil change and tire rotation took a little longer than expected but overall it was a good experience and I'm satisfied with the service.

Rick and the entire service team is outstanding. One call to Rick for tire change in am and job finished at lunch. Incredible. My go to shop moving forward.
